The invention cuts the tooth top tooth profile of the gear main body into a shape which is slightly convex compared with the correct involute curve, and simultaneously, the tooth top tooth profile is made into a drum-shaped tooth, when the tooth surface of the gear is deformed by external force, the gear meshed with the tooth top tooth profile can be prevented from being interfered, the noise can be reduced, and the service life of the gear can be prolonged.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gears, in particular to a crowned tooth used in a planetary reducer.
Background
Planetary gears are widely used in various machines. The planetary gear transmission has the main characteristics of small volume, high bearing capacity and stable work. However, the high-power high-speed planetary gear transmission structure is complex and requires high manufacturing precision.
Some types of planetary gear transmissions are efficient, but the transmission ratio is not large. Other types may have large ratios but are inefficient. When they are used as reducers, their efficiency decreases with increasing transmission ratio; when used as a speed increaser, self-locking can be generated. The tooth direction section of the gear teeth of the existing planetary gear is generally linear, but the noise generated when the planetary gear is meshed for working is large, and the service life is short.
Therefore, how to provide a crowned tooth with low noise and long service life is a problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a crowned tooth for a planetary reducer, which has low noise and long service life.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions, which mainly include: the gear comprises a gear body, wherein crowned teeth are arranged on the outer edge part of the gear body, and are circumferentially distributed on the outer edge part; the tooth direction of the crowned teeth is double-sided crowning.
Preferably, in the above crown gear for use in a planetary reduction gear, the manufacturing process is as follows:
s1, performing tooth blank processing on the tempered material;
s2: performing semi-finish machining and rough gear hobbing on the gear blank;
s3: carburizing the semi-finished gear;
s4: tempering the carburized gear piece at 600-700 ℃ for 10 h;
s5: and carrying out fine hobbing treatment on the semi-fine gear piece after the tempering treatment to process the crowned teeth.
According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the crown gear used in the planetary reducer is provided, the tooth top tooth profile of the gear body is cut into a shape which is slightly convex compared with a correct involute curve, and the crown gear is manufactured at the same time, so that when the tooth surface of the gear is deformed by external force, the gear meshed with the tooth surface of the gear can be prevented from being interfered, noise can be reduced, and the service life of the gear can be prolonged.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a crowned tooth for use in a planetary reduction gear is disclosed.
The invention mainly comprises the following steps: the gear comprises a gear body 1, wherein the outer edge part of the gear body 1 is provided with crowned teeth 2, and the crowned teeth 2 are circumferentially distributed on the outer edge part; the tooth direction of the crowned teeth 2 is double-sided crowning.
In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the preparation process comprises the following steps:
s1, performing tooth blank processing on the tempered material;
s2: performing semi-finishing (rough hobbing) on the gear blank, and reserving machining allowance according to the gear module as follows:
s3: carburizing the semi-finished gear;
s4: tempering the carburized gear piece at 600-700 ℃ for 10 h;
s5: and (3) carrying out finish hobbing treatment on the tempered semi-finished gear piece to process a crowned tooth, wherein the crowned amount of one side of the processed crowned tooth is as follows:
in order to further optimize the technical scheme, the tooth top tooth profile of the gear body 1 is cut to be slightly convex compared with a correct involute curve, when the tooth surface of the gear is deformed by external force, the gear meshed with the tooth top tooth profile can be prevented from being interfered, noise can be reduced, and the service life of the gear can be prolonged.
