Abstract
The disclosure provides an object processing method, device, equipment and medium, and relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to the field of artificial intelligence, and especially relates to the technical field of cloud service. Background
With the rapid increase of the types and the number of the objects, an object processing service for providing a search terminal is gradually started. Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an object processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is applicable to a case of providing an object processing service. The method may be performed by an object processing apparatus, which may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and may be integrated in an electronic device carrying the object processing function. For example, the electronic device may be a device that provides an object handling service system. As shown in fig. 1, the object processing method of the present embodiment may include:
s101, determining at least two supply description information of a candidate object according to the search information, wherein the candidate object is associated with at least two supply terminals.
The search information is used for searching for the object, and the search information may be a search keyword such as an object name, an object use or an object source. The object refers to a kind of object whose usage subject is restricted by ownership, and may be, for example, a trademark, a patent, a work, and the like. The search information may be determined according to search requirements, which may be generated by a search peer having object processing requirements. The candidate object is an object matched with the search information, and at least two supply terminals are associated with the candidate object. The supply end can possess a large amount of object resources and can provide object processing services to the outside. That is, at least two providers may provide candidate processing services. Wherein, one candidate object may be provided by a plurality of supply terminals at the same time, and one candidate object may be associated with a plurality of supply terminals at the same time.
Provisioning description information is provided by a provisioning end associated with the candidate object, the provisioning description information for describing a provisioning condition of the object. Illustratively, the provisioning description information includes object introduction information such as a text introduction or a picture introduction, object provisioning value information, and the like. Optionally, at least two pieces of provisioning description information of the candidate object are provided by the provisioning terminals associated with the candidate object, respectively.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the object processing system may determine, according to the search information, a candidate object matching the search information from all the provided objects accessed to the object processing system. Specifically, if the search information includes description information of the object, multidimensional filtering may be performed on the objects provided by all the supply terminals according to the description information of the object in the search information, and an obtained filtering result is used as a candidate object. For example, in the case where the object is a trademark, the object processing system may filter trademarks in the object processing system from dimensions such as a trademark name, a trademark registration number, and a trademark registration time based on the search information, and use the obtained filtering result as a candidate trademark (i.e., a candidate object). If the search information does not include the description information of the object, all the objects provided by the supply end can be used as candidate objects.
S102, outputting the supply description information.
The provisioning description information corresponds to a candidate object, the candidate object having at least two provisioning description information. If the number of the supply description information is plural, the plural supply description information may be sorted and output in a certain order. The processing request is generated based on the provisioning description information, and the processing request for the output provisioning description information may be generated according to a selection operation of the search end for the provisioning description information. The provisioning description information corresponds to the candidate object. The processing request for the output provisioning description information may be a consultation request, a status inquiry request, or a transfer request for a candidate object associated with the provisioning description information.
S104, determining a target object corresponding to the processing request from the candidate objects, and determining a target supply end corresponding to the target object.
The target object is generated among the candidate objects, the target object corresponding to the processing request. The processing request is generated based on provisioning description information provided by the provisioning end. Another way to implement this is: one or more of all the providers that provide the target object handling service may be the target providers in a certain filtering manner. Such as may be selected randomly, or according to an object provisioning value in provisioning description information, etc.
S105, controlling the target supply terminal to execute processing operation on the target object according to the processing request.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the object processing system may control the target provisioning end to perform a processing operation on the target object according to the processing request. Specifically, the processing operation may include an ownership transfer operation of the object, a consultation operation of the object, a status inquiry operation, and the like. For example, when the processing operation is an ownership transfer operation, the order information submitted for the target object may be acquired from the processing request. The order information may be payment information of the search terminal, and for example, the order information may be prepaid payment information, payment information of a tail payment, payment information of a full payment, or the like. And the object processing system controls the target supply terminal according to the order information and executes ownership transfer operation of the target object. The ownership transfer operation of the target object refers to an operation that needs to be executed by the target supply end in the process of transferring ownership of the target object to the search end. Wherein the interactive interface corresponds to the processing request. The interactive interface is provided by the object processing system and used for the information interaction between the search end and the target supply end based on the target object. The search end is the end which initiates the processing request, and the target supply end is the end which can provide the object processing service for the search end.

And informing the search terminal and the target supply terminal to perform information interaction based on the target object on the object processing system based on the interaction interface. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an object processing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the object processing system executes an object processing method according to any one of the embodiments, and as shown in fig. 4, an object processing system 400 is composed of 4 parts, which are a front-end entry module 401, a gateway module 402, a core logic module 403, and a base dependency module 404. The front-end portal module 401 is used to support access to the object processing system by the search end and the supply end. The front-end portal module 401 includes an object official website unit, an object control unit, and a supply-end API unit. The object official website unit is used for displaying the supply description information of the object to the search end; the object control unit is used for carrying out object management; the supply side API unit may provide the supply side access to the object processing system.
