It can be understood that, steps S1031 to S1033 provide a handshake mechanism, which is an SN code verification mechanism for the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, the SN codes of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are stored in the EE program of the indoor unit, and the SN codes of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are also stored in the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, when the air conditioner is subsequently powered on, the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are verified through the handshake mechanism, that is, whether the SN codes of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit stored in the EE program of the indoor unit and the EE program of the outdoor unit are consistent or not is determined, and if the read SN codes are the same, the verification can be passed, and the indoor unit and the outdoor unit can normally operate. In addition, when the SN code stored by the party which is not empty is empty, the party which lacks the SN code is supplemented by the SN code stored by the party which reads one of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, for example, when the SN code in the EE program of the indoor unit is empty, the SN code of the indoor unit stored in the EE program of the outdoor unit is written into the EE program of the indoor unit.
Optionally, step S103 may further include: and outputting alarm information under the condition that the first serial number information is inconsistent with the second serial number information. That is, it can be understood that when the SN codes of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit stored in the EE program of the indoor unit are different from each other, the alarm information is output.
Alternatively, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of yet another air conditioner according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the step S102 may include the steps of:
in step S1021, determining a target control program corresponding to the first device according to the product serial number of the first device and the target correspondence;
in step S1022, a target control program corresponding to the first device is acquired from the control board assembly of the first device.
Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
in step S1023, a target control program corresponding to the first device is requested from the cloud server.
In step S1024, a target control program corresponding to the first device sent by the cloud server is received.
It can be understood that, steps S1021 to S1022 are to obtain the EE program from the control board assembly of the first device, for example, in case that the first device is an indoor unit, the first device may obtain the corresponding EE program from the control board assembly of the indoor unit according to the SN code of the indoor unit, and the outdoor unit is the same; in steps S1023 to S1024, the first device obtains the EE program from the cloud, and the method for obtaining the EE program from the cloud by the first device is the same as the method for obtaining the SN code from the cloud, which is not described herein.
Alternatively, during maintenance of the air conditioner, it may be necessary to replace a control panel assembly of the indoor unit or the outdoor unit, and fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of another air conditioner according to an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the control method of the air conditioner further including the steps of:
in step S104, after detecting that the air conditioner has reinstalled the control board assembly of the second device, reading a product serial number of the second device from the reinstalled control board assembly of the second device; and when the first equipment is an outdoor unit, the second equipment is an indoor unit.
The control board assembly reinstalled on the second device can be a new control board assembly or reinstalled after the original control board assembly is maintained.
In step S105, when the product serial number of the second device is not read, the product serial number of the second device of the air conditioner stored in the target control program corresponding to the first device is acquired.
In step S106, the stored product serial number of the second device of the air conditioner is written into the control board assembly where the second device is newly installed.
It is understood that steps S104 to S106 may be the case when after-sales repair occurs, and when the control board assembly is reinstalled, because there may be no SN code in the reinstalled control board assembly, for example, when the indoor unit is repaired, the control board assembly is reinstalled, and when there is no SN code in the EE program of the indoor unit control board assembly, and after the air conditioner is powered on, the outdoor unit and the indoor unit perform the aforementioned handshake mechanism, because there is no SN code in the indoor unit EE program, the outdoor unit may write the original SN code of the indoor unit into the EE program of the indoor unit.
According to the technical scheme, the control program corresponding to the product serial number can be determined according to the product serial number of the indoor unit or the outdoor unit and the pre-established target corresponding relation, so that the indoor unit or the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be controlled to work according to the control program, the target corresponding relation comprises the control programs corresponding to various product serial numbers, and the product serial number is determined according to the attribute information of the indoor unit or the outdoor unit, so that various types of air conditioners can be identified through the corresponding relation, and the control program matched with the air conditioners can be determined to be used for the control panel assembly to control the corresponding indoor unit or the outdoor unit to work, therefore, the corresponding control program can be effectively identified and obtained no matter how many types of the air conditioners exist, the production is convenient, and the after-sale maintenance efficiency can be improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a data processing method of an air conditioner including an indoor unit and an outdoor unit according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the method including the following steps.
In step S501, a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the indoor units are generated based on the attribute information of the indoor units, and a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the outdoor units are generated based on the attribute information of the outdoor units.
In step S502, a control program of the indoor unit is determined according to the attribute information of the indoor unit, and a control program of the outdoor unit is determined according to the attribute information of the outdoor unit.
In step S503, a first correspondence relationship between a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the indoor units and the control programs of the indoor units and a second correspondence relationship between a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the outdoor units and the control programs of the outdoor units are established.
In step S504, the first correspondence relationship and the second correspondence relationship are written in the control board assembly of the indoor unit and the control board assembly of the outdoor unit.
It can be understood that steps S501 to S504 are steps of data processing for the air conditioner, after SN codes of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are generated according to different attributes, which are already described in step S101 and are not described herein again, where the control program may be the EE program described in step S102, the EEPROM of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is partitioned according to the SN codes, each EE program is written in the obtained plurality of partitions, after the plurality of EE programs are obtained, a corresponding relationship between each SN code and each EE program is established, and the corresponding relationship is written in the control board assemblies of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit.
Optionally, in step S502, determining a control program of the indoor unit according to the attribute information of the indoor unit may include:
and generating a plurality of corresponding control programs according to the attribute information of the indoor units.

