Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of touch control, in particular to a touch switch, a control method of the touch switch and a vehicle.
Background
The touch switch is a new product and is an updated product of the traditional mechanical key switch. The touch switch is more intelligent and convenient to operate, has the advantages that the traditional mechanical key switch cannot compare with, and is a decorative switch which is popular at present.
The touch switch generally includes a cover, a touch detection device, and a controller, where a detection range of the touch detection device is a position of a touch button displayed on the cover, and when the touch detection device detects a touch signal, it indicates that a user touches a touch range corresponding to the touch button, and at this time, the controller controls to execute processing corresponding to the touch button. For example, an AVM (Around View Monitor) touch button is provided on an electrical device of a vehicle, and when a user touches a range where the AVM touch button is located, a controller in the vehicle may start an AVM system, so as to display an image Around the vehicle.

In the process of opening and closing the touch by mistake, electric energy is wasted, and the use experience of a user is influenced.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a touch switch, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the touch switch includes a cover plate 1, a touch detection device 2 and a controller 3, the touch detection device 2 is electrically connected with the controller 3, and the touch detection device 2 is fixed on the lower surface of the cover plate 1.
The touch detection device 2 may be a capacitive touch sensor, a resistive touch sensor, or another device capable of performing touch detection, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The controller 3 may pre-store one or more main detection ranges corresponding to the touch detection devices 2, where the main detection range of the touch detection device 2 may correspond to the position of the touch button disposed on the cover plate 1, and correspondingly, the cover plate 1 may be disposed with one or more touch buttons, and the method for disposing the touch button may be various, and the following two methods are provided:
first one
The touch buttons on the cover plate 1 may be displayed by setting different shapes or color decorations on the cover plate 1, that is, the shapes or colors of the positions corresponding to the main detection range on the cover plate 1 may be set to be different from other positions on the cover plate 1, so as to highlight the positions of the touch buttons. For example, the cover plate 1 is a flat plate, and the position of the touch button on the cover plate 1 is provided with a protrusion with a certain shape, so that a user can see the position of the touch button on the cover plate 1 conveniently. For another example, the background color of the cover plate 1 is white, and the position of the touch button is set to be colored, which is also convenient for the user to view the position of the touch button. For another example, the position of the touch button is provided with a protrusion with a certain shape, and the color of the protrusion is also different from the color of the background of the cover plate 1, and so on. In addition to the above examples, the positions of the touch buttons may be set by shape or color decoration, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
Second kind
In this embodiment, the touch switch may further include a touch button display device 4, the touch button display device 4 is located below the cover plate 1 and the touch detection device 2, the cover plate 1 is made of a transparent material, and the main detection range corresponds to a display position of the touch button display 4.
The touch button display device 4 may include a display lamp, and the position of the display lamp is the display position of the touch button display device 4. The cover plate 1 is made of a transparent material, and when the display lamp is turned on, the shape of the display lamp, that is, the shape of the touch button, can be mapped at a position on the upper surface of the cover plate 1 corresponding to the display lamp, for example, when the display lamp is turned on, a circle can be displayed on the cover plate 1, and the position corresponding to the circle is the position of the touch button.
In the embodiment of the present application, any one of the above setting methods of the touch buttons may be used, and of course, other reasonable methods may also be used. It can be understood that, when the user only touches the position of the touch button on the cover plate 1, the controller 3 detects that the main detection range of the touch detection device 2 is touched.
When the controller 3 detects that the pre-stored main detection range of the touch detection device 2 is touched and detects that at least one of the first sub-detection range corresponding to the pre-stored main detection range and the second sub-detection range corresponding to the main detection range is not touched, the controller controls to execute a preset operation corresponding to the main detection range.
The main detection range corresponds to the position of the touch button, and the first sub-detection range and the second sub-detection range surround the two sides of the main detection range, as shown in fig. 3. The number of the main detection ranges, the number of the first sub-detection ranges, and the number of the second sub-detection ranges are equal, and each main detection range corresponds to one first sub-detection range and one second sub-detection range.
