s406: and determining the legality of the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods according to the cross-border goods data and the cross-border goods information.
As described in the background, customs inspection of cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items, or cross-border mail items is still performed manually. In the process of inspection, the cross-border e-commerce article, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail article needs to pass through the scanning detection device, and then the inspection personnel inspects the information of the cross-border e-commerce article, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail article and the customs declaration form which are scanned and detected through the detection image of the display, so that the process is time-consuming (one cross-border e-commerce article, cross-border express item or cross-border mail article is almost 6 seconds), and the customs clearance efficiency of the cross-border e-commerce article, cross-border express item or cross-border mail article is low.
In view of the above, referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a method for detecting a cross-border e-commerce item, a cross-border express item, or a cross-border e-mail item based on a block chain. In the present embodiment, the supervisor terminal device 100a of the supervisor (which may be a customs department, for example) may receive the scan information related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item from the preset scan detection device 100b, and determine the cross-border goods item information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item according to the scan information (corresponding to step S402). The scanning detection device 100b may be a device for detecting articles in the package during the security check, and which articles exist in the package may be determined by the scanning detection device 100 b. Wherein the supervisor terminal device 100a may be a computing device.
In addition, there may be multiple implementations of "determining cross-border cargo item information related to a cross-border e-commerce item, a cross-border express item, or a cross-border mail item according to the scan information", where for example, the scan information may be single-number information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item obtained by scanning a barcode on the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item, and then the cross-border cargo item information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item is determined according to the single-number information.
Alternatively, the scanning detection device 100b is, for example, an X-ray scanning device, and the scanning information may be a scanned image of a cross-border e-commerce item, a cross-border express item, or a cross-border mail item collected by the scanning detection device 100b, so that the cross-border goods item information may be determined from the scanned image by an artificial intelligence model set in advance using image recognition.
Finally, the scanning information may include, for example, single number information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item and a scanning image, and then determine first cross-border cargo item information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item by using the single number information, and determine second cross-border cargo item information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item by using the scanning image, and in the case that the first cross-border cargo item information and the second cross-border cargo item information are consistent, the authenticity of the goods in the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item may be determined.
Further, the supervisor terminal device 100a of the supervisor can acquire cross-border goods item data related to cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items, or cross-border mail items from the blockchain system 200 (corresponding to step S404).
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, each service node in the cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item or cross-border mail item stores data information related to the cross-border goods item while completing its service on the blockchain system 200.
For example, a merchant offering an item (which may be a supplier node 202k, for example) also operates a blockchain link point of the blockchain system 200. Thus, after the merchant and the consumer have entered into a trade agreement for the item, the merchant may send transaction information related to the item to the provider node 202k via the provider terminal device 100 d. The transaction information includes, for example: item information associated with the item (e.g., item name, manufacturer, model number, etc.), identity information of the consumer (e.g., name, mailing address, contact phone, etc.), merchant information (e.g., merchant name, etc.), transaction time, transaction document information, and price information, among others. The donor node 202k, upon receiving the transaction information, may uplink the transaction information to the blockchain system 200.
In addition, during the transaction, if the consumer is also assisted by a financial service (e.g., credit card service), the fsp may transmit financial service information related to the transaction to the fsp operated block-linked point (i.e., fsp node 202i) via fsp terminal 100 e. The financial service information includes, for example: information on the goods (e.g., name, manufacturer, model, etc.), identity information of the consumer (e.g., name, mailing address, contact phone, etc.), merchant information of the merchant providing the goods (e.g., merchant name, etc.), time of the goods transaction, information on the goods transaction document, price information of the goods, and amount of money provided by the financial service. Also, upon receiving the fsp information, the fsp 202i may link the fsp information to the blockchain system 200.
Further, during the transaction, if the consumer or the merchant purchases an insurance for the item, the insurance server may send insurance service information related to the transaction to the block chain node (i.e., the insurance server node 202j) operated by the insurance server through the insurance server terminal device 100 f. Insurance service information includes, for example: information on the goods (e.g., name, manufacturer, model, etc.), information on the identity of the consumer (e.g., name, mailing address, contact phone, etc.), information on the merchant who provided the goods (e.g., name, etc.), time of the goods transaction, information on the goods transaction document, price information on the goods, and the amount of insurance. Also, upon receiving the insurance service information, the insurance server node 202j may uplink the insurance service information to the blockchain system 200.