It should be noted that the network accessed by the front-end entry module 401 is an extranet, and the intranet of the object processing system can be accessed only through the gateway module 402. The gateway module 402 includes a console gateway and an API gateway. The object official network unit and the object control unit are accessed to an intranet of the object processing system through a console gateway; the supply end API accesses the internal network of the object processing system through the API gateway.
The core logic module 403 is provided with core processing logic of the object processing system, which specifically includes a requirement management logic, a processing management logic, a state synchronization logic, an object management logic, a file management logic, a supplier adaptation logic, and the like. Further, the core logic module 403 includes: the system comprises a demand management unit, a processing management unit, a state synchronization unit, an object management unit, a file management unit and a supply end adaptation unit, wherein the demand management unit, the processing management unit, the state synchronization unit, the object management unit, the file management unit and the supply end adaptation unit are in one-to-one correspondence with the core processing logics.
The demand management unit is used for determining a target supply end from the supply ends according to the demand of the search end, and sending the demand of the object consultation to the target supply end.
The processing management unit is used for managing object processing information, and the object processing information comprises payment information processed by the management object, such as prepayment, payment due and the like; the processing management unit is also used for carrying out multi-dimensional filtering on the object processing data according to the query requirement and supporting the search end and the target supply end to check the processing records. In addition, the processing management unit is also used for executing operation closing, deleting operation and the like;
the state synchronization unit is used for synchronizing the related state information of object processing and sending a specific message to the search terminal or the target supply terminal in a specific state to remind the search terminal or the target supply terminal of processing progress; and the object synchronization unit is used for synchronizing the supply description information provided by the supply end on the object display interface. The synchronization mode can be also divided into an active synchronization mode and a passive synchronization mode, wherein the active synchronization mode refers to that an object synchronization unit actively acquires the supply description information of an object from a supply end at regular time; passive synchronization refers to pushing provisioning description information of an object from a provisioning side to an object synchronization unit.
And the object management unit is used for managing the supply description information of the object and mainly managing the functions of shelving up and shelving down, object list viewing, object detail viewing and the like of the object. When the object management unit performs shelf management on the object, if the supply values set for the same object by different supply ends are different, the object management unit synchronizes the supply description information of the object provided by the supply end corresponding to the lowest supply value on the object display interface.
A file management unit, configured to manage file information in an object processing procedure, for example: the file management unit is used for executing operations such as file viewing operation, downloading operation and uploading operation.
The supply end adapting unit is provided with an adapter mode, can shield data formats and interaction differences among different supply ends, and is used for constructing a supply end adapting system.
And a basic dependency module 404 for providing basic data storage and computation support for the object processing system. As shown, the base dependency module 404 includes a storage service unit, a common service unit, and a supplier end unit.
Wherein, the storage service unit includes: RDS database, BOS, BES database, and SCS. The BOS (Baidu Object storage) is a stable, safe, efficient and highly-extensible storage service provided by a Baidu intelligent cloud, and supports any type of data storage such as text, multimedia and binary; the RDS database is used for storing transaction information and trademark information; the BES database is used for supporting trademark retrieval, and can quickly retrieve target trademarks from a plurality of trademarks; SCS (Simple Cache Service) is used to Cache some basic information.
The public service unit includes: IAM services, Billing and public services, etc. IAM (Identity and Access Management) service is a public service for authority control and is used for carrying out authority isolation; a Billing system for processing transaction data; and the public service is used for providing basic services for the object processing system, such as account login management service and the like.
And the supply end unit is used for storing the information of the supply end accessed to the object processing system.
To facilitate understanding of the present embodiment, a case where an object is a trademark is described, and fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a trademark processing service provided by an object processing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the trademark transaction flow is: first, the search end performs trademark search through the object official network of the object processing system. Specifically, the object processing system generates search information according to the trademark search operation of the search end in the object official website
Outputting at least two supply description information to a search end through an object display interface, determining a target object from candidate objects according to an object consultation request triggered by the search end aiming at the supply description information, and determining a target supply end corresponding to the target object from the supply end; feeding back a target supply end to the search end, and providing an interactive interface for the search end and the target supply end so that the search end and the target supply end can perform information interaction based on a target object through the interactive interface to complete selection of a trademark; and under the condition that the trademark payment rule is batch payment, the searching terminal submits a pre-payment order to the object processing system, the object processing system generates a pre-payment order which is suitable for the target supply terminal according to the pre-payment order, sends the pre-payment order to the target supply terminal, informs the target supply terminal of confirming the pre-payment order, and reminds the target supply terminal of sending the pre-payment order to the trademark holder for confirmation.