The shape of the main detection range, the shape of the first sub-detection range, and the shape of the second sub-detection range may be any reasonable shapes, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the shape of the main detection range (or the shape of the touch button) may be a circle, the shape of the first sub detection range is a shape having a rectangular structure around the main detection range, the shape of the second sub detection range is also a shape having a rectangular structure around the main detection range, and the second sub detection range is disposed opposite to the first sub detection range. Of course, it may be: as shown in fig. 4, the shape of the main detection range is circular, and the shape of the first sub detection range may be a shape having an arc-shaped structure around the main detection range, and the shape of the second sub detection range is also a shape having an arc-shaped structure around the main detection range, the second sub detection range being disposed opposite to the first sub detection range.
For another example, as shown in fig. 5, the shape of the main detection range may be a rectangle, and correspondingly, the shape of the first sub-detection range may be a shape having a rectangular structure around the main detection range, and the shape of the second sub-detection range may also be a shape having a rectangular structure around the main detection range, and the second sub-detection range is disposed opposite to the first sub-detection range.
In implementation, the controller 3 may store in advance a preset operation corresponding to each main detection range. When the controller 3 detects that the main detection range is touched through the touch detection device 2 and detects that at least one of the first sub-detection range corresponding to the main detection range and the second sub-detection range corresponding to the main detection range is not touched, it is determined that the sub-touch is not a false touch, and then the controller controls to execute a preset operation corresponding to the main detection range.
In the embodiment of the present application, the above control operations can be classified into the following cases:
the first method comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 6, when it is detected that the main detection range is touched, and neither the first sub-detection range corresponding to the main detection range nor the second sub-detection range corresponding to the main detection range is touched, the controller 3 controls to execute the preset operation corresponding to the main detection range.
And the second method comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 7, when it is detected that both the main detection range and the first sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range are touched and the second sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range is not touched, the controller 3 controls to execute the preset operation corresponding to the main detection range.
And the third is that: as shown in fig. 8, when it is detected that both the main detection range and the second sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range are touched and the first sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range is not touched, the controller 3 controls to execute the preset operation corresponding to the main detection range.
And fourthly: as shown in fig. 9, when it is detected that the main detection range, the first sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range, and the second sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range are all touched, the controller 3 does not perform an operation corresponding to the preset main detection range.
And a fifth mode: as shown in fig. 10 and 11, when it is detected that the main detection range is not touched, the controller 3 does not execute the preset operation corresponding to the main detection range regardless of whether the first sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range is touched or not and regardless of whether the second sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range is touched or not.
It can be understood that, for the case that the touch switch includes a plurality of main detection ranges, if the controller 3 detects that the plurality of main detection ranges, and the first sub detection range and the second sub detection range respectively corresponding to the plurality of main detection ranges satisfy any one of the first, second, and third types, the preset operations corresponding to the plurality of main detection ranges may be controlled to be executed simultaneously, or the preset operations corresponding to the plurality of main detection ranges may be controlled to be executed according to the preset priority corresponding to each preset operation.
Through the control operation of the controller 3, when the arm of the user is attached to the cover plate 1 of the touch switch in a large area, namely when the main detection range, the first auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range and the second auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range are all touched, the controller determines the arm as a false touch, and does not execute the preset operation corresponding to the main detection range, so that the waste of electric energy caused by the false touch is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In addition, by adopting the method and the device, the phenomenon of mistaken touch caused by the fact that the user only touches the first auxiliary detection range or the second auxiliary detection range is avoided.
The embodiment of the present application provides a touch detection device 2, which is described in more detail below:
the touch detection device 2 includes a first touch sensor whose detection range includes a main detection range, a first sub detection range, and a second sub detection range. In the embodiments of the present application, the present situation can be divided into the following two possibilities:
first, the touch detection device 2 includes only one first touch sensor.
In the case where the touch switch is provided with one or more main detection ranges, the detection range of the first touch sensor includes the one or more main detection ranges, and a first sub-detection range and a second sub-detection range respectively corresponding to the one or more main detection ranges.
The first touch sensor is configured to detect a first touch signal and send the first touch signal to the controller 3.
After receiving the first touch signal, the controller 3 may determine a touch range corresponding to the first touch signal, that is, determine coordinate information of an area on the touch detection device 2 corresponding to an area of the cover 1 touched by the user.
