Each high-pressure water pump unit comprises a pipeline, and a water inlet valve, a plunger and a water outlet valve are sequentially arranged on the pipeline; the plungers of the pipelines are respectively connected with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is connected with a control module; the water inlets of the water inlet valves of the pipelines are connected with the water inlet pipe after being converged; the water outlets of the water outlet valves of the two pipelines are converged and then connected with a water outlet pipe I, and the water outlet pipe of the water outlet valve of the other pipeline is connected with the first valve port of the three-way ball valve; the second valve port of the three-way ball valve is connected with a water outlet pipe II; the third valve port of the three-way ball valve is connected with the pressure regulating unloading valve after being converged with the water outlet pipe I, and the water outlet of the pressure regulating unloading valve is externally connected with a high-pressure hose reel or a spray head. Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-pressure cleaning system with a pulse spraying function, and belongs to the field of environmental sanitation mechanical equipment.
Background
In the maintenance work of urban underground drainage pipe network, the daily cleaning and dredging operation of the drainage pipe plays an important role, the dirt and accumulated silt attached to the inner wall of the pipe are removed, the drainage capacity of the pipe network is ensured, and the occurrence of urban waterlogging in flood season can be effectively relieved.
At present, a sewer dredging vehicle or a cleaning machine is generally used, a high-pressure water pump is utilized to generate continuous high-pressure water jet to dredge and clean the inside of a drainage pipeline, the technology is mature and stable, and good dredging and cleaning effects can be achieved under most working conditions by matching with different types of dredging spray heads. However, for some intractable dirt attached to the pipe wall, the dirt can be removed only by increasing the high-pressure water pressure or flow, which not only causes waste of water resources and increase of operation cost, but also sometimes makes it difficult to achieve an ideal cleaning effect

the water outlets of the water outlet valves of the two pipelines are converged and then connected with a water outlet pipe I, and the water outlet pipe of the water outlet valve of the other pipeline is connected with the first valve port of the three-way ball valve;
the second valve port of the three-way ball valve is connected with a water outlet pipe II;
the third valve port of the three-way ball valve is connected with the pressure regulating unloading valve after being converged with the water outlet pipe I, and the water outlet of the pressure regulating unloading valve is externally connected with a high-pressure hose reel or a spray head.

