Background

Safety monitoring is needed in the building construction process to ensure construction safety, and the safety monitoring in the aspect of the existing building construction has the following defects: the outsiders of the arranged fence can cross to enter the construction area, so that potential safety hazards exist; in addition, the building can incline under the influence of external force, and the safety accident can be caused when the actual inclination angle of the building exceeds the safety limit inclination angle.

the detector comprises a mounting plate, one side of the mounting plate is fixedly connected with a first shell through a connecting block, a first fixing frame is fixedly connected to the inside of the first shell, a first ball is arranged in the center of the first fixing frame, a sliding frame is fixedly connected to the top of the inner wall of the first shell, a pressing block is connected to the sliding frame in a sliding mode, the pressing block is used for limiting the first ball to roll, a first connecting rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first ball, a second shell is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first connecting rod, a second fixing frame is fixedly connected to the inside of the second shell, a second ball is arranged in the center of the second fixing frame, a second connecting rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second ball, a touch switch is arranged in the inside of the second shell and close to the bottom of the second fixing frame, an arc plate is fixedly connected to one end of the touch switch, a weight is arranged on the bottom of the second connecting rod, and a magnetic suction plate is arranged on the surface of the second connecting rod.
Preferably, one side of the mounting plate is fixedly connected with a power supply module, a second communication module is arranged at the top of the inner wall of the first shell, and the output end of the touch switch is electrically connected with the signal access end of the second communication module.
Preferably, an audible and visual alarm is further arranged on one side of the outer portion of the first shell, and the output end of the touch switch is electrically connected with the audible and visual alarm.
Preferably, one side of the mounting plate is also fixedly connected with an adjustable mounting seat, and one side of the adjustable mounting seat is provided with an infrared light projector or an infrared light receiver.

s1, installing a detector: the mounting plate is fixed on the wall surface, the second shell and the weight are ensured to keep vertical positions, the first ball is fixed by the pressing block, and then the first sleeve or the second sleeve is adsorbed at the bottom of the magnetic attraction plate; an infrared light projector or an infrared light receiver is arranged on the adjustable mounting seat, the infrared light projector and the infrared light receiver are arranged in pairs, the working surface is positioned at a positive corresponding position, and the first communication module is connected with the second communication module through a network;
s2, when the wall body is inclined, the weight is kept vertical under the condition of gravity, the side face of the second connecting rod touches one side of the arc-shaped plate, so that the touch switch is turned on, a signal is transmitted to the control system by using the second communication module, and meanwhile, the audible and visual alarm is started to give an alarm;
s3, when someone breaks into the building construction range, the infrared light receiver does not receive infrared light emitted by the infrared light projector, signals are transmitted to the control system through the second communication module, and meanwhile, the audible and visual alarm is started to give an alarm.

The invention provides a building construction safety monitoring system and a monitoring method thereof. The beneficial effects are as follows: according to the building construction safety monitoring system, the first ball and the second ball are arranged on the detector, so that the position requirement in the process of installing the detector is facilitated, the second shell and the second connecting rod in the second shell can be adjusted after the detector is fixed, and the inclination of the wall body is detected by utilizing the contact of the second connecting rod and the touch switch; meanwhile, the infrared light projector and the infrared light receiver are further arranged on the mounting plate of the detector, so that perimeter management can be better conducted.

the detector 2 comprises a mounting plate 3, one side of the mounting plate 3 is fixedly connected with a first shell 5 through a connecting block 4, the inside of the first shell 5 is fixedly connected with a first fixing frame 6, the center of the first fixing frame 6 is provided with a first ball 7, the top of the inner wall of the first shell 5 is fixedly connected with a sliding frame 8, a pressing block 9 is connected in the sliding frame 8 in a sliding manner, the pressing block 9 is used for limiting the first ball 7 to roll, the bottom of the first ball 7 is fixedly connected with a first connecting rod 11, the bottom of the first connecting rod 11 is fixedly connected with a second shell 12, the inside of the second shell 12 is fixedly connected with a second fixing frame 13, the center of the second fixing frame 13 is provided with a second ball 14, the first fixing frame 6 is provided with a concave arc surface matched with the first ball 7, and the second fixing frame 13 is provided with a concave arc surface matched with the second ball 14, and the first fixing frame 6 and the second fixing frame 13 adopt a cross structure;