After the target supply end and the trademark holder confirm the pre-payment order, the object processing system feeds back the confirmation state of the pre-payment order to the search end, reminds the search end to finish payment of the tail money and submits the tail money order to the object processing system. And the searching terminal submits a tail order to the object processing system, the object processing system generates the tail order which is adapted to the target supply terminal according to the tail order, sends the tail order to the target supply terminal, informs the target supply terminal to confirm the tail order, and reminds the target supply terminal to apply trademark transfer to a trademark office and transact trademark transfer after the tail order is confirmed. And after the trademark assignment is completed, the target supply end sends the trademark assignment state to the object processing system, the object processing system synchronizes the trademark assignment state to the object display interface, and the object processing system also feeds back the trademark assignment state to the search end.
The object processing system realizes the synchronization of the trade state of the trademark and the automatic reminding of the transfer state, and the searching end can conveniently and directly check the trade state of the trademark in the object processing system. The object processing system is simultaneously accessed to a plurality of trademark supply terminals, so that the data volume of tradeable trademarks is effectively enlarged. In addition, the object processing system synchronizes the supply description information provided by the supply end corresponding to the lowest supply value on the object display page by comparing the supply values set by a plurality of trademark supply ends aiming at the same trademark, thereby effectively reducing the purchase cost of the search end.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an object processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The disclosed embodiments provide for the case of object handling services. The apparatus can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the apparatus can implement the object processing method according to any embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, the object processing apparatus 600 includes: a provisioning description information determination module 601, a provisioning description information output module 602, a processing request acquisition module 603, a target provisioning side determination module 604, and a processing operation execution module 605.
A provisioning description information determining module 601, configured to determine, according to the search information, at least two provisioning descriptions information of a candidate object, where the candidate object is associated with at least two provisioning terminals;
a provisioning description information output module 602, configured to output the provisioning description information;
a processing request acquisition module 603 configured to acquire a processing request for the output provisioning description information;
a target supplier determining module 604, configured to determine a target object corresponding to the processing request from the candidate objects, and determine a target supplier corresponding to the target object;
a processing operation executing module 605, configured to control the target provider to execute a processing operation on the target object according to the processing request.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the supply description information provided by a plurality of supply terminals is output according to the search information, the processing request aiming at the output supply description information is obtained, the target object corresponding to the processing request is determined from the candidate objects, the target supply terminal corresponding to the target object is determined, and the target supply terminal is controlled to execute the processing operation on the target object according to the processing request. According to the scheme, at least two supply ends are connected to the object processing system, the object sources are enlarged, and objects selected by a user can be more comprehensive, so that the object processing service is better provided for the search end.
Optionally, the processing operation executing module 605 includes: the second processing information generation submodule is used for generating second processing information adaptive to the target supply end according to the first processing information in the processing request; and the processing operation execution sub-module is used for forwarding the second processing information to the target supply terminal and controlling the target supply terminal to execute processing operation on the target object based on the second processing information.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: and the processing state information output module is used for outputting the processing state information in the process of controlling the target supply terminal to execute the processing operation on the target object according to the processing request.
Optionally, the supply description information output module 602 includes: a supply value extraction sub-module, configured to extract, from the at least two supply description information of the candidate object, supply values set by at least two supply terminals for the candidate object, respectively; the supply description information screening submodule is used for screening the supply description information according to the supply value; and the supply description information output submodule is used for outputting the supply description information according to the screening result.
Optionally, the target-providing-end determining module 604 includes: a supply priority determining submodule for determining supply priorities of at least two supply terminals associated with the target object, respectively; and the target supply end determining submodule is used for determining a target supply end corresponding to the target object according to the supply priority.
Optionally, the processing operation executing module 605 includes: the interactive interface determining submodule is used for determining an interactive interface corresponding to the processing request; and the information interaction submodule is used for controlling the target supply terminal to carry out information interaction with the search terminal based on the target object through the interaction interface.
The object processing device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can execute the object processing method provided by any embodiment of the disclosure, and has the corresponding functional module and beneficial effect of executing the object processing method.
In the technical scheme of the disclosure, the related interactive content acquisition, storage, application and the like all accord with the regulations of related laws and regulations, and do not violate the good customs of the public order.
