In actual scribing applications, generally, a longer spray line requires a relatively lower degree of definition for the front and rear boundaries, but a shorter spray line often requires a clear front and rear boundary.
In order to form a clear front-rear boundary, the coating and scribing device 30 further includes a front baffle 330 and a rear baffle 340, the front baffle 330 and the rear baffle 340 are located on the front and rear sides of the spray gun 200, and the front baffle 330 and the rear baffle 340 are disposed opposite to each other.
The front and rear baffles 330 and 340 define a spray range in the front and rear direction of the spray gun 200, and intercept front and rear scattered mist particles, so that both ends of the spray line can have a clear boundary.
Under the limit of preceding baffle 330, backplate 340, left baffle 310 and right baffle 320, the spraying marking equipment forms the closed spraying scope in all around, can intercept effectively the direction unpredictable scattered fog grain, for example from the rear jet-out but fall on the scattered fog grain of spraying line left and right sides along the arc route, play the effect that further promotes the clear degree in spraying line boundary.
In order to prevent the front and rear shutters 330 and 340 from scratching the coating which has just been sprayed onto the ground while moving, if the coating on the ground is scratched, the definition of the boundary of the spray line may be affected. Further, the front baffle 330 and the rear baffle 340 form a gap with the ground, thereby further ensuring that the coating line boundary is clear.
In actual scribing work, the required scribing width may be different under different application scenarios. The spraying and line drawing device 30 provided by the embodiment is provided with a baffle lifting mechanism, and the heights of the left baffle 310 and the right baffle 320 are adjusted by the baffle lifting mechanism, so that the line drawing width is adjusted.
As described above, the natural spray range of the spray gun 200 is tapered, and the left and right baffles 310 and 320 are cut to a certain width within the tapered range, so as to obtain the actual spray range of the spray gun 200, and obtain the determined scribe width.
When the baffle plate is close to the ground, the baffle plate shields the conical range more; when the baffle is far away from the ground, the shielding of the conical range by the baffle is reduced. Therefore, the baffle lifting mechanism controls the scribing width by lifting the baffle and lowering the baffle.
For ease of understanding, referring to fig. 5, the front baffle 330 and the front flap 510 are hidden from view in fig. 5 to enable the actual spray width range to be seen, and the dotted lines indicate the actual spray width range.
In fig. 5, the left baffle 310 and the right baffle 320 are both close to the ground, the tapered range is intercepted from the middle of the waist line, the width of the spraying line is narrow, and if the baffles are lifted for a certain distance, the width of the spraying line can be relatively increased.
In this embodiment, the shutter lifting mechanism includes a left shutter lifting mechanism 410 and a right shutter lifting mechanism 420 to control the left and right spray ranges, respectively.
As shown in fig. 7, after the left flapper lifting mechanism 410 lifts the left flapper 310, the partial shielding range is released, the left side painting range is increased, and the width of the painting line is widened to the left side.
As shown in fig. 8, after the right shutter 320 is lifted by the right shutter lifting mechanism 420, the partial shielding range is released, the spraying range on the right side is increased, and the width of the spraying line is widened to the right side.
In the spraying and marking process, the situation that the surface of the lower part of the wall column is locally and horizontally protruded due to construction reasons can be encountered, and the protrusion can slightly intersect with the baffle plate and interfere with the advance to influence the moving and marking.
In order to solve the problem that the small bulges on the wall surface interfere the marking work, the lifting and descending directions of the baffle lifting mechanism are set to be parallel to the inclined directions of the corresponding baffles. When the baffle lifting mechanism lifts the baffle, the baffle can be retracted inwards, so that the wall column is avoided, and the marking operation can be smoothly carried out.
Because the protrusions on the surface of the lower part of the wall column are small, the lifting height is small, the influence on the width of the marking line is small, and the boundary definition of the spraying line is not influenced.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the lifting direction of the left flap lifting mechanism 410 is parallel to the tilting direction of the left flap 310, and the lifting direction of the right flap lifting mechanism 420 is parallel to the tilting direction of the right flap 320.
