7. A method for on-line acid cleaning and pre-filming of a pipe-pass circulating water cooler is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) in a normal working state, the water inlet valve (3) and the water outlet valve (4) are in an open state, and the water inlet pipe auxiliary line valve (8), the water outlet pipe auxiliary line valve (9), the pickling line water inlet pipe joint valve (14), the pickling line water outlet pipe joint valve (15) and the drain valve (19) are in a closed state; when in on-line pickling, firstly closing the water inlet valve (3) and the water outlet valve (4), and opening the water inlet pipe auxiliary line valve (8), the water outlet pipe auxiliary line valve (9), the pickling line water inlet connecting pipe valve (14) and the pickling line water outlet connecting pipe valve (15);
2) starting an acid washing pump (27), starting on-line acid washing, pumping acid washing liquid out of an acid washing tank (26) by the acid washing pump (27), sequentially passing through an acid washing line water inlet connecting pipe (12) and a water outlet pipe (2), then entering a cooler (5) tube side, then entering an acid washing cooler (22) through a water inlet pipe (1), an acid washing line water outlet connecting pipe (13) and an acid washing line (24), cooling, then entering the acid washing tank (26), and repeatedly circulating to finish acid washing;
3) when pickling is completed, a pickling pump (27), a pickling line water inlet joint pipe valve (14), a pickling line water outlet joint pipe valve (15), a water inlet pipe auxiliary line valve (8) and a water outlet pipe auxiliary line valve (9) are closed in sequence, a water inlet valve (3) and a water outlet valve (19) are opened for washing, washing water is discharged out of the system through a water outlet pipe (18), and pickling solution in a pickling tank (26) is replaced by a pre-filming agent;
4) when the washing is finished, closing the water inlet valve (3) and the water outlet valve (19), opening the water inlet pipe secondary line valve (8), the water outlet pipe secondary line valve (9), the pickling line water inlet pipe connecting valve (14) and the pickling line water outlet pipe connecting valve (15), starting the pickling pump (27), starting on-line pre-filming, at the moment, drawing the pre-filming agent out of the pickling tank (26) by the pickling pump (27), sequentially passing through the pickling line water inlet connecting pipe (12) and the water outlet pipe (2), entering the pipe pass of the cooler (5), then entering the pickling tank (26) after entering the pickling cooler (22) for cooling through the water inlet pipe (1), the pickling line water outlet connecting pipe (13) and the pickling line (24), and repeatedly and circularly finishing pre-filming;
5) when the pre-filming is finished, the pickling pump (27), the pickling line water inlet connecting pipe valve (14), the pickling line water outlet connecting pipe valve (15), the water inlet pipe auxiliary line valve (8) and the water outlet pipe auxiliary line valve (9) are closed in sequence, the water inlet valve (3) and the water outlet valve (4) are opened, and the normal working state is recovered.
