In the clinical trial stage in the medical field, a patient is generally required to be subjected to systematic study on medicines, and test data and patient information of each stage of the patient are required to be photographed and input into a software system in the study process. In actual working process, a patient often has many pictures, and different pictures belong to different diagnosis and treatment data, for example, some pictures record basic information of the patient, some pictures record diagnosis information of the patient, and some pictures record blood routine examination data of the patient, etc. This requires the clinical coordinator to manually identify the information recorded in the photographs one by one and to categorize the photographs into the clinical data module corresponding to the recorded content. For example, a photograph in which blood routine examination data is recorded is assigned to a blood routine clinical data module and stored. However, the allocation is performed manually by a clinical coordinator, so that the efficiency is low and the labor cost is high.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for assigning a marking to a picture, including:
s100, displaying a tag page of the patient, wherein the tag page comprises a picture to be tagged and a tag list.
In the embodiment of the invention, the system firstly displays the labeling page of the patient, and the clinical coordinator can operate on the labeling page to label the picture to be labeled. The label picture to be marked is a diagnosis and treatment data photo of a patient, the label list comprises a plurality of labels, and each label is used for indicating a diagnosis and treatment data module.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of tags in the tag list and the content of the tags may be set according to actual situations, and the present invention is not limited herein. In one implementation, the tag list includes at least: invalidity, basic information, diagnostic information, past history, signs, treatment status, bunyavirus etiology, blood routine, blood biochemistry, blood coagulation function, myocardial zymogram, inflammatory factors, virology examination, blood gas analysis, ultrasound, electrocardiogram, CT/MRI, survival status, and other 19 labels, wherein each label represents a diagnosis data module, for example, the blood biochemistry label represents a blood biochemistry diagnosis data module.
The clinical coordinator can look up the content of the picture to be labeled of the patient in the labeling page of the patient to judge which diagnosis and treatment data module the picture to be labeled belongs to, and then the clinical coordinator can label the picture to be labeled. For example, if the picture to be labeled records blood biochemical data, it is determined that the picture to be labeled belongs to the blood biochemical diagnosis and treatment data module.
In an embodiment, please refer to the tagging page shown in fig. 2, the to-be-tagged picture 10 is located on the left side of the tagging page, and the tag list 20 is located on one side of the to-be-tagged picture 10, which are not interfered with each other.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, step S100 includes:
and S110, displaying a to-be-labeled list, wherein the to-be-labeled list is used for displaying the patient information and the number of unmarked pictures corresponding to the patient information.
In the embodiment of the invention, when labeling the diagnosis and treatment data photo of the patient, the clinical coordinator needs to check the list to be labeled first. The number of unmarked pictures corresponding to the patient information and the patient information is recorded in the list to be labeled. The clinical coordinator can know the number of photographs that each patient needs to be tagged from the to-be-tagged list. For example, the to-be-labeled list records "43 old pink without labels", that is, it can be known that 43 pictures of the old pink of the patient need to be labeled.
S120, acquiring a first operation signal acting on the patient information in the list to be labeled.
After viewing the to-be-tagged list, the clinical coordinator may select patient information in the to-be-tagged list to view a tagging page for the patient. The system then performs step S130 after acquiring a first operation signal that the clinical coordinator acts on the patient information in the to-be-tagged list. The first operation signal may be a click operation signal of a mouse or a touch screen click signal of a finger, which is not limited herein.
And S130, displaying the labeled page of the patient corresponding to the first operation signal according to the first operation signal.
The system displays a labeling page of the patient corresponding to the first operation signal according to the first operation signal sent by the clinical coordinator. For example, if the clinical coordinator clicks on a red-old tab in the to-tag list, a red-old tab page is displayed.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, since each patient has a plurality of pictures to be labeled, when one picture to be labeled is labeled, other pictures need to be labeled. The tagging page further comprises a picture list to be tagged, when a second operation signal acting on the picture to be tagged in the picture list to be tagged is acquired, the picture to be tagged corresponding to the second operation signal is displayed, and the picture to be tagged of the patient can be switched through the second operation signal. With reference to fig. 2, the to-be-tagged picture list 30 is located below the tagging page, and the to-be-tagged picture list 30 displays the to-be-tagged pictures of the patient in a thumbnail manner. The clinical coordinator may switch the pictures to be tagged by clicking on the pictures in the list of pictures to be tagged 30. In other words, for the tabbed page, the to-be-tabbed picture 10 is an enlarged view of the pictures in the to-be-tabbed picture list 30. The second operation signal may be a signal generated by the clinical coordinator clicking the to-be-labeled picture list 30, or may be another operation signal, which is not limited herein.
In the practical application process, the problem that the picture to be labeled is not clearly displayed may occur, which may result in that a clinical coordinator cannot clearly see the content recorded in the picture to be labeled, and thus cannot accurately determine which diagnosis and treatment data the picture to be labeled belongs to. In one embodiment, when the system acquires an adjusting operation signal acting on the picture to be labeled, the size and the angle of the picture to be labeled are adjusted according to the adjusting operation signal. With continued reference to fig. 2, when the clinical coordinator does not see the to-be-tagged picture 10 clearly, the side of the to-be-tagged picture 10 may be dragged to enlarge the to-be-tagged picture 10. Optionally, the picture may also be rotated around a certain point, and the picture to be labeled 10 is rotated by a certain angle, so that the clinical coordinator can clearly see the content recorded in the picture to be labeled. The adjustment operation signal can be set according to actual requirements, as long as the size and the angle of the picture to be labeled can be adjusted according to the adjustment operation signal, and the invention is not limited herein.
S200, a selection signal acting on the tag included in the tag list is acquired.
