Background
The measuring scheme based on the stay wire displacement sensor can meet the measuring requirements of high precision and large range, is suitable for continuous and long-time work, and the stay wire is directly fixed on the motion platform during measurement, so that the measuring error caused by aiming problems can be avoided, and the stay wire displacement sensor can be deployed in a production field with severe environment. However, this also puts extremely high demands on the structural design of the pull sensor, the compensation algorithm, and the like. Although some stay wire adapters exist in the market, the thread end of the stay wire is hung on the hook of the adapter when in use. However, when the movement platform is measured, the measurement requirements of high precision and large range are required, so that the situation that the thread end of the stay wire displacement sensor and the stay wire adapter are separated from the hook in the measurement process is easy to occur, and the influence on the measurement is large. The structure requirement of the stay wire adapter on the wire head of the stay wire displacement sensor is high, the type selection of the sensor is influenced, the wire head of the sensor needs to be modified during use so as to meet the use condition of the stay wire adapter, and the measurement precision of the sensor is greatly influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a stay wire fixer applied to a stay wire displacement sensor, which arranges the wire ends of a plurality of stay wire displacement sensors according to a line, reduces errors caused by factors such as difference among a plurality of stay wires and the like, reduces the deviation between an ideal measuring point and an actual measuring point, and optimizes the error problem caused by installation of a measuring system.
The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:
a pull wire fixer applied to a pull wire displacement sensor comprises a pull wire fixer base, a pull wire fixer thread insert and a pull wire fixer lining;
the pull wire fixer base and the top of the pull wire fixer bushing are provided with frustum tables, and the frustum table at the top of the pull wire fixer bushing is coaxially matched with the frustum table at the top of the pull wire fixer base;
the frustum at the top of the pull wire fixer bushing is of a retractable structure, and a wire harness hole is formed in the center of the top of the pull wire fixer bushing and used for gathering a plurality of pull wires at the center of the wire harness hole of the pull wire fixer bushing; the pull wire fixer bush is also used for limiting a plurality of pull wires;
the pull wire fixer threaded sleeve is in threaded fit with the pull wire fixer base and is sleeved outside the pull wire fixer bushing and used for compressing a frustum at the top of the pull wire fixer bushing to enable the pull wire fixer bushing to be tightly pressed with the pull wire fixer base.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages:
(1) the stay wire fixer can directly fix the stay wire on the motion platform during measurement, solves the problem of difficult aiming during dynamic measurement, can randomly adjust the number of the wire ends to be fixed according to the measurement requirement, reduces the installation requirement and is convenient to use;
(2) the internal structure design of the stay wire fixer bushing can lead a plurality of stay wires to be bundled at one point, and reduces the deviation between an actual measuring point and an ideal measuring point;
(3) the base of the pull wire fixer is provided with the wire end fixing hole, so that the wire end structure of the pull wire displacement sensor is simple in requirement, wider in application range and better in wire end fixing effect;
(4) the pull wire fixing device base is provided with a pull wire groove which is matched with the pull wire fixing device threaded sleeve and the pull wire fixing device bushing for fixing, so that the movement of the pull wires in the measuring process can be reduced, and error items caused by differences among the pull wires are reduced.

Referring to fig. l to 5, the wire fixing device 1 applied to the wire displacement sensor provided in this embodiment includes a wire fixing base 2, a wire fixing screw 3, and a wire fixing bushing 4. The pull wire fixer base 2 is connected with the pull wire fixer bushing 4 in a matching way; the pull wire fixer thread insert 3 is arranged outside the pull wire fixer bush 4; the pull wire fixer base 2 is connected with the pull wire fixer thread insert 3 through threads; the pull-cord holder 1 can be fixed to a measuring surface by means of the pull-cord holder base 2; the wire head of the pull wire passes through the pull wire fixer screw sleeve 3 and the pull wire fixer lining 4, and the wire head is fixed to the pull wire fixer base 2 by using screws; the pull wire retainer bushing 4 ties a plurality of pull wires at one point.
Referring to fig. 2, the base 2 of the wire drawing fixer is mainly divided into three functional areas, which mainly include an installation fixing surface 5, a wire end fixing hole 6 and a wire drawing groove 7. As shown in fig. 2, the base 2 of the wire-pulling fixer mainly comprises a circular base 20 (the bottom is used as the mounting fixing surface 5) and a cylindrical part 21 connected to the upper end of the base, wherein the cylindrical part 21 is provided with a plurality of wire end fixing holes 6. The upper end of the cylindrical part 21 is provided with an external thread section 22, the diameter of the cylindrical part of the external thread section 22 is larger, and the pull wire fixer thread insert 3 is in threaded connection with the pull wire fixer base 2 through the external thread section 22 at the upper end of the cylindrical part 21. The top of the stay wire fixing device base 2 is provided with two conical tables 23 with decreasing diameters, the conical tables 23 and the external thread section 22 are provided with corresponding number of stay wire grooves 7 according to the use requirement, and the structure is used for better fixing the stay wire on the stay wire fixing device base 2, reducing the movement of the stay wire and reducing the measurement error. After the thread end passes through the thread end fixing device screw sleeve 3 and the thread end fixing device bushing 4, the thread end of the thread end displacement sensor is fixed to the thread end fixing hole 6 by using a screw, the thread end fixing holes 6 with corresponding quantity are arranged on the thread end fixing device base 2, after the thread end is fixed, the thread end is tightly embedded in the thread pulling groove 7, the thread pulling groove 7 can be determined according to the number of the thread pulling to be fixed actually, and the quantity of the thread end fixing holes 6 and the quantity of the thread pulling grooves 7 are corresponding. The installation fixing surface 5 is provided with four positioning holes 51, the installation fixing surface 5 of the pull wire fixer base 2 is installed on the measuring surface by using screws after the installation is finished, and the axis of the pull wire fixer 1 is positioned at the geometric center of the four positioning holes 51, so that the axis of the pull wire fixer 1 passes through the measuring point of the measuring surface.
