1. A foreign trade CRM recommendation method applied to a foreign trade CRM system, wherein the CRM system comprises one or more CRM functional modules, the method comprises the following steps:
determining the user type of the user according to the multi-dimensional information data of the user;
determining the functional requirements corresponding to the foreign trade CRM system which are required to be used by each user type according to the determined user types;
and determining the CRM function module recommended to the user according to the determined function requirement.
2. The foreign trade CRM recommendation method of claim 1, further comprising:
and customizing personalized function guidance for the CRM function module corresponding to the user according to the determined function requirement.
3. The foreign trade CRM recommendation method according to claim 2, wherein said customized personalized function guide specifically comprises:
determining user requirements according to the user type;
and creating the personalized function guide according to the user requirements and the foreign trade workflow.
4. The foreign trade CRM recommendation method of claim 1, further comprising:
a mapping relation knowledge base is constructed in advance; the mapping relation knowledge base comprises a one-to-one mapping relation between the function requirements and the CRM function modules;
the determining, according to the determined function requirement, a CRM function module recommended to the user correspondingly includes:
and determining the CRM function module recommended to the user according to the mapping relation and the function requirement included in the mapping relation knowledge base.
5. The foreign trade CRM recommendation method of claim 1, wherein said multi-dimensional information comprises:
user stage information, user scale information and user mail information;
wherein the user scale information includes: company age, annual revenue, industry to which the company belongs, number of CRM users, historical user size, and historical number of polls.
6. The foreign trade CRM recommendation method of claim 1, further comprising:
and dynamically adjusting and recommending the CRM function module corresponding to the user according to the user data using condition.
7. A foreign trade CRM recommendation system applied to a foreign trade CRM system, wherein the CRM system comprises one or more CRM functional modules, the system comprising:
the system comprises a user type determining module, a function requirement determining module and a recommending module;
the user type determining module is used for determining the user type of the user according to the multi-dimensional information data of the user;
the function requirement determining module is used for determining that each user type needs to use the function requirement corresponding to the foreign trade CRM system according to the determined user type;
and the recommending module is used for determining the CRM functional module corresponding to the user to recommend according to the determined functional requirement.
8. The foreign trade CRM recommendation system of claim 7, further comprising:
a guidance module and a mapping relation knowledge base;
the guiding module is used for customizing personalized function guiding for the CRM function module corresponding to the user according to the determined function requirement;
the mapping relation knowledge base comprises a one-to-one mapping relation between the function requirements and the CRM function modules;
and the recommendation module determines to recommend the CRM function module corresponding to the user according to the mapping relation and the function requirement included in the mapping relation knowledge base.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a communication interface, a storage medium and a bus, the storage medium storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the communication interface and the storage medium communicating over the bus when the electronic device is run, the processor executing the machine-readable instructions to perform the steps of the foreign trade CRM recommendation of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the foreign trade CRM recommendation of any one of claims 1-7.
