when the plate detection information indicates that plates exist on the transmission rail, the controller controls the temperature detection device to start so as to detect the plate temperature of the plates on the transmission rail; and performing operation of acquiring the temperature of the plate detected by the temperature detection device.
In this embodiment, a plate detection device may be disposed between the outlet of the dryer and the temperature detection device, and used to detect whether there is a plate on the conveying track. The controller is used for controlling the opening and closing of the temperature detection device according to the detection result of the plate detection device. When the plate detection device detects that plates exist on the transmission track, after a signal is input into the controller, the controller controls the temperature detection device to start, the temperature detection device starts to detect the temperature of the plates, and the plate temperature signal is input into the controller.
In actual operation, the panel after coming out from the desiccator gets into the transmission track and transports, and when panel detection device detected that there is panel to pass through, temperature detection device began the temperature measurement promptly, fixes a position panel through setting up panel detection device promptly to guarantee that temperature detection device can accurately measure the temperature to panel, avoid taking place the condition that temperature detection device does not have panel in the temperature measurement region when measuring the temperature.
In an example, the combination of the temperature detection device and the plate material detection device may be referred to as a measurement device 2. The sheet material detection means may be, but is not limited to, a photoelectric switching sensor.
As shown in fig. 1, the temperature detection device and the plate detection device of the same measurement device may be arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying roller. Alternatively, the temperature detection device and the sheet detection device of the same measurement device may be arranged in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying rail.
In this embodiment, the arrangement of the temperature detection device and the plate detection device may have multiple modes, such as: the two can be arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying track 1, the plate detection device is positioned at the upstream of the conveying direction of the conveying track, and the temperature detection device is positioned at the downstream of the conveying direction of the conveying track. When the plate detection device detects that the plate passes through or detects that the plate passes through a certain time, the temperature detection device measures the temperature to obtain the temperature of the plate. Of course, the temperature detection device and the plate material detection device may also be arranged in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying rail.
It should be understood that the arrangement of the temperature detection means and the plate material detection means may also be in other forms, such as: an acute angle is formed between the arrangement direction of the temperature detection device and the plate detection device and the conveying direction of the conveying track. The arrangement mode can ensure the normal work of the two parts which are relatively independent without interference.
In one example, when the temperature detection devices are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying track, one plate detection device is correspondingly arranged on each side of the temperature detection device,
in one example, as shown in fig. 1, the distance between the temperature detection device and the sheet material detection device of the same measurement device is less than the sheet material length or width.
In this embodiment, when the temperature detection device and the plate detection device of the same measurement device are arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying track, the distance between the temperature detection device and the plate detection device is smaller than the length of the plate, so that when the plate detection device detects the plate, the temperature sensing device can immediately measure the temperature of the plate, and the temperature measurement logic is simple.
When the temperature detection device and the plate detection device of the same measurement device are arranged along the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying track, the distance between the temperature detection device and the plate detection device is smaller than the width of the plate, so that the temperature detection device and the plate detection device can normally detect the plate.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a signal isolator 4 is disposed on a line electrically connecting the controller with the temperature detection device and the plate material detection device. The signal isolator is used for improving the anti-interference performance of plate drying and improving the accuracy of the measurement results of the temperature detection device and the plate detection device.
Fig. 4 is a control signal diagram of the board drying system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the temperature detection device performs temperature detection, transmits a temperature signal of the detected board temperature to a controller (for example, a PLC) after passing through a signal isolator, and the PLC transmits the obtained board temperature to an upper computer for temperature feedback. The PLC or the upper computer can perform the acquired temperature of the plate and the set temperature, and control the gate motor according to the comparison result and a preset program so as to control a steam valve of the dryer, for example, start or close the steam valve, or adjust the opening of the steam valve to perform opening feedback. And then the temperature detection device is repeatedly used for detecting the temperature of the plate and the subsequent operation.
Embodiments of the present invention further provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which computer instructions are stored, and when the computer instructions are executed by a processor, the computer instructions implement the steps of the board drying method according to any one of the above embodiments.
