Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a patient data interaction method, equipment and a storage medium based on identification analysis, which are used for solving the following technical problems: how to realize patient data interaction among hospitals.
The technical solutions proposed in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a patient data interaction method based on identifier resolution according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, a patient data interaction method based on identifier resolution provided in an embodiment of the present application specifically includes the following steps:
First, it should be noted that the blockchain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, consensus mechanism, and encryption algorithm, and is essentially a decentralized database.
And deploying a patient data interaction blockchain platform based on the blockchain framework. The blockchain frame may be any frame capable of implementing the corresponding functions of the embodiments of the present application, for example, bitcoin, etherhouse, Fabric, Corda, and the like.
In one embodiment of the present application, the block link points in the patient data interaction block chain platform include, but are not limited to: patient nodes, hospital nodes, government nodes. The patient node is used for viewing the patient data and encrypting the patient data calling information, the hospital node is used for generating the patient data and uploading the patient data calling information, and the government node is used for counting and analyzing the patient data.
And 102, coding the hospital nodes added into the patient data interaction block chain platform based on a preset coding rule so as to determine identification prefixes corresponding to the hospital nodes.
In an embodiment of the present application, to implement interaction of patient data, a hospital node added to a patient data interaction block chain platform needs to be encoded based on a preset encoding rule.
Specifically, a provincial-level identification prefix to which a hospital belongs is determined, and then city-level and prefecture-level identification prefixes are sequentially determined, so that identification prefixes corresponding to hospital nodes are determined.
103, generating a first identification code based on the identification prefix corresponding to the first hospital and the identification number of the patient when the patient visits the first hospital.
In one embodiment of the present application, a first identification code of a patient at a first hospital is determined when the patient visits the first hospital. The first identification code can be formed by an identification prefix corresponding to the first hospital and the identity card number of the patient. It will be appreciated that in the event that a patient is transferred from a first hospital to a second hospital, the patient's corresponding identification code is no longer the first identification code of the patient at the first hospital, and is changed to the second identification code of the patient at the second hospital. It is understood that the second identification code is composed of an identification prefix corresponding to the second hospital and an identification number of the patient.
And 104, writing the first patient data of the patient into a corresponding first node database by the first hospital based on the first identification code, and uploading the first patient data calling information of the patient to a patient data interaction block chain platform.
In one embodiment of the present application, after a patient determines to enter a first hospital for treatment, the first hospital establishes a first patient account corresponding to the patient in a first database of the first hospital based on a first identification code corresponding to the patient in the first hospital. The name of the account can be the first identification code. It should be noted that the first patient account may be understood as establishing a patient data table corresponding to the patient in the first database. After patient data corresponding to a patient in a first hospital is generated in the first hospital, the patient data are stored in a corresponding first patient account in a first database.
In an embodiment of the application, in order to enable other hospitals except the first hospital to read patient data of patients in the first hospital, the first hospital determines the first patient data calling information based on a storage address of a first patient data account in a first node database and a calling interface of the first node database, and uploads the first patient calling information to a patient data interaction block chain platform. After the first patient data call information is uploaded to the patient data interaction blockchain platform, the patient data interaction blockchain platform may determine that the identifier of the first call information is the first identification code, so as to query the first patient data call information.
In addition, in order to realize that the first patient data calling information can be inquired by analyzing the first identification code, the block for storing the first patient data calling information is bound with the first identification code after the first patient data calling information is uploaded to the patient data interaction block chain platform, so that the first patient data calling information stored in the corresponding block can be inquired when the first identification code is analyzed.
In an embodiment of the application, after the first hospital uploads the first patient call information to the patient data interaction blockchain platform, the patient may perform identity registration on the patient data interaction blockchain platform through the patient node based on the patient's identification number, so as to obtain an account of the patient data interaction blockchain platform. Because the account is composed of the identity card number, the patient data interaction block chain platform is matched with the identifier of the patient data calling information stored in the block chain based on the identity card number of the patient, and therefore the first patient data calling information corresponding to the patient is determined. The first patient data call information is then associated with the patient data interaction blockchain platform account of the patient such that the patient can view the corresponding patient data based on the first patient data call information. It can be understood that when the patient has the medical records in different hospitals, there are a plurality of patient data call messages associated with the patient data interaction blockchain platform account.
