The cutting device comprises a supporting roller 4 and limiting rollers 5 arranged on two sides of the supporting roller, a wire passing channel 6 is formed between the supporting roller and the two limiting rollers, and a peeling cutter 7 is arranged above the wire passing channel in a height-adjustable mode. The peeling tool is driven to rotate by a driving mechanism. Preferably, the peeling tool is designed to be height-adjustable. By way of example, the barking blades are mounted on a blade holder, which is mounted on a support with adjustable height. Generally, the peeling tool adopts a circular cutter head, and the driving mechanism comprises a servo motor, so that the rotating speed of the cutter head can be controlled as required. Because the diameter of the free end of the reducing section is smaller than that of the end connected with the supporting section, an effective buffer space 15 is formed between the two ends of the supporting roller and the cable to be stripped, and the diameter of the lower end of the limiting roller is smaller than that of the upper end of the limiting roller, a larger buffer area 16 is formed between the supporting roller, the limiting roller and the cable to be stripped, when the position of the cable to be stripped is kept by the limiting rollers on the two sides, a certain clamping effect is generated on the cable, if the cable is extruded to the side (upper side) of the stripping cutter to deform, the depth of cutting into the insulating layer is not easy to control, the inner conductor is easy to cut, therefore, when the cable to be stripped is clamped by the limiting rollers, the cable is pressed down by the limiting part, the deformation of the insulating layer of the cable is mainly compressed to the buffer area and cannot be extruded to the upper side to deform, and when the stripping cutter is used for cutting according to a preset fixed position, no matter whether the clamping acting force of the limiting rollers on the cable is larger and smaller (within a reasonable deviation range under a normal operation condition), can effectively ensure stable cutting depth and is not easy to cause damage to the conductor. By way of example, the length of the supporting section is greater than that of the variable diameter section, and the length of the supporting section is less than the sum of the lengths of the variable diameter sections on the two sides.
The invention has simple structure, easy operation and strong practicability. When the insulation peeling operation of the wire distribution is carried out, the operation is easy, the peeling cutter can continuously cut off the insulation, the stability of the wire distribution is high, the conductor is not damaged by the separation of the conductor and the insulation layer, the conductor can be recycled, the production cost is reduced, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are good.