To ensure the usability, the stay wire anchor bushing 4 is molded by 3D printing using an elastic material. The top end of the stay wire fixing bush 4 is provided with a wire harness hole 11, the shape of the wire harness hole 11 is determined by the number of stay wires, and the wire harness hole 11 is composed of n/2(n is the number of the stay wires) wire harness grooves which have certain width and are intersected. In this embodiment, four pull wires are taken as an example, the wire harness slot 11 is formed by two intersecting wire harness slots 11-1 (as shown in fig. 5) with a certain width, and the two wire harness slots 11-1 form a cross-shaped hole. The width of the intersecting wire-tying groove 11-1 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the pull wire (the pull wire cannot enter the wire-tying groove), and the structure can enable the pull wire to be converged at one point (namely the center of the wire-tying hole 11). The top of the stay wire fixer bush 4 is designed into a solid frustum 10, the solid frustum 10 at the top is divided into four parts along the direction of a wire harness hole 11 of the stay wire fixer bush 4, four fixing grooves 13 are formed, and the width of each groove is slightly smaller than the diameter of a stay wire (the groove is used as the wire harness groove for limiting the stay wire). The intersection point of the wire harness hole 11 is used as the center, a hollowed groove 14 which is narrow in width and penetrates through the outer surface of the frustum of the stay wire fixing device lining 4 is formed between two adjacent fixing grooves 13, the number of the hollowed grooves 14 is four, the top of the stay wire fixing device lining 4 can be divided into four independent lobes along the hollowed groove 14, the design is that the top of the stay wire fixing device lining 4 can be opened easily for 3D printing, the stay wire fixing device lining 4 can be divided into a multi-lobe structure, and a wire end penetrates through the stay wire fixing device lining 4. In order to make the stay wires at one point, the diameter of the wire harness hole 11 is very small, so that the top of the stay wire fixer bush 4 is divided into four independent flaps, and the stay wires can conveniently pass through the stay wire fixer bush 4 on the premise of ensuring the fixing effect of a plurality of stay wires. Each valve is internally provided with a fixed groove 13, the fixed groove 13 extends to the wire bundling hole 11 to form a straight groove with the wire bundling groove 11-1, and the fixed groove 13 extrudes the pull wire under the extrusion action of the pull wire fixing device screw sleeve 3 because the groove width of the fixed groove 13 is smaller than the diameter of the pull wire, so that the pull wire has a certain clamping effect on the pull wire, the pull wire cannot deviate, and finally a plurality of pull wires are converged to one point (the center of the wire bundling hole 11). The annular part of the stay wire fixer bush 4 is provided with four positioning holes 8, the distribution of the positioning holes 8 is collinear with the distribution of the hollow-out grooves 14 which have narrower width and penetrate through the outer surface of the stay wire fixer bush 4, and the stay wire fixer bush 4 is connected and fixed with the mounting holes 24 on the stay wire fixer base 2 through the positioning holes 8 by screws, so that the fixing grooves 13 in the stay wire fixer bush 4 are opposite to the stay wire grooves 7 on the stay wire fixer base 2. The hollow structure 9 (corresponding to the position of the hollow groove 14) is arranged along the direction of the positioning hole 8 of the stay wire fixer bush 4 so as to increase the structure retractility of the stay wire fixer bush 4, facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the stay wire fixer bush 4, and tightly retract the stay wire fixer bush 4 under the extrusion action of the stay wire fixer thread insert 3 so that the stay wire is tightly attached to the stay wire fixer base 2. It is particularly noted that the solid frustum 10 should have a high degree of coaxiality with the top frustum of the base 2 of the pull cord fastener to ensure the fastening of the pull cord.
The pull wire fixer thread insert 3 mainly comprises a hollow cylindrical side surface and a hollow frustum side surface, wherein an internal thread section is arranged on the inner side of the cylindrical part, the outer surface is designed to be anti-skid, and oval cutting surfaces 31 are uniformly distributed. The pull wire fixer thread insert 3 is connected with the pull wire fixer base 2 through internal threads, and plays a role in fixing and protecting the pull wire. The thread end passes through the thread end hole 12 at the top end of the thread drawing fixer screw sleeve 3 and passes through the thread drawing fixer screw sleeve 3.
When the pull wire fixing device is used, firstly, the wire end of the pull wire sensor penetrates through the pull wire fixing device screw sleeve 3, then passes through the multi-petal structure on the pull wire fixing device lining 4 and the wire bundling hole 11, and is fixed on the pull wire fixing device base 2 through the screw, the pull wire fixing device lining 4 is sleeved on the pull wire fixing device base 2, so that the pull wire is clamped in the fixing groove 13, the pull wire fixing device lining 4 is squeezed and pressed by using the pull wire fixing device screw sleeve 3, the pull wire fixing device lining 4 is attached to the pull wire fixing device base 2, and the pull wire enters the pull wire groove 7 after being squeezed. When in measurement, the point at the position of the beam hole 11 is taken as an actual measurement point, the measurement value of the stay wire displacement sensor is the distance of the point at the line head, the distance from the beam hole 11 to the center point of the installation surface of the fixer base 2 is known, the distance of the beam hole 11 is measured by a plurality of stay wire sensors, the coordinate of the measurement point can be obtained by coordinate conversion, and the measurement point position of the actual measurement surface can be obtained by compensating the distance from the beam hole 11 to the center point of the installation surface of the fixer base 2.