Further, when the merchant entrusts the courier to deliver the item to the consumer, the courier may send courier service information related to the item to the block chain node (i.e., the carrier node 202h) operated by the courier through the courier terminal device 100 g. Information on the goods (e.g., name, manufacturer, model, etc.), information on the identity of the consumer (e.g., name, mailing address, contact phone, etc.), information on the merchant who provided the goods (e.g., name, etc.), time of the goods transaction, information on the goods transaction document, information on the price of the goods, and information on the express delivery fee. And, upon receiving the courier service information, the carrier node 202h may uplink the courier service information to the blockchain system 200.
Further, when the delivery company entrusts the carrier with transporting the goods, the carrier can transmit the transportation service information related to the goods to the block chain node (i.e., the carrier node 202e) operated by the carrier through the carrier terminal device 100 h. Information on the goods (e.g., name, manufacturer, model, etc.) information on the goods, information on the identity of the consumer (e.g., name, identification number mailing address, contact phone, etc.), information on the merchant providing the goods (e.g., name, etc.), time of the goods transaction, information on the goods transaction document, price information on the goods, and transportation cost information. Also, upon receiving the transport service information, the transporter node 202e may uplink the transport service information to the blockchain system 200.
Thus, the blockchain system 200 has stored cross-border cargo item data linked by various business parties to the item even though the item has not been sent to the inbound customs. Thus, the supervisor terminal device 100a may obtain cross-border cargo item data related to cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items, or cross-border mail items from the blockchain system 200.
Further, the supervisor terminal device 100a of the supervisor may determine the legitimacy of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item according to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item data and the cross-border goods item information (corresponding to step S406). In the case where the data of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border e-mail item stored in the blockchain system 200 is normal, all the data in the blockchain system 200 are the same. Therefore, the legality of the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods can be determined through the data of the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods and the information of the cross-border goods and goods.
In addition, it is to be noted that, for example, the item information acquired by the terminal device 100a of the supervisor from the supervisor node 202a of the blockchain system 200 is clothing, but the item information obtained by scanning is food, which indicates that the cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item or cross-border e-mail item has a problem. The monitoring party can regard the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item as an illegal outbound cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item or cross-border mail item.
Thus, according to the technical solution of this embodiment, when the supervisor terminal device 100a of the supervisor acquires the cross-border goods item information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item from the scanning detection device 100b, the supervisor terminal device 100a may acquire the cross-border goods item data related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item (e.g., the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item data uploaded to the blockchain system 200 by other related businesses) from the blockchain system 200 (e.g., the supervisor node 202 a). The supervisor terminal device 100a can then determine the validity of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item through the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item data and the cross-border goods item information. In addition, the supervisors and other business parties are all nodes disposed on the same blockchain system 200, and data generated by each party can be broadcast in the form of blocks in the blockchain system 200.
Therefore, by virtue of the distributed data storage and the data non-tamper-ability characteristics of the blockchain system 200, the supervisor can easily obtain cross-border goods item data related to cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items or cross-border mail items at the own blockchain node 202a through the supervisor terminal device 100 a. Therefore, the detection efficiency of cross-border E-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles can be improved, and the complexity of the system is reduced. The technical effect of rapidly detecting the authenticity of the goods information in the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods is achieved. And then solved the mode that exists among the prior art through artifical to cross border electricity merchant article, cross border express mail article or cross border mail article and examined, there is the technical problem that consumes time long to lead to clearance inefficiency.
In addition, the terminal device 100a of the monitoring party can also provide a basic interface, which is convenient for other business parties to inquire the monitoring information of cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express articles or cross-border mail articles and trace the source.
Optionally, the operation of determining the validity of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item according to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item data and the cross-border goods item information includes: comparing the cross-border goods information with cross-border e-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods data; and determining the legality of the cross-border E-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item under the condition that the cross-border goods item information is matched with the data of the cross-border E-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item.
