It can be understood that the adjusting wheel 4 and the blade rotating shaft do not rotate relatively, but the two can be connected by a spline structure, or the end of the blade rotating shaft matched with the adjusting wheel 4 is set as a flat shaft, etc. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the adjusting member may be further configured as an adjusting block fixedly sleeved on the wind guiding blade 23; in other embodiments, the adjusting member may be further configured as a driving motor to actively drive the air guiding blade 23 to rotate, and particularly, a stepping motor may be configured to drive the air guiding blade 23 to rotate, so that a rotation angle of the air guiding blade 23 can be precisely controlled by the stepping motor, thereby precisely controlling a rotation position of the air guiding blade 23.
Optionally, the adjusting wheel 4 is at least partially exposed, and at least the exposed portion of the adjusting wheel 4 is provided with an anti-slip structure 41, so as to facilitate manual rotation of the adjusting wheel 4, thereby improving the operational convenience of driving the wind-guiding blade 23 to rotate. The anti-slip structure 41 may include, but is not limited to, a plurality of anti-slip ribs provided on the outer circumferential surface of the adjustment wheel 4 at intervals in the circumferential direction thereof, or anti-slip stripes provided on the outer circumferential surface of the adjustment wheel 4, or the like.
Further, the speed regulator 3 and the regulating wheel 4 are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the air outlet 202; therefore, the spaces on the two sides of the air outlet 202 can be utilized more reasonably, and the structure of the product is more compact. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the adjusting wheel 4 may be disposed between the speed adjuster 3 and one side of the air outlet 202.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the range hood main body 1 includes a trim cover 11 and a smoke collecting hood 12 provided below the trim cover 11, and the range hood duct is provided inside the trim cover 11. Further, the air purification device 2 is arranged in the decoration cover 11, so that the air purification device 2 is hidden in the decoration cover 11, and the appearance of the range hood is simpler. Without loss of generality, the air outlet 202 is exposed to the front surface of the decoration cover 11, so that the clean air purified by the air purifying device 2 can be sent out to the kitchen space. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the air purification apparatus 2 may also be externally disposed on the decorative cover 11, for example, it may be disposed on the front side of the decorative cover 11 and above the smoke collecting hood 12; the air purification device 2 is arranged outside the decoration cover 11, so that the internal devices (such as the filter piece 22, the purification fan 21 and the like) can be conveniently maintained and disassembled; it can be understood that the air cleaning device 2 disposed outside the decoration cover 11 does not need to be disassembled and assembled to the decoration cover 11 in the process of disassembling the internal components thereof.
For the technical solution that the air purification device 2 is disposed in the decoration cover 11, optionally, the air outlet 202 is disposed at the lower portion of the decoration cover 11; it can be appreciated that the lower portion of the trim cover 11 is closer to the cook, which is more advantageous for delivering purified clean air to the cook.
Optionally, the air inlet 201 communicated with the purification air duct is exposed at the side surface of the decoration cover 11, so that the oil smoke escaping to the side of the range hood is favorably sucked into the purification air duct to reduce the oil smoke at the side of the range hood; particularly, when a dual-burner kitchen range is used below the range hood, the oil smoke generated during cooking easily escapes from the side of the range hood, and the air inlet 201 exposed at the side of the decorative cover 11 is more beneficial to sucking the oil smoke.
Optionally, two opposite side surfaces of the decorative cover 11 are respectively provided with one air inlet 201, so as to reduce oil smoke on two sides of the range hood. Of course, the air inlet 201 may be provided on only one of the two sides of the trim cover 11. Optionally, an air inlet grille is arranged on the air inlet 201 to prevent hands and other foreign matters from extending into the decoration cover 11.
It is understood that, in this embodiment, the decoration cover 11 is provided with an air return opening 111 corresponding to the air inlet 201, and an air supply opening 112 corresponding to the air outlet 202.