Then, the determined touch range is compared with a main detection range, a first auxiliary detection range and a second auxiliary detection range which are pre-stored in the controller 3, and when there is an intersection between the touch range and the main detection range of the touch detection device 2 which is pre-stored in the controller 3, and there is no intersection between at least one of the first auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range and the second auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range, the controller 3 may control to execute a preset operation corresponding to the main detection range.
For example, the touch detection device 2 is provided with four main detection ranges, four corresponding first sub detection ranges and four corresponding second sub detection ranges, and correspondingly, the cover plate 1 is provided with four touch buttons, when the first touch sensor detects the first touch signal, the first touch signal is sent to the controller 3, the controller 3 determines the touch range based on the first touch signal, and compares the touch range with the four main detection ranges and the first sub-detection range and the second sub-detection range corresponding to the four main detection ranges, when it is determined that there is an intersection between the touch range and one of the main detection ranges, and there is no intersection between at least one of the first auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range and the second auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range, the controller 3 may control to execute a preset operation corresponding to the main detection range.
Second, the touch detection device 2 includes a plurality of first touch sensors, the number of which is the same as the number of main detection ranges.
When the touch switch is provided with a plurality of main detection ranges, the touch detection device 2 includes a plurality of first touch sensors, and the number of the plurality of first touch sensors, the number of the plurality of main detection ranges, the number of the plurality of first sub detection ranges, and the number of the plurality of second sub detection ranges are all the same. The detection range of each first touch sensor includes a main detection range, a first sub-detection range corresponding to the main detection range, and a second sub-detection range corresponding to the main detection range, that is, each first touch sensor corresponds to a main detection range, and a first sub-detection range and a second sub-detection range corresponding to the main detection range.
The controller 3 may store the identification information of each first touch sensor, and the main detection range, the corresponding first sub detection range, and the corresponding second sub detection range corresponding to the identification information of each first touch sensor in advance, and it is understood that the main detection range, the corresponding first sub detection range, and the corresponding second sub detection range corresponding to the identification information of each first touch sensor correspond to each other.
In implementation, each of the plurality of first touch sensors is configured to detect a first touch signal and send its own identification information and the detected first touch signal to the controller 3.
When receiving the first touch signal transmitted by the one or more first touch sensors, the controller 3 may perform the following processing on each of the one or more first touch signals:
the method comprises the steps of firstly determining a touch range based on a received first touch signal, determining a first touch sensor corresponding to the first touch signal based on received identification information, then respectively comparing the touch range with a main detection range corresponding to the first touch sensor, a first auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range and a second auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range, and controlling to execute preset operation corresponding to the main detection range corresponding to the first touch sensor when intersection exists between the touch range and the main detection range and at least one of the first auxiliary detection range and the second auxiliary detection range does not exist intersection.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a touch detection device 2, which is described in more detail below:
the touch detection device 2 includes a second touch sensor, a third touch sensor, and a fourth touch sensor, where a detection range of the second touch sensor is a main detection range, a detection range of the third touch sensor is a first sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range, and a detection range of the fourth touch sensor is a second sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range.
When the touch switch is provided with one or more main detection ranges, the number of the second touch sensors, the number of the third touch sensors and the number of the fourth touch sensors are equal. Each main detection range corresponds to one second touch sensor, the first auxiliary detection range corresponding to each main detection range corresponds to one third touch sensor, and the second auxiliary detection range corresponding to each main detection range corresponds to one fourth touch sensor, namely, a group of main detection ranges, the first auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range, the second auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range correspond to a group of second touch sensors, third touch sensors and fourth touch sensors.
The second touch sensor is configured to detect a second touch signal and send the second touch signal to the controller 3. The third touch sensor is configured to detect a third touch signal and send the third touch signal to the controller 3. The fourth touch sensor is configured to detect a fourth touch signal and send the fourth touch signal to the controller 3.