one side of the mounting plate 3 is fixedly connected with a power supply module 22 for supplying power to equipment, the top of the inner wall of the first shell 5 is provided with a second communication module 23, the output end of the touch switch is electrically connected with the signal access end of the second communication module, signals are transmitted to the second communication module after the touch switch is in a passage, and the signals are obtained by utilizing the communication technology control system 1 and can be displayed on a computer.
An audible and visual alarm 24 is further arranged on one side outside the first shell 5, and the output end of the touch switch 16 is electrically connected with the audible and visual alarm 24.
One side of the mounting plate 3 is also fixedly connected with an adjustable mounting seat 26, one side of the adjustable mounting seat 26 is provided with an infrared light projector or an infrared light receiver 27, the infrared light projector and the infrared light receiver are arranged in pairs, the working face is positioned at a positive corresponding position, the detection principle is that infrared rays emitted by an infrared light emitting diode are utilized, focusing treatment is carried out through an optical lens, the rays are transmitted to a long distance, and finally the rays are received by a phototransistor at a receiving end. When an object blocks the infrared rays emitted by the emitting end, the receiving end cannot receive the infrared rays, so that an alarm can be sent out, and an alarm signal can be transmitted to the control system 1 through the second communication module.
The adjustable mounting seat 26 comprises a fixed seat 261, the fixed seat 261 is provided with two fixed seats and is fixed on one side of the mounting plate 3, the center of the fixed seat 261 is connected with a rotating seat 262 through a connecting shaft 263, one side of the rotating seat 262 is fixedly connected with a fixed plate 264, the surface of the fixed plate 264 is provided with a mounting hole 265, the connecting shaft 263 can limit the position of the rotating seat 262, the connecting shaft 263 comprises a shaft body 2631, one end of the shaft body 2631 is fixedly connected with a limiting plate 2632, the other end of the shaft body 2631 is in threaded connection with a fixed nut 2635, the surface of the shaft body 2631 is close to the limiting plate 2632, one side of the fixed nut 2635 is provided with a first fixed tooth 2633 and a second fixed tooth 2634, the central hole walls of the fixed seat 261 and the rotating seat are provided with tooth grooves matched with the first fixed tooth 2633, during adjustment, the connecting shaft 263 is lifted upwards, the first fixed tooth 2633 is separated from the fixed seat 261, the angle of the fixed plate 264 is adjusted, the working face of the infrared light receiver is ensured to be in a right-facing position, and the first fixed seat 2633 and the rotating seat 262 and the second fixed seat 262 are prevented from being rocked.
The top of briquetting 9 is provided with threaded rod 10, and threaded rod 10 and the top threaded connection of first casing 5, and the top of threaded rod 10 still is provided with handle 25, and handle 25 is connected with threaded rod 10 detachably, through rotating threaded rod 10, can make briquetting 9 push down the surface of first ball 7, fixes second casing 12, is provided with mounting bolt 28 on the mounting panel 3.
The monitoring method of the building construction safety monitoring system comprises the following steps:
s1, installing a detector: the mounting plate is fixed on the wall surface, the second shell and the weight are ensured to keep vertical positions, the first ball is fixed by the pressing block, and then the first sleeve or the second sleeve is adsorbed at the bottom of the magnetic attraction plate; an infrared light projector or an infrared light receiver is arranged on the adjustable mounting seat, the infrared light projector and the infrared light receiver are arranged in pairs, the working surface is positioned at a positive corresponding position, and the first communication module is connected with the second communication module through a network;