Specifically, the supervisor terminal device 100a compares the cross-border cargo item information with the cross-border cargo item data. For example, the supervisor terminal device 100a may scan whether the item information obtained by the detection device 100b is consistent with the item information obtained from the blockchain system 200. Then, in the case where the cross-border cargo item information matches the cross-border cargo item data, the regulator node 202a determines the legitimacy of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item (corresponding to step S408). For example, after determining that the item information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item is the same as the data information of the cross-border cargo item recorded on the block chain system 200, the supervisor node 202a may determine that there is no illegal phenomenon in the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item. Therefore, through the mode, the technical effect of accurately determining the legality of the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods is achieved.
Optionally, the operation of obtaining cross-border goods item data related to cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items, or cross-border mail items from the blockchain system includes: cross-border cargo item information of a cross-border E-commerce item, a cross-border express item or a cross-border mail item is obtained from a cross-border cargo item bill related to the cross-border E-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item, wherein the cross-border cargo item information comprises identification information of the corresponding cross-border E-commerce item, cross-border express item or cross-border mail item; and acquiring cross-border goods item data related to cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items or cross-border mail items from the block chain system according to the identification information.
Specifically, first, the supervisor terminal device 100a may obtain the cross-border cargo item information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item from the cross-border cargo item document related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item, where the cross-border cargo item information includes the identification information of the corresponding cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item, or cross-border mail item. When the supervisor receives the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item, the supervisor obtains a cross-border goods item document (such as an order, a payment order, a logistics order and the like) related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item, and identification information (such as logistics order number information for identifying the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item) for identifying the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item can be included in the cross-border goods item document. The supervisor terminal device 100a may then obtain cross-border cargo item data related to cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items, or cross-border mail items from the blockchain system 200 based on the identification information. For example, the supervisor terminal device 100a may obtain cross-border cargo item data related to the cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item, or cross-border mail item (e.g., cross-border cargo item data uploaded to the blockchain system 200 by other business parties) from the supervisor node 202a of the blockchain according to the single number information of the cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item, or cross-border mail item. Therefore, the technical effect of rapidly acquiring the cross-border goods data is achieved through the mode.
Optionally, the cross-border cargo item information further comprises identity information related to a transaction party of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item, and the method further comprises: uploading the identity information to a block chain system; obtaining a verification result of the identity information from the block chain system; and determining the legality of the cross-border E-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item under the condition that the verification result is normal.
As described in the background, class B couriers are exempt from customs duties within regulatory limits or tax exempt amounts, as defined by customs, and thus give rise to opportunities for lawbreakers who want to evade taxes. For example, lawbreakers can forge a batch of orders to forge personal express mails by using a large amount of personal identification documents, and then pass the batch purchased cross-border goods through customs in a personal express mode to achieve the purpose of tax evasion, thereby causing losses to the country.
In response to the above problem, the supervisor may obtain, for example, identity information of the trader associated with the cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item, or cross-border e-mail item from the cross-border goods item document. Then, the supervisor terminal device 100a may upload the identity information to the blockchain system 200, so that the terminal device 100c of the third-party identity information verifier of the blockchain system 200 may obtain the identity information from the third-party identity information verification node 202l of the blockchain system 200, and the terminal device 100c of the third-party identity information verifier verifies the identity information, and the terminal device 100c of the third-party identity information verifier may upload the verification result of the identity information to the third-party identity information verification node 202 l. The supervisor terminal device 100a may then obtain the verification result of the identity information from the blockchain system 200. Finally, the terminal device 100a of the monitoring party determines whether the identity information of the sender of the cross-border e-commerce article, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail article is real or not according to the obtained verification result of the identity information, so that the technical effect of determining whether the cross-border e-commerce article, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail article is a legal cross-border e-commerce article, cross-border express item or cross-border mail article is achieved through the mode. And further solve the technical problem that cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles in the prior art easily cause tax evasion.
Optionally, this embodiment further includes: acquiring a plurality of receiving information related to a plurality of cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles from a block chain system according to a plurality of identification information of the cross-border e-commerce articles, the cross-border express items or the cross-border mail articles, wherein the receiving information is used for indicating recipient information and receiving address information; judging whether the plurality of received messages are the same; and judging that the plurality of cross-border E-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles are illegal under the condition that the plurality of received messages are the same.