After receiving the touch signal, the controller 3 may perform the following processing for each set of the corresponding second touch sensor, third touch sensor, and fourth touch sensor:
and when the second touch signal is received and at least one of the third touch signal and the fourth touch signal is not received, controlling to execute a preset operation corresponding to a main detection range (a main detection range corresponding to a second touch sensor which sends the second touch signal). The main detection range corresponding to the second touch sensor sending the second touch signal, the first auxiliary detection range corresponding to the third touch sensor sending the third touch signal, and the second auxiliary detection range corresponding to the fourth touch sensor sending the fourth touch signal correspond to each other.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a touch switch, which is applied to the touch switch, and the touch switch comprises a cover plate 1, a touch detection device 2 and a controller 3. The touch detection device 2 is electrically connected with the controller 3. The touch detection device 2 is fixed to the lower surface of the cover plate 1.
Wherein the first sub-detection range and the second sub-detection range are surrounded on both sides of the main detection range.
In a possible implementation manner, the touch detection device 2 may be a capacitive touch sensor or a resistive touch sensor, and may also be other devices that can implement touch detection, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
The controller 3 may pre-store a main detection range corresponding to one or more touch detection devices 2, where the main detection range may correspond to a position of a touch button disposed on the cover plate 1, and correspondingly, the cover plate 1 may be disposed with one or more touch buttons, and the touch buttons may be disposed in various manners, and the following two manners are possible:
first, the touch buttons on the cover 1 can be displayed by arranging different shapes or color decorations on the cover 1.
Secondly, the touch switch further comprises a touch button display device 4, the cover plate 1 is made of transparent materials, and the touch button display device 4 is located below the cover plate 1 and the touch detection device 2. The main detection range corresponds to the display position of the touch button display device 4.
In the following, two different settings of the touch detection device 2 are provided, and a more detailed description of the control operation of the controller 3 for the different touch detection devices 2 is provided:
first one
The touch detection device 2 includes a first touch sensor whose detection range includes a main detection range, a first sub detection range, and a second sub detection range.

After receiving the first touch signal, the controller 3 may determine a touch range corresponding to the first touch signal, and compare the determined touch range with a pre-stored main detection range, a first auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range, and a second auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range, respectively, and when there is an intersection between the touch range and the main detection range and there is no intersection between at least one of the first auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range and the second auxiliary detection range corresponding to the main detection range, determine that there is no erroneous touch at this time, and thus may control to execute a preset operation corresponding to the main detection range.
Second kind
The touch detection device 2 includes a second touch sensor, a third touch sensor, and a fourth touch sensor, where a detection range of the second touch sensor is a main detection range, a detection range of the third touch sensor is a first sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range, and a detection range of the fourth touch sensor is a second sub detection range corresponding to the main detection range.
The second touch sensor detects a second touch signal and transmits the second touch signal to the controller 3. The third touch sensor detects a third touch signal and transmits the third touch signal to the controller 3. The fourth touch sensor detects a fourth touch signal and transmits the fourth touch signal to the controller 3.
After receiving the touch signal, the controller 3 makes the following determinations: when the controller 3 receives the second touch signal and does not receive at least one of the third touch signal and the fourth touch signal, it is determined that the touch is not a false touch by the user at this time, and thus, the controller can control to execute a preset operation corresponding to the main detection range corresponding to the second touch sensor that sends the second touch signal.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
the embodiment of the application provides a touch switch, this touch switch includes apron 1, touch detection device 2 and controller 3, touch detection device 2 fixes at the lower surface of apron 1, and with controller 3 electric connection, controller 3 is used for detecting main detection range, which part in the first vice detection range that main detection range corresponds and the second vice detection range that main detection range corresponds is touched, when detecting that main detection range is touched, and when at least one in the first vice detection range that main detection range corresponds and the second vice detection range that main detection range corresponds is not touched, the control carries out the preset operation that main detection range corresponds. Therefore, when the arms of the user are attached to the cover plate 1 of the touch switch in a large area, namely the main detection range, the first auxiliary detection range and the second auxiliary detection range are all touched, the controller 3 judges the arms as being touched by mistake and does not execute corresponding preset operation, so that waste of electric energy caused by mistaken touch is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The embodiment of the application provides a vehicle, and the vehicle comprises the touch switch.
