s03, the middle of the front sleeve penetrates through the connecting terminal and the central shaft of the front sleeve is ensured to be coaxial with the connecting terminal by the internal thread of the front sleeve punched by the sealing cover;
s04, rotationally locking the connector and the connecting terminal, and locking the outer wall of the front elastic groove of the connecting shaft and the inner wall of the connecting terminal;
s05, locking a first sealing ring of the connecting shaft to the inner wall of the connecting terminal to enable the connecting head and the connecting terminal to be sealed and waterproof;
s06, welding and fixing the axis of the connecting shaft and the wire core of the cable, and pressing the connecting shaft with the connecting sleeve and the wire sealing ring to seal the cable in a waterproof way;
s07, rotationally pressing a second sealing ring at the front end of the connecting sleeve to connect the connecting shaft with the sealing cover in a waterproof and sealing manner;
s08, the connecting shaft and the connecting sleeve are tightly screwed and pressed by threads, the connecting shaft, the connecting terminal, the cable and the sealing cover have a sealing and waterproof effect, and a waterproof test is carried out on a sealing circuit board of the waterproof connector to reach the IP65 grade;