Specifically, when the cross-border e-commerce article, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail article is a normal cross-border e-commerce article, a cross-border express item or a cross-border mail article, a batch of cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles can be sent to different signboards, but if a lawbreaker unpacks a batch of goods into a batch of cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles so as to realize tax evasion, the tax evasion is usually sent to the same destination in China (or abroad), and the tax evasion is uniformly sent after the collection. In order to solve the above problem, the supervisor terminal device 100a may first obtain, from the blockchain system 200 (the supervisor node 202a), a plurality of pieces of addressee information related to a plurality of cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items, or cross-border e-mail items, for example, addressee information of a batch of cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items, or cross-border e-mail items within a certain time period, where the addressee information includes addressee information and addressee information. Then, in the case where the plurality of received messages are the same, the supervisor terminal device 100a may determine that the plurality of cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items, or cross-border mail items are illegal. For example, when the supervising party finds that the addressees of a plurality of cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items or cross-border mail items are the same, the supervising party considers that the cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items or cross-border mail items have violation behaviors, and determines that the cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items or cross-border mail items are illegal unpackaged disguised cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items or cross-border mail items. Therefore, by the mode, the technical effect of effectively preventing lawbreakers from stealing taxes and leaking taxes through illegal unpacking is achieved. And further solve the technical problem that cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles in the prior art easily cause tax evasion.
Optionally, the cross-border goods item information further includes cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item or cross-border mail item price information corresponding to the cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item or cross-border mail item, and the method further includes: acquiring buyer price information and seller price information related to cross-border e-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods from the blockchain system according to the identification information; comparing the price information with the buyer price information and the seller price information; and determining the legality of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item under the condition that the price information is matched with the buyer price information and the seller price information.
Specifically, the supervisor receives the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item, and obtains a cross-border goods item receipt (such as an order, a payment order, a logistics order, a customs declaration and the like) related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item, and the cross-border goods item receipt contains price information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item. Thus, the terminal device 100a of the administrator may first obtain, from the blockchain system 200, the buyer price information and the seller price information related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border e-mail item according to the obtained identification information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border e-mail item (for example, the single number information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border e-mail item). For example, the supervisor terminal device 100a may obtain the seller price information uploaded by the supplier terminal device 110d for the cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item, or cross-border mail item sold by the merchant and the buyer price information for the buyer to purchase the cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item, or cross-border mail item from the supervisor node 202a of the blockchain system 200. Then, the supervisor terminal device 100a may determine whether the price information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border e-mail item is real by comparing whether the obtained price information of the seller, the buyer, and the cross-border goods item are consistent, so as to determine the validity of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border e-mail item.
Optionally, this embodiment further includes: and writing goods item supervision business data related to cross-border E-commerce items, cross-border express items or cross-border mail items into the blockchain system.
Specifically, after the monitoring party processes the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item, the monitoring party terminal device 100a may write logistics business data information related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item monitoring business into the blockchain system 200. For example, the monitoring terminal device 100a may send the cargo monitoring service data to the monitoring node 202a, and uplink processing is performed on the cargo monitoring service data by the monitoring node 202 a. Wherein the goods supervision business data may include: the method comprises the steps of obtaining goods information of cross-border E-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods, identity information of consumers, merchant information of merchants providing goods, goods transaction time, goods transaction document information, price information of goods, amount of money provided by financial services, legal information of the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods and the like. Therefore, in this way, the data information related to the supervision business of the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods can be shared with the users participating in other business links of the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods, so that other users participating in cross-border e-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods can also acquire data related to cross-border e-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods supervision business, and cross comparison and matching are carried out by utilizing data related to cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail article supervision services, thereby solving the problem of unsmooth information communication among all business links in the flow of cross-border E-commerce articles, cross-border express articles or cross-border mail articles, therefore, the technical problem of low detection efficiency of cross-border E-commerce articles, cross-border express articles or cross-border mail articles is caused.
Optionally, the writing of the cargo item supervision business data related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item into the blockchain system further includes: and setting the authority of the block chain node for acquiring the goods supervision service data.
Specifically, during the operation of the supervisory terminal device 100a performing uplink processing through the supervisory node 202a, the authority to acquire the block link point 202a of the cargo asset supervision service data is set. For example, the monitoring party node 202a may set an authority table for storing the identification IDs of other parties that can obtain the cargo monitoring service data, as long as the identification IDs in the authority table can directly obtain the cargo monitoring service data. The supervisor terminal device 100a may also provide other authorized blockchain nodes with decryption keys in the form of keys for it to obtain data. Thereby guaranteeing the privacy of cross-border cargo item data.