The present disclosure also provides an electronic device, a readable storage medium, and a computer program product according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of an electronic device for implementing an object processing method of an embodiment of the present disclosure. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the disclosure described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 7, the electronic device 700 includes a computing unit 701, which may perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data required for the operation of the electronic device 700 can also be stored. The calculation unit 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other by a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
A number of components in the electronic device 700 are connected to the I/O interface 705, including: an input unit 706 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 707 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 708 such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 709 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 709 allows the electronic device 700 to exchange information/data with other devices via a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
Program code for implementing the methods of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program codes may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable object processing apparatus, such that the program codes, when executed by the processor or controller, cause the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and the Internet.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server may be a cloud server, a server of a distributed system, or a server with a combined blockchain.
Artificial intelligence is the subject of research that makes computers simulate some human mental processes and intelligent behaviors (such as learning, reasoning, thinking, planning, etc.), both at the hardware level and at the software level. Artificial intelligence hardware technologies generally include technologies such as sensors, dedicated artificial intelligence chips, cloud computing, distributed storage, big data processing, and the like; the artificial intelligence software technology mainly comprises a computer vision technology, a voice recognition technology, a natural language processing technology, a machine learning/deep learning technology, a big data processing technology, a knowledge map technology and the like.
Cloud computing (cloud computing) refers to a technology system that accesses a flexibly extensible shared physical or virtual resource pool through a network, where resources may include servers, operating systems, networks, software, applications, storage devices, and the like, and may be deployed and managed in a self-service manner as needed. Through the cloud computing technology, high-efficiency and strong data processing capacity can be provided for technical application and model training of artificial intelligence, block chains and the like.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present disclosure may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present disclosure can be achieved, and the present disclosure is not limited herein.

Claims (13)
1. An object processing method, comprising:
determining at least two supply description information of a candidate object according to the search information, wherein the candidate object is associated with at least two supply ends;
outputting the provisioning description information;
acquiring a processing request for the outputted supply description information;
determining a target object corresponding to the processing request from the candidate objects, and determining a target supply end corresponding to the target object;
and controlling the target supply terminal to execute processing operation on the target object according to the processing request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the controlling the target provider to perform a processing operation on the target object in accordance with the processing request comprises:
generating second processing information adapted to the target supply terminal according to the first processing information in the processing request;
and forwarding the second processing information to the target supply terminal, and controlling the target supply terminal to execute processing operation on the target object based on the second processing information.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and outputting processing state information in the process of controlling the target supply terminal to execute processing operation on the target object according to the processing request.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the outputting the provisioning description information comprises:
extracting at least two supply values set by a supply end for the candidate object from at least two supply description information of the candidate object respectively;
screening the supply description information according to the supply value;
and outputting the supply description information according to the screening result.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the target supplier to which the target object corresponds comprises:
respectively determining the supply priorities of at least two supply ends associated with the target object;
and determining a target supply end corresponding to the target object according to the supply priority.
6. An object processing apparatus comprising:
the supply description information determining module is used for determining at least two supply description information of a candidate object according to the search information, and the candidate object is associated with at least two supply ends;
a supply description information output module for outputting the supply description information;
a processing request acquisition module for acquiring a processing request for the output supply description information;
a target supplier determining module, configured to determine a target object corresponding to the processing request from the candidate objects, and determine a target supplier corresponding to the target object;
and the processing operation execution module is used for controlling the target supply terminal to execute processing operation on the target object according to the processing request.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the processing operation execution module comprises:
the second processing information generation submodule is used for generating second processing information adaptive to the target supply end according to the first processing information in the processing request;
and the processing operation execution sub-module is used for forwarding the second processing information to the target supply terminal and controlling the target supply terminal to execute processing operation on the target object based on the second processing information.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the processing state information output module is used for outputting the processing state information in the process of controlling the target supply terminal to execute the processing operation on the target object according to the processing request.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the provisioning description information output module comprises:
a supply value extraction sub-module, configured to extract, from the at least two supply description information of the candidate object, supply values set by at least two supply terminals for the candidate object, respectively;
the supply description information screening submodule is used for screening the supply description information according to the supply value;
and the supply description information output submodule is used for outputting the supply description information according to the screening result.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the target-supply-end determination module comprises:
a supply priority determining submodule for determining supply priorities of at least two supply terminals associated with the target object, respectively;
and the target supply end determining submodule is used for determining a target supply end corresponding to the target object according to the supply priority.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-5.
12. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-5.
13. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1-5.