When the left baffle plate 310 is lifted by the left baffle plate lifting mechanism 410, the left baffle plate 310 can be horizontally retracted to the right side in the lifting process.
When the right baffle lifting mechanism 420 lifts the right baffle 320, the right baffle 320 can be horizontally retracted to the left side in the lifting process.
In this embodiment, the left baffle lifting mechanism 410 and the right baffle lifting mechanism 420 are both cylinders, the cylinders are installed on the frame 100, and piston rods of the cylinders are fixedly connected to the corresponding baffles.
The left baffle 310 and the right baffle 320 are respectively provided with a connecting lug 800 and a sliding sleeve 700. The piston rod of the left cylinder is fixedly connected with the connecting lug 800 on the left baffle 310, and the whole left cylinder can slide in the sliding sleeve 700. The piston rod of the right cylinder is fixedly connected with the connecting lug 800 on the right baffle 320, and the whole right cylinder can slide in the sliding sleeve 700. The sliding sleeve 700 and the air cylinder are matched to play a role in guiding, so that the lifting is more stable.
The connection manner of the connection lug 800 and the piston rod of the cylinder may be welding, clamping, pin connection, etc., and in this embodiment, a threaded connection is adopted.
The spraying and marking device 30 is also provided with an electromagnetic valve, and the baffle lifting mechanism works or stops under the control of the electromagnetic valve. The left and right flapper lifting mechanisms 410 and 420 are connected to a solenoid valve, respectively, to control the lifting of the left and right flapper 310 and 320, respectively.
In other embodiments, the left and right baffle lifting mechanisms 410, 420 may also be a driving device other than a cylinder, such as a miniature electric magnetic push rod, a motor screw nut set, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A spray painting device, comprising:
a frame;
the spray gun is arranged on the frame;
the left baffle and the right baffle are arranged on the rack and positioned on the left side and the right side of the spray gun, the left baffle and the right baffle are arranged oppositely to limit the width of a spraying line, at least one of the left baffle and the right baffle is an obliquely arranged baffle, and the distance between the lower end of the obliquely arranged baffle and the center line of the spray gun is greater than the distance between the upper end of the obliquely arranged baffle and the center line of the spray gun.
2. The spray painting line marking device of claim 1, wherein the left baffle and the right baffle are both obliquely arranged baffles.
3. The device according to claim 2, further comprising a left and a right baffle lifting mechanism, the left and right baffle lifting mechanisms being mounted to the frame, respectively, the left baffle lifting mechanism being configured to lift and lower the left baffle, and the right baffle lifting mechanism being configured to lift and lower the right baffle.
4. The coating line device of claim 3 wherein the lift direction of the left flap lift mechanism is parallel to the tilt direction of the left flap and the lift direction of the right flap lift mechanism is parallel to the tilt direction of the right flap.
5. The spray painting line marking device according to claim 1, wherein a receiving groove is provided on a side of the left and right baffle plates facing the spray gun.
6. The coating and line marking device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a plurality of receiving grooves with different heights are arranged on the left baffle plate and the right baffle plate.
7. The coating and line-marking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front and rear ends of the left and right baffles are respectively formed with folded edges.
8. The coating and line drawing device according to claim 7, wherein the left baffle and the right baffle are respectively connected with a receiving plate at the inner sides thereof, the receiving plates are bent and connected with the corresponding baffles at the lower ends thereof to form a receiving groove with an upward opening, and the front end and the rear end of each receiving plate are respectively connected with the folded edges of the corresponding baffles.
9. The device according to claim 1, further comprising a front baffle and a rear baffle, wherein the front baffle and the rear baffle are located on the front side and the rear side of the spray gun, and the front baffle and the rear baffle are arranged opposite to each other.
10. A painting line apparatus comprising a mobile body and a painting line device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the frame of the painting line device being mounted to the mobile body so as to be movable from side to side.