Optionally, obtaining cross-border cargo item data related to cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items, or cross-border mail items from a blockchain system, comprising: acquiring cross-border goods item data recorded by a supplier of cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items or cross-border mail items from a blockchain system; acquiring cross-border goods item data recorded by a financial service party of cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items or cross-border mail items from a blockchain system; acquiring cross-border goods data recorded by an insurance service party of cross-border E-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods from a block chain system; obtaining cross-border cargo item data recorded by carriers of cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express items, or cross-border mail items from a blockchain system; or obtain cross-border cargo item data recorded by a transporter of a cross-border e-commerce item, a cross-border express item, or a cross-border mail item from a blockchain system.
Specifically, the business roles involved in the cross-border trading process include business roles such as supply, financial server, insurance server, carrier, and transporter, and the computing device of each business role can be a node in the blockchain system 200. For example, referring to fig. 2, a supplier may link the cross-border cargo item data to the block chain system 200 through the terminal device 100d, a financial service provider may link the cross-border cargo item data to the block chain system 200 through the terminal device 100e, an insurance service provider may link the cross-border cargo item data to the block chain system 200 through the terminal device 100f, a carrier may link the cross-border cargo item data to the block chain system 200 through the terminal device 100g, and a transporter may link the cross-border cargo item data to the block chain system 200 through the terminal device 100h, and other businesses may link the cross-border cargo item data to the block chain system 200 through the above-mentioned manner, which is not repeated herein. The supervisor terminal device 100a can thus obtain cross-border cargo item data uploaded by other business parties at its supervisor node 202 a. And the cross-border cargo item data recorded on the blockchain system 200 do not conflict with each other. Therefore, the accuracy of the cross-border goods data acquired by the supervision party in the cross-border trade data processing process is guaranteed.
Optionally, obtaining cross-border cargo item data from a blockchain system comprises: the method comprises the steps of acquiring cross-border goods data from a block chain system by utilizing a first program module in a plurality of preset program modules, wherein the plurality of program modules are respectively used for processing data information of different business links related to cross-border e-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods business, and the first program module is used for processing data information of a business link to which the cross-border goods data belong.
Specifically, referring to FIG. 3, a plurality of program modules are provided at supervisor node 202a, including: the transaction program module is used for processing transaction data related to the cross-border e-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods and sent by related parties (buyers and sellers) participating in the cross-border e-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods; the entrusting program module is used for processing entrusting business data which is sent by the related parties of the cross-border e-commerce articles, the cross-border express mail articles or the cross-border mail articles and is related to the cross-border e-commerce articles, the cross-border express articles or the cross-border mail articles; the transportation program module is used for processing transportation business data which is sent by a transporter participating in the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods and is related to the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods; the warehousing program module is used for processing warehousing business data which is sent by warehousing parties participating in cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles and is related to the cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles; the customs clearance program module is used for processing customs clearance business data which is sent by a customs clearance enterprise participating in cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles and is related to the cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles; the carrying program module is used for processing carrying business data related to the cross-border E-commerce article, the cross-border express mail article or the cross-border mail article, which is sent by a carrier participating in the cross-border E-commerce article, the cross-border express mail article or the cross-border mail article; the settlement program module is used for processing settlement business data which is sent by financial service parties participating in cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles and is related to the cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles; the financing program module is used for processing financing business data which is sent by a financial service party participating in cross-border e-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods and is related to the cross-border e-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods; the insurance program module is used for processing insurance business data which is sent by an insurance service party participating in cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express mail articles or cross-border mail articles and is related to the cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express mail articles or cross-border mail articles; and the tax payment program module is used for processing tax data related to cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express delivery articles or cross-border mail articles sent by import and export trade enterprises of the cross-border e-commerce articles, the cross-border express delivery articles or the cross-border mail articles.