The system acquires a selection signal that acts on the tags contained in the tag list. After the clinical coordinator determines the diagnosis and treatment data module to which the picture to be labeled belongs, the label in the label list can be selected. For example, when the clinical coordinator determines that the diagnosis and treatment data module to which the picture to be labeled belongs is blood biochemistry, the blood biochemistry label in the label list can be clicked, and the determination is clicked. At this time, the picture to be labeled is labeled with the blood biochemical label.
S300, establishing an association relation between the selected label and the picture to be labeled.
And the system establishes the incidence relation between the selected label and the image to be labeled. After the clinical coordinator marks the picture to be labeled with the label, the system immediately establishes the association relationship between the label and the picture to be labeled, and the labeled picture corresponding to the label can be found by indexing and querying the label.
And S400, distributing the labeled pictures to the diagnosis and treatment data module corresponding to the selected label according to the association relation.
And the system distributes the labeled pictures to the diagnosis and treatment data modules corresponding to the selected labels according to the association relation. After the clinical coordinator labels all the pictures to be labeled, the incidence relation between the labels and the labeled pictures is established, and at the moment, the labeled pictures are all in a state to be distributed. The system can automatically distribute the labeled pictures to the corresponding diagnosis and treatment data modules according to the diagnosis and treatment data modules to which the labels belong. For example, after the picture to be labeled is labeled with the blood biochemical label, the system can automatically allocate the labeled picture to the blood biochemical diagnosis and treatment data module.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, step S400 includes:
and S410, entering a diagnosis and treatment data module page of the patient, wherein the diagnosis and treatment data module page is used for displaying diagnosis and treatment data of the patient.
In the embodiment of the invention, the pictures to be labeled are in the state to be distributed after being labeled, and the clinical coordinator can distribute the labeled pictures in the state to be distributed to the corresponding diagnosis and treatment data modules. Firstly, a clinical coordinator enters a diagnosis and treatment data module page of a patient, and the diagnosis and treatment data module page is used for displaying diagnosis and treatment data of the patient. For example, a page of blood biochemical diagnostic data for the patient is entered.
Optionally, the diagnosis and treatment data module of the patient can be set according to actual conditions, and the diagnosis and treatment data module and the labels in the label list need to be in one-to-one correspondence under common conditions. Specifically, the diagnosis and treatment data module at least comprises: basic information, diagnostic information, past history, physical signs, treatment conditions, bunyavirus etiology, blood routine, blood biochemistry, blood coagulation function, myocardial zymogram, inflammatory factors, virology examination, blood gas analysis, ultrasound, electrocardiogram, CT/MRI, survival conditions and other 18 diagnosis and treatment data modules. The clinical coordinator may select the corresponding clinical data module to enter the patient's clinical data module page. For example, the clinical coordinator selects the blood biochemical diagnostic data module and enters the blood biochemical diagnostic data page of the patient.
And S420, determining the labeled picture corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment data module according to the diagnosis and treatment data module and the incidence relation.
After entering a diagnosis and treatment data module page of a patient, the system determines a labeled picture corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment data module according to the diagnosis and treatment data module and the association relation. And the system inquires the labeled pictures belonging to the diagnosis and treatment data module from the labeled pictures to be distributed of the patient according to the association relation. For example, in the blood biochemical diagnosis and treatment data module, a picture marked with a blood biochemical label is determined.
And S430, storing the labeled picture corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment data module into a diagnosis and treatment data module page.
And the system stores the labeled picture corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment data module into a diagnosis and treatment data module page. In the embodiment of the invention, the system can automatically store the labeled pictures corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment data into the diagnosis and treatment data module page, and a clinical coordinator can also automatically select the labeled pictures to store into the diagnosis and treatment data module page. For example, the system can automatically store the labeled picture labeled with the blood biochemical label into the blood biochemical diagnosis and treatment data module, or the clinical coordinator can store the labeled picture labeled with the blood biochemical label into the blood biochemical diagnosis and treatment data module by himself.
Optionally, if the label is wrongly marked, the picture can be directly deleted, and the picture is automatically stored in the picture list to be marked.
In the embodiment of the invention, after marking and distributing all the pictures to be labeled, a transcriber is required to record the data recorded in the pictures into each diagnosis and treatment data module. For example, the transcriber opens a diagnosis and treatment data module page of the patient, clicks each picture in the diagnosis and treatment data module page to view the data recorded by each picture, and enters the data into a data entry area in the diagnosis and treatment data module page.
In the actual working process, it may happen that the clinical coordinator wrongly labels the pictures to be labeled, for example, the pictures that should belong to the blood biochemistry are labeled as the blood routine. Therefore, when a transcriber inputs data in a blood routine diagnosis and treatment data module page, the transcriber finds that one picture is a blood biochemical picture, and the picture needs to be distributed again. At this time, the transcriber can send out a deleting operation signal for the tagged picture in the diagnosis and treatment data module page, and after the system acquires the deleting operation signal acting on the tagged picture, the tagged picture corresponding to the deleting operation signal is restored to be the picture to be tagged, so that the clinical coordinator can tag again.
In summary, according to the image marking allocation method provided by the invention, the label printing page of the patient is displayed, and the label printing page comprises the image to be labeled and the label list; acquiring a selection signal acting on a tag included in the tag list; establishing an incidence relation between the selected label and the image to be labeled; distributing the labeled pictures to diagnosis and treatment data modules corresponding to the selected labels according to the incidence relation; the problems that in the prior art, a clinical coordinator needs to manually distribute the shot patient pictures to various modules for classification and arrangement, the efficiency is low, and the labor cost is high are solved; the method and the device have the advantages that the pictures of the patients are marked in a labeling mode, and then the pictures are automatically distributed to the corresponding modules according to the picture marks, so that the efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor cost is low.