In one embodiment of the present application, after the patient associates the first patient data call information with the patient data interaction blockchain platform account of the patient, the patient may encrypt the first patient data call information to prevent the patient data of the individual from being leaked.
Specifically, first, authentication is performed by the patient node. In this embodiment of the application, the identity authentication method may be face recognition or fingerprint recognition, and the application is not limited herein. And under the condition that the patient passes the identity authentication, encrypting the first patient data calling information based on an encryption rule preset by the patient data interaction block chain platform to generate an encryption program aiming at the first patient data calling information and generate a corresponding information reading key. The encryption program is used for generating information reading verification information for the first patient data calling information; the information reading verification information is used for being sent to a patient data interaction blockchain platform account of the patient, so that the patient can read the verification information based on the information and authorize an information reader.
And 105, under the condition that the patient is transferred from the first hospital to the second hospital, the second hospital determines first patient data calling information in the patient data interaction block chain platform based on the first identification code, and acquires the first patient data in the first node database based on the first patient data calling information.
In an embodiment of the application, when the first hospital cannot diagnose the condition of the patient and the patient is transferred to the second hospital for treatment, or when the patient is diagnosed in the second hospital and needs to check the diagnosis and treatment history of the patient in the first hospital, the second hospital can analyze and generate a first patient data calling information reading instruction based on the first identification code; the first patient calling information of the patient is read based on the first patient data calling information reading instruction, and therefore the first patient data of the patient is checked based on the first patient calling information.
In one embodiment of the application, when the patient encrypts the first patient information, the second hospital identifies the first identification code to generate a first patient data call information reading instruction, and then uploads the first patient data reading instruction to the patient data interaction block chain platform; the patient data interaction blockchain platform triggers an encryption program to generate information reading verification information based on the first patient data reading instruction, and sends the information reading verification information to a patient data interaction blockchain platform account of the patient; after the patient passes the verification, the blockchain platform decrypts the first patient data calling information through the information reading key and displays the first patient data calling information to the second hospital.
In an embodiment of the application, after the patient is diagnosed and treated in the second hospital, the second patient data of the patient is similarly written into the corresponding second node database, and the second patient data call information of the patient is uploaded to the patient data interaction block chain platform; the patient data interaction blockchain platform then associates the second patient data call information with the patient data interaction blockchain platform account for the patient. If the patient previously encrypted the first patient data call information, the second patient data call information is synchronously encrypted according to the same key.
In one embodiment of the application, the government nodes are used for performing statistical analysis according to patient data stored in the node databases, so as to realize regulation and control of medicines and early warning of infectious diseases.
Specifically, firstly, a medication statistical intelligent contract and a sick type statistical intelligent contract are set on a patient data interaction block chain platform; the intelligent contract for medication use statistics is used for statistics of medication use conditions of patients who see a doctor at each hospital node; the disease type statistical intelligence contract is used for counting the disease types of patients to be treated at each hospital node. The government node can analyze the patient data calling information stored in the block chain based on the medication statistical intelligent contract and the illness type statistical intelligent contract, so that the medication information and the illness type information of the patient in each database are obtained. Therefore, the disease condition of the region can be analyzed based on the medication information and the disease type information of the patient, and the regulation and control of the medicine and the early warning of infectious diseases are realized. It can be understood that the government node first needs to obtain the authorization of the patient before obtaining the patient calling information of the patient, or sets the government node as the highest authority, so as to be able to actively obtain the medication condition and the disease type information of the patient stored in the node database.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a patient data interaction device based on identifier resolution, and an internal structure of the patient data interaction device is shown in fig. 2.