And the ten business links can also ensure that respective data do not conflict, so that the situation that the data can be divided into two or more business links at the same time can be avoided. Because the types of the cross-border goods data related to different business links in the flow of the cross-border e-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods are different, the embodiment combines the correlation of the cross-border goods data of different types, and the ten program modules are arranged in the supervisor node 202 a. The supervisor node 202a can completely process various cross-border cargo data through the ten program modules, and can also ensure that a comprehensive principle is strictly followed and a non-conflict principle is strictly followed in the process of processing the cross-border cargo data.
Optionally, writing goods item supervision business data related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item into the blockchain system, including: and writing the goods supervision service data into the block chain system by utilizing a second program module in a plurality of preset program modules, wherein the plurality of program modules are respectively used for processing data information of different service links related to cross-border e-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods service, and the second program module is used for processing data information related to the cross-border e-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods service in the cross-border e-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the monitoring party performs uplink processing on the goods supervision service data through the monitoring party node 202a, and a service link to which the goods supervision service data belongs is a monitoring link. Therefore, the supervisor node 202a performs uplink processing on the cargo management business data processed by the supervisor by calling the customs program module as the second program module. The plurality of program modules are respectively used for processing data information of different business links related to cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail article business, and the second program module is used for processing data information related to cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles supervision business in the cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles (namely the second program module can carry out uplink operation on the data information of the supervision link and can also enable other cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail article relatives to acquire the data information of the supervision link through the second program module). Therefore, the supervisor node 202a performs uplink processing on the cargo asset supervision service data through the second program module, and the uplink efficiency of the data is greatly improved.
Optionally, the blockchain includes a first blockchain and a plurality of second blockchains respectively corresponding to different business links, where the first blockchain is associated with the plurality of second blockchains, and the obtaining of the cross-border cargo item data from the blockchain system by using a first program module of a plurality of preset program modules includes: and acquiring the cross-border cargo item data from a second block chain corresponding to the business link to which the cross-border cargo item data belongs by using the first program module.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the blockchain system 200 (e.g., the blockchain 201a of the supervisor node 202a) further includes a first blockchain and a plurality of second blockchains respectively corresponding to different business links. The plurality of second block chains are respectively used for storing cross-border goods data related to different business links, the first block chain is used for storing all data related to each business link in the process of cross-border E-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods, and the first block chain is associated with the plurality of second block chains. Thus, the supervisor terminal device 100a may, for example, utilize a transaction program module (i.e., a first program module) to obtain cross-border cargo item data from a second blockchain (corresponding to the second blockchain 10 in fig. 5) in the blockchain system 200 corresponding to the transaction link to which the transaction data belongs. Through the mode, the accuracy and the non-tamper property of the stored cross-border goods data are guaranteed, and the efficiency of acquiring the cross-border goods data in the later period is guaranteed. Also, referring to fig. 5, program modules corresponding to different business links are provided on the block chain node, and different program modules are provided with a second block chain corresponding thereto. So that each program module can respectively link data to or retrieve data from the respective second blockchain. Thereby improving the efficiency of cross-border cargo item data access.
Optionally, the blockchain includes a first blockchain and a plurality of second blockchains respectively corresponding to different business links, where the first blockchain is associated with the plurality of second blockchains, and the cargo item supervision business data is written into the blockchain system by using a second program module of the preset plurality of program modules, including: and linking the goods supervision business data to a second block chain corresponding to a business link to which the goods supervision business data belongs by using a second program module.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the block chain system 200 further includes a first block chain and a plurality of second block chains respectively corresponding to different service links. Thus, for example, the manager node 202a may utilize a customs procedure module (i.e., a second procedure module) to uplink the cargo management service data into a second blockchain (i.e., corresponding to the second blockchain 20 in fig. 5) of the blockchain system 200 corresponding to the customs procedure to which the cargo management service data belongs. Therefore, the supervisor node 202a uplink-processes the cargo supervision service data to the second block chain 20 of the block chain system 200 through the second program module, which not only ensures the accuracy and non-tamper property of the stored cross-border cargo data, but also ensures the high efficiency of the later-stage cross-border cargo data acquisition. Also, referring to fig. 5, the program modules corresponding to different business links on the blockchain node respectively correspond to different second blockchains. Each program module can thus respectively uplink data to or retrieve data from the respective second blockchain (in addition, in the case of data sharing, data of all nodes on the blockchain system 200 are the same). Thereby improving the efficiency of cross-border cargo item data access.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, the block chain system 200 further includes a first block chain. Wherein the first blockchain is used for storing cross-border goods data related to all business links. Therefore, the supervisor node 202a may also uplink the cargo-management service data to the first blockchain. In this way, the first block chain is stored with all cross-border goods item data so as to form a distributed cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item or cross-border mail item general ledger.