Optionally, two filter elements 22 are provided, and each filter element 22 is disposed near one of the air inlets 201; therefore, once the air with the oil smoke enters the purifying air duct, the filtering of the filtering piece 22 can be obtained, and the probability that the air with the oil smoke pollutes other devices in the purifying air duct is reduced. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, only one filtering element 22 may be disposed near the air outlet 202, so as to purify and discharge the oil smoke in the air.
Optionally, the decoration cover 11 is provided with a filter mounting port 113, and the filter 22 is detachably disposed on the purification air duct through the filter mounting port 113; in this manner, removal, cleaning or replacement of the filter element 22 may be facilitated. It will be appreciated that the filter element 22 generally has a certain life, and needs to be replaced after its life is reached, in order to ensure a good purification capacity of the air purification apparatus 2, and moreover, it is advantageous to remove it for cleaning or washing, either periodically or not, in order to prolong its life.
Optionally, a filter cover 25 is arranged on the filter mounting port 113; so, will filter piece 22 certainly filter a mounting hole 113 and pack into and purify the wind channel after, will filter a lid 25 lid and close and filter a mounting hole 113, can avoid filtering piece 22 and shake out, improve the structural stability of product, can also avoid foreign matter etc. to get into from filtering a mounting hole 113 simultaneously and purify in the wind channel.
Optionally, the air purifying device 2 further comprises a purifying housing 24 disposed in the decorative cover 11, the purifying air duct is at least partially defined by the purifying housing 24, and the air inlet 201 is formed with the purifying housing 24. It can be understood that the provision of the independent purifying housing 24 can more accurately limit the purifying air duct, so as to accurately guide the trend of the purifying air flow and improve the purifying efficiency, and in addition, the purifying housing 24 can more conveniently provide the filter element 22 and the purifying fan 21 with attachment; however, the design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, a partition plate or the like may be simply provided in the decoration cover 11 to separate the purification air duct. Without loss of generality, the purifying housing 24 is provided with a mounting opening 203 corresponding to the filter mounting opening 113, and the filter element 22 is detachably connected with the purifying housing 24 through the filter mounting opening 113 and the mounting opening 203.
In this embodiment, the filter cover 25 provided in the filter attachment port 113 is connected to the purge case 24. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the filter cover 25 may be connected to the decoration cover 11. In addition, in this embodiment, optionally, one side of the filter cover 25 is rotatably connected to the purifying housing 24, and the other side is detachably connected to the purifying housing 24; in this manner, after the filter cover 25 is opened, the filter cover 25 remains attached to the purge housing 24, and the filter cover 25 is prevented from being lost. Further alternatively, the other side of the filter cover 25 can be, but is not limited to, connected to the purification housing 24 by a push-type snap-on switch assembly, so that the filter cover 25 can be conveniently opened and closed by pressing, and the operation is convenient.
Optionally, the filter element 22 is provided in a removable manner in the purification housing 24; it will be appreciated that removal cleaning or replacement of the filter element 22 can be more easily performed by means of pulling.
Optionally, the purification fan 21 is a centrifugal fan, on one hand, the centrifugal fan has large air volume and low noise, so that far air supply can be realized at low noise; on the other hand, the centrifugal fan has the function of changing the wind direction (axial air inlet and radial air outlet), and is favorable for realizing air inlet and positive air outlet at two sides.
Further, a centrifugal volute 26 for installing a centrifugal fan is arranged in the purification housing 24, an air outlet side of the centrifugal volute 26 faces downward and is bent forward to extend an air guiding section 27, and the air outlet 202 is formed at a free end of the air guiding section 27. In this embodiment, the air guide section 27 extending by bending can supply air forward when the centrifugal fan is axially perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the decorative cover 11, and at this time, the installation space in the front-rear direction required by the centrifugal fan is small. It can be understood that if the radial direction of the centrifugal fan is perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the trim cover 11, the installation space required for the centrifugal fan in the front-rear direction is large because the diameter of the centrifugal fan is generally larger than the axial thickness of the centrifugal fan.