The pulsed high-pressure water jet continuously generates the impact force, and can play a more efficient and water-saving cleaning effect than the continuous high-pressure water jet. Accordingly, the present embodiment provides a high-pressure cleaning system having a pulse jet function.
Referring to fig. 1, the system provided in this embodiment includes a control module, a driving mechanism, 3 high-pressure water pump units, a water inlet pipe 3, a water outlet pipe i 4, a water outlet pipe ii 5, a three-way ball valve 6, and a pressure-regulating unloading valve 7. Each high-pressure water pump unit comprises a pipeline, and a water inlet valve 21, a plunger 22 and a water outlet valve 23 are sequentially arranged on the pipeline.
The plungers 22 of each pipeline are respectively connected with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanisms are connected with a control module; the water inlets of the water inlet valves 21 of the pipelines are connected with the water inlet pipe after being converged; the water outlets of the water outlet valves 23 of the two pipelines are converged and then connected with the water outlet pipe I4, and the water outlet pipeline of the water outlet valve 23 of the other pipeline is connected with the first valve port of the three-way ball valve 6.
The second valve port of the three-way ball valve 6 is connected with a water outlet pipe II 5; the third valve port of the three-way ball valve 6 is connected with the pressure-regulating unloading valve 7 after being converged with the water outlet pipe I4, and the water outlet of the pressure-regulating unloading valve 7 is externally connected with the high-pressure hose reel 8 or the spray head.
In application, 3 water outlet valves in the high-pressure cleaning system in the prior art all output water through one water outlet pipe.
The control module of the present embodiment controls the driving mechanism to reciprocally drive the plungers 22 of the 3 high-pressure water pump units in sequence.
When the control module controls the driving mechanism to drive the plunger of one high-pressure water pump unit, water flow sucked by the water inlet enters a corresponding pipeline and is pumped out from the water outlet valve, if the water outlet valve of the pipeline and the water outlet valve of the other pipeline are converged and then are connected with the water outlet pipe I4, the water flow is sprayed out through the water outlet of the pressure-regulating unloading valve 7 or enters the high-pressure hose reel, and the water flow pressure can be regulated through the pressure-regulating unloading valve; if the water outlet of the pressure regulating unloading valve 7 is connected with the first valve port of the three-way ball valve, and when the second valve port of the three-way ball valve is communicated, water is discharged through the water outlet pipe II 5, no water is sprayed out from the water outlet of the pressure regulating unloading valve or enters the high-pressure hose reel; if the water outlet of the water outlet valve is connected with the first valve port of the three-way ball valve, and the third valve port of the three-way ball valve is communicated, water flow is converged with the water outlet pipe I4 and then connected with the pressure regulating unloading valve 7, the water outlet of the pressure regulating unloading valve 7 is externally connected with the high-pressure hose reel 8 or the spray head, and the water flow pressure can be regulated through the pressure regulating unloading valve.
Next, the control module controls the driving mechanism to sequentially drive the plungers 22 of the other two high-pressure water pump units.
When the third valve opening of the three-way ball valve is communicated, water flow of each pipeline is pumped into the high-pressure hose reel or the spray head, and the high-pressure hose reel or the spray head is in a continuous water outlet state, so that continuous high-pressure water jet is generated; when the second valve port of the three-way ball valve is communicated, water flow of one pipeline returns to the water tank, water flows of the two pipelines are pumped into the high-pressure hose reel or the spray head, and the high-pressure hose reel or the spray head is in an intermittent water outlet state, so that pulse high-pressure water jet is generated.
According to the invention, the three-way ball valve is arranged to control the water flow of the pipeline in one high-pressure water pump unit to go, so that the system can output continuous high-pressure water jet or output pulse high-pressure water jet with intermittent characteristics.
Under general conditions, the dredging and cleaning are carried out by using continuous high-pressure water jet, so that the operation can be carried out continuously for a long time, and the device is stable and reliable; when encountering a blocking point with serious stubborn dirt or siltation, the three-way ball valve can be switched to obtain the pulsed high-pressure water jet for operation, so that the decontamination effect can be improved, the water source can be saved, and in the application, the water consumption is reduced by 33% compared with the operation under the continuous high-pressure water jet state in the operation under the pulsed high-pressure water jet state.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, the high-pressure cleaning system with the pulse spraying function provided by the embodiment further comprises a water tank 9; the water tank 9 is respectively connected with the water inlet pipe 3 and the water outlet pipe II 5.
In application, the driving mechanism can provide power for the control mechanism of the three-way ball valve, and the driving mechanism is an engine, an electric motor or a hydraulic motor.
In this embodiment, the inlet valve 21 and the outlet valve 23 are both check valves.
In summary, the control module controls the driving mechanism to drive the high-pressure water pump unit, and the three-way ball valve is arranged, so that the high-pressure cleaning system can be freely switched between continuous high-pressure water jet and pulse high-pressure water jet states.

the water outlets of the water outlet valves (23) of the two pipelines are converged and then connected with a water outlet pipe I (4), and the water outlet pipeline of the water outlet valve (23) of the other pipeline is connected with a first valve port of a three-way ball valve (6);
the second valve port of the three-way ball valve (6) is connected with a water outlet pipe II (5);
the third valve port of the three-way ball valve (6) is connected with the pressure-regulating unloading valve (7) after being converged with the water outlet pipe I (4), and the water outlet of the pressure-regulating unloading valve (7) is externally connected with a high-pressure hose reel (8) or a spray head;
when the third valve opening of the three-way ball valve is communicated, water flow of each pipeline is pumped into the high-pressure hose reel or the spray head, and the high-pressure hose reel or the spray head is in a continuous water outlet state, so that continuous high-pressure water jet is generated;
when the second valve port of the three-way ball valve is communicated, water flow of one pipeline returns to the water tank, water flows of the other two pipelines are pumped into the high-pressure hose reel or the spray head, and the high-pressure hose reel or the spray head is in an intermittent water outlet state, so that pulse high-pressure water jet is generated.