Optionally, the data processing method of the air conditioner may further include:
when the air conditioner is produced, the product serial number of the indoor unit of the target air conditioner is written into the corresponding control program according to the first corresponding relation, and the product serial number of the outdoor unit of the target air conditioner is written into the corresponding control program according to the second corresponding relation.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a control apparatus of an air conditioner including an indoor unit and an outdoor unit according to an exemplary embodiment, and the apparatus 600 may include:
an obtaining module 601, configured to obtain a product serial number of a first device, where the first device is an indoor unit or an outdoor unit, and the product serial number of the first device is determined according to attribute information of the first device;

a storage determination module 702 configured to determine a control program of the indoor unit according to the attribute information of the indoor unit and determine a control program of the outdoor unit according to the attribute information of the outdoor unit;
a relationship establishing module 703 configured to establish a first corresponding relationship between a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the indoor units and a control program of the indoor units, and a second corresponding relationship between a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the outdoor units and a control program of the outdoor units;

With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the control method of the air conditioner or the data processing method of the air conditioner provided by the present disclosure.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating a control apparatus 800 for an air conditioner according to an exemplary embodiment. For example, the apparatus 800 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 8, the apparatus 800 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 802, a memory 804, a power component 806, a multimedia component 808, an audio component 810, an input/output (I/O) interface 812, a sensor component 814, and a communication component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls overall operation of the device 800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing component 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the above-described air conditioner control method or the above-described air conditioner data processing method. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the apparatus 800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 800, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
Power component 806 provides power to the various components of device 800. The power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 800 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 800 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect the open/closed status of the device 800, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the device 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in the position of the device 800 or a component of the device 800, the presence or absence of user contact with the device 800, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 800, and a change in the temperature of the device 800. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 800 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the control method of the air conditioner or the data processing method of the air conditioner.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium including instructions, such as the memory 804 including instructions, executable by the processor 820 of the apparatus 800 to perform the control method of the air conditioner or the data processing method of the air conditioner is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
In another exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer program product including a computer program executable by a programmable apparatus, the computer program having code portions for performing the control method of the air conditioner or the data processing method of the air conditioner described above when executed by the programmable apparatus.

Claims (15)