Further, referring to fig. 1, according to a second aspect of the present embodiment, there is provided a storage medium. The storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the method of any of the above is performed by a processor when the program is run.
Thus, according to the embodiment, when the supervisor terminal device 100a of the supervisor acquires the cross-border cargo item information of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item from the scanning detection device 100b, the supervisor terminal device 100a of the supervisor node 202a may acquire the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item cross-border cargo item data related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item from the blockchain system 200 (e.g., the supervisor node 202 a). Then, the supervisor terminal device 100a may determine whether there is a violation in the cross-border cargo item information in the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border e-mail item by comparing whether the cross-border cargo item information obtained from the scanning detection device 100b is consistent with the cross-border cargo item data obtained from the blockchain system 200. In addition, the monitoring party can acquire the identity information, the price information and the receiving information of the transaction party related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item from the cross-border goods item document, and then compares the identity information, the price information and the receiving information with the corresponding information acquired from the block chain system 200, so that the accuracy of the information in the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item can be determined, and illegal behaviors in the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item can be avoided. And then the technical effect of rapidly detecting the authenticity of the information of the cross-border goods in the cross-border E-commerce goods, the cross-border express goods or the cross-border mail goods is achieved. And further, the technical problems that in the prior art, the customs clearance efficiency is low due to long time consumption in a mode of manually checking cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles, and tax evasion is easily caused by B-type cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles are solved.
Further, as shown with reference to fig. 2, the cross-border scanning detection device 100b is connected to the supervisor terminal device 100a, so that the supervisor terminal device 100a can determine to receive the scanned and detected goods according to the scanning information received from the cross-border scanning detection device 100 b. The supervisor terminal device 100a may then access the blockchain system 200 through the supervisor node 202a so that information provided by the cross-border transaction parties regarding the item may be obtained from the blockchain system 200. Then, the supervisor terminal device 100a compares the identified goods with the goods information acquired from the blockchain system 200, and can determine whether the goods has an illegal behavior. Therefore, by the mode, the detection efficiency of cross-border e-commerce articles, cross-border express items or cross-border mail articles can be greatly improved, and timely and quick detection can be achieved.
In addition, the supervisor terminal device 100a may also obtain identity information related to the transacting party of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border e-mail item from the reported customs declaration form (cross-border goods item receipt), and upload the identity information to the blockchain system 200 through the supervisor node 202a, so that third party identity information verification node 202l on blockchain system 200 can obtain the identity information from blockchain system 200 and perform verification of the identity information, then, the verification result of the identity information is uploaded to the blockchain system 200, so that the supervisor terminal device 100a obtains the verification result of the identity information through the supervisor node 202a, thereby determining whether the identity information is real, and further determining whether the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border mail item is a legally-passed cross-border e-commerce item, cross-border express item or cross-border mail item.
In addition, the supervisor terminal device 100a may also acquire the information of the signoff and the information of the transmission destination related to the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item, or the cross-border mail item through the supervisor node 202 a. If the goods are normal cross-border E-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods, a batch of goods can be sent to different signatories. If a batch of goods is unpacked into a batch of cross-border E-commerce goods, cross-border express goods or cross-border mail goods for tax evasion, the goods are generally sent to the same domestic destination and then are collected and sent uniformly. Thus, by checking whether a batch of cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express mail items or cross-border mail items are all addressed to the same destination and have no downstream address, it is determined whether the batch of cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express mail items or cross-border mail items are illegally unpackaged pseudo cross-border e-commerce items, cross-border express mail items or cross-border mail items.
In addition, the supervisor terminal device 100a may also obtain the price provided by the seller and the price provided by the buyer of the cross-border e-commerce item, the cross-border express item or the cross-border e-mail item from the blockchain system 200, so as to check the price of the customs clearance statement and determine whether the information is real.
In addition, the terminal device 100a of the monitoring party can also provide a basic interface, which is convenient for other parties to inquire goods and trace the source.