Optionally, the centrifugal volute 26 includes a volute body and a volute cover that are joined to facilitate installation of the centrifugal fan into the centrifugal volute 26. Alternatively, with reference to fig. 4 and 6, the outlet 202 is formed in the housing cover, and accordingly, the speed regulator 3 and the regulating wheel 4 are both provided in the housing cover.

Claims (15)
1. A range hood, comprising:
a cigarette machine main body;
the air purification device is arranged on the cigarette machine main body and is provided with a purification air channel and an air outlet communicated with the purification air channel, and the air purification device comprises an air guide blade and a purification fan, wherein the air guide blade is rotatably arranged at the air outlet, and the purification fan is used for driving the air in the purification air channel to flow; and
the speed regulator comprises an adjustable electrical parameter part and a rotating part which is rotatably connected with the adjustable electrical parameter part, the adjustable electrical parameter part is electrically connected with the purification fan, and the rotating part is linked with the air guide blade;
the wind guide blades are rotated to drive the rotating portion to rotate in a linkage mode, the rotating portion rotates to adjust the electric parameter of the adjustable electric parameter portion to be the electric parameter output by the purifying fan, and therefore the running rotating speed of the purifying fan is adjusted.
2. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable electrical parameter portion comprises a circuit board, a connection terminal disposed on the circuit board, and a rotation base disposed on the circuit board, the rotation portion is rotatably disposed on the rotation base, and the connection terminal is electrically connected to the purification fan.
3. The range hood of claim 1, wherein the adjustable electrical parameter is a voltage or a current output by the purification fan by rotating the rotating portion.
4. The range hood of claim 1 wherein the speed regulator is a potentiometer.
5. The range hood of claim 1, wherein the air guide vane has a vane rotating shaft, and the rotating part is connected with the vane rotating shaft through a linkage mechanism.
6. The range hood according to claim 5, wherein the linkage mechanism comprises a flat insertion portion provided at one end of the rotation portion and the vane rotation shaft, and a slot provided at the other end of the rotation portion and the vane rotation shaft, and the flat insertion portion is inserted into the slot.
7. The range hood of claim 1 wherein a mounting portion is disposed adjacent to the outlet, and the speed regulator is mounted to the mounting portion.
8. The range hood of claim 7 wherein the mount is provided with first and second intersecting support ribs, the speed adjusters being supported on the first and second support ribs.
9. The range hood according to claim 8, wherein a first connection location is provided at an intersection of the first support rib and the second support rib, and the speed regulator is connected to the first connection location.
10. The range hood according to claim 1, further comprising an adjusting member disposed on the air guide blade, wherein the adjusting member is configured to adjust a rotational position of the air guide blade.
11. The range hood of claim 10 wherein the air guide vane has a vane pivot, and the adjusting member is an adjusting wheel disposed on the vane pivot.
12. The range hood of claim 11, wherein at least a portion of the adjustment wheel is exposed, and at least the exposed portion of the adjustment wheel is provided with an anti-slip structure.
13. The range hood of claim 11 wherein the speed governor and the governor wheel are disposed on opposite sides of the air outlet.
14. The range hood of any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the air outlet is located on a front surface of the air purification device, and the air guide blade extends in a transverse direction.
15. The range hood of claim 14, wherein when the air guide vane is rotated to incline forward and upward, the rotating portion is driven to rotate in a linkage manner to enable the adjustable electrical parameter portion to output a first electrical parameter for the purification fan;
when the wind guide blades are rotated to incline towards the front or towards the front lower part, the wind guide blades are linked to drive the rotating part to rotate to enable the adjustable electrical parameter part to output a second electrical parameter for the purifying fan;
operating the purification fan at a first rotational speed under the first electrical parameter; under the second electrical parameter, the purification fan operates at a second rotating speed; the first rotational speed is greater than the second rotational speed.