1. A method of controlling an air conditioner, the air conditioner including an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the method comprising:
acquiring a product serial number of first equipment, wherein the first equipment is the indoor unit or the outdoor unit, and the product serial number of the first equipment is determined according to attribute information of the first equipment;
determining a target control program corresponding to the first device according to the product serial number of the first device and a target corresponding relationship, wherein the target corresponding relationship comprises: control programs corresponding to the serial numbers of various products;
and controlling the first equipment to work according to a target control program corresponding to the first equipment through a control panel component of the first equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first device is the indoor unit, the target correspondence is a first correspondence, and determining the target control program corresponding to the product serial number of the first device according to the product serial number of the first device and the target correspondence comprises:
acquiring the first corresponding relation from a control board assembly of the indoor unit, wherein the first corresponding relation comprises a plurality of control programs corresponding to a plurality of product serial numbers of the indoor unit, one or more product serial numbers correspond to one control program, and the plurality of product serial numbers and the plurality of control programs are determined according to attribute information of the plurality of indoor units;
and determining a target control program corresponding to the product serial number of the indoor unit in the first corresponding relation.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first device is the outdoor unit, the target correspondence is a second correspondence, and determining the target control program corresponding to the product serial number of the first device according to the product serial number of the first device and the target correspondence comprises:
acquiring a second corresponding relation from a control board assembly of the outdoor unit, wherein the second corresponding relation comprises a plurality of control programs corresponding to a plurality of product serial numbers of the outdoor unit, one or more product serial numbers correspond to one control program, and the plurality of product serial numbers and the plurality of control programs are determined according to attribute information of the plurality of outdoor units;
and determining a target control program corresponding to the product serial number of the outdoor unit in the second corresponding relation.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the product serial number of the first device comprises:
uploading the device code of the first device to a cloud server;
and receiving the product serial number of the first device, which is determined by the cloud server according to the device code, from the cloud server.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the controlling, by a control board assembly of the first device, the first device to operate according to a target control program corresponding to the first device comprises:
acquiring first serial number information stored in a target control program corresponding to the first equipment, wherein the first serial number information comprises a product serial number of the first equipment and a product serial number of second equipment of the air conditioner; the second device is the outdoor unit under the condition that the first device is the indoor unit, and the second device is the indoor unit under the condition that the first device is the outdoor unit;
acquiring second serial number information stored in a target control program corresponding to the second device, wherein the second serial number information comprises a product serial number of the first device and a product serial number of the second device;
and under the condition that the first serial number information is consistent with the second serial number information, controlling the first equipment to work according to a target control program corresponding to the first equipment, and controlling the second equipment to work according to a target control program corresponding to the second equipment.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the controlling, by a control board assembly of the first device, the operation of the first device according to a target control program corresponding to the first device further comprises:
and under the condition that the first serial number information is inconsistent with the second serial number information, outputting alarm information.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the target control program corresponding to the first device according to the product serial number of the first device and the target correspondence relationship comprises:
determining a target control program corresponding to the first equipment according to the product serial number of the first equipment and the target corresponding relation;
acquiring a target control program corresponding to first equipment from a control board assembly of the first equipment;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
requesting a target control program corresponding to the first device from a cloud server;
and receiving a target control program corresponding to the first equipment, which is sent by the cloud server.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after detecting that the air conditioner reinstalls a control panel assembly of a second device, reading a product serial number of the second device from the reinstalled control panel assembly of the second device; the second device is the outdoor unit under the condition that the first device is the indoor unit, and the second device is the indoor unit under the condition that the first device is the outdoor unit;
under the condition that the product serial number of the second equipment cannot be read, acquiring the product serial number of the second equipment of the air conditioner, which is stored in a target control program corresponding to the first equipment;
and writing the stored product serial number of the second equipment of the air conditioner into the control board assembly of the reinstalled second equipment.
9. A data processing method of an air conditioner, the air conditioner including an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the method comprising:
generating a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the indoor units according to the attribute information of the indoor units, and generating a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the outdoor units according to the attribute information of the outdoor units;
determining a control program of the indoor unit according to the attribute information of the indoor unit, and determining a control program of the outdoor unit according to the attribute information of the outdoor unit;
establishing a first corresponding relation between a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the indoor units and a control program of the indoor units, and establishing a second corresponding relation between a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the outdoor units and a control program of the outdoor units;
and writing the first corresponding relation and the second corresponding relation into a control board assembly of the indoor unit and a control board assembly of the outdoor unit.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the determining the control program of the indoor unit according to the attribute information of the indoor unit comprises:
generating a plurality of corresponding control programs according to the attribute information of the indoor units;
partitioning a memory in a control board assembly of the indoor unit to obtain a plurality of memory partitions in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of control programs;
and respectively writing the control programs into the storage partitions.
11. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
when the air conditioner is produced, the product serial number of the indoor unit of the target air conditioner is written into the corresponding control program according to the first corresponding relation, and the product serial number of the outdoor unit of the target air conditioner is written into the corresponding control program according to the second corresponding relation.
12. A control device for an air conditioner, the control device being configured to execute the control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the air conditioner includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the device comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is configured to acquire a product serial number of first equipment, the first equipment is the indoor unit or the outdoor unit, and the product serial number of the first equipment is determined according to attribute information of the first equipment;
a determining module configured to determine a target control program corresponding to the first device according to a product serial number of the first device and a target correspondence, where the target correspondence includes: control programs corresponding to the serial numbers of various products;
and the control module is configured to control the first equipment to work according to a target control program corresponding to the first equipment through a control board component of the first equipment.
13. A data processing apparatus for an air conditioner, the data processing apparatus performing the control method according to any one of claims 9 to 11, the air conditioner including an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the apparatus comprising:
the generating module is configured to generate a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the indoor units according to the attribute information of the indoor units, and generate a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the outdoor units according to the attribute information of the outdoor units;
the storage determination module is configured to determine a control program of the indoor unit according to the attribute information of the indoor unit and determine a control program of the outdoor unit according to the attribute information of the outdoor unit;
the system comprises a relation establishing module and a control module, wherein the relation establishing module is configured to establish a first corresponding relation between a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the indoor units and a control program of the indoor units and a second corresponding relation between a plurality of product serial numbers corresponding to the outdoor units and a control program of the outdoor units;
and the writing module is configured to write the first corresponding relation and the second corresponding relation into a control board assembly of the indoor unit and a control board assembly of the outdoor unit.
14. A control device for an air conditioner, characterized in that the air conditioner includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the device comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to: executing the executable instructions to implement the steps of the method of any of claims 1-8 or 9-11.
15. A computer readable storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implement the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 8 or 9 to 11.
