Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provides the biodegradable adhesive tape, which greatly improves the biodegradation degree of the adhesive tape and reduces the environmental pollution to the greatest extent, and the biodegradable adhesive tape can be repeatedly utilized with a paper box when being applied to a box sealing adhesive tape, so that the generation of a large amount of industrial garbage is avoided, and the resource waste is further avoided; in addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the biodegradable adhesive tape.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a biodegradable adhesive tape, which includes a release layer, a substrate layer, a water-proof adhesive film layer, and an adhesive layer, which are sequentially stacked; the base material layer is a cellulose membrane layer, the water-proof adhesive film layer has a water-proof effect, the adhesive layer is prepared from water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the water-proof adhesive film layer is prepared from water-proof adhesive.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cellulose membrane has biodegradability, and the biodegradability of the adhesive tape is greatly improved by adopting the cellulose membrane layer as the base material layer; in addition, the cellulose membrane also has excellent tensile strength, elasticity and high-temperature deformation resistance, and the printing and compounding performance is excellent; through set up the water barrier between cellulose membrane layer and adhesive layer, can avoid because of moisture and cellulose membrane direct contact in the waterborne pressure sensitive adhesive, lead to the cellulose membrane layer to absorb water and soften and make the sticky tape soften and crumple the emergence of the unable coiling problem of curling of wrinkling.
Preferably, the water-proof adhesive is any one of solvent-based oil adhesive, solvent-based ink varnish and solvent-based rubber.
Among them, the solvent-based oil and the solvent-based rubber can further increase the viscosity of the adhesive tape.
Preferably, the aqueous pressure sensitive adhesive is a biodegradable aqueous pressure sensitive adhesive.
Preferably, the release layer is a biodegradable release layer.
The second aspect of the present invention provides a preparation method of the above biodegradable adhesive tape, comprising the following steps: and (2) carrying out release treatment on one surface of the base material layer to form a release layer, coating a layer of water-stop adhesive on the other surface of the base material layer, drying to form a water-stop adhesive film layer, coating a layer of water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side of the water-stop adhesive film layer, which is far away from the base material layer, and drying to form an adhesive layer, thus obtaining the biodegradable adhesive tape.
Preferably, characters and/or patterns are printed on one side, facing the water-stop adhesive film layer, of the base material layer, and the water-stop adhesive is coated after the characters and/or patterns to be printed are printed on the base material layer according to design.
Preferably, the water-stop adhesive is coated on the substrate layer by any one of anilox roll coating, printing plate coating, wire bar coating and gumming roll coating.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the biodegradable adhesive tape greatly improves the biodegradability of the adhesive tape and reduces environmental pollution; the cellulose membrane has biodegradability, the cellulose membrane layer is used as the base material layer, the biodegradability of the adhesive tape is greatly improved, in addition, the delamination layer is set to be a biodegradable delamination layer, and the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is set to be a biodegradable water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that the biodegradability of the adhesive tape is further improved, and the environmental pollution is further reduced to a greater extent.
2. The preparation method of the biodegradable adhesive tape is simple in process and high in efficiency, and the problem that the adhesive tape is softened, crumpled and cannot be curled and rolled due to the fact that the cellulose membrane layer absorbs water and softens because the water in the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is in direct contact with the cellulose membrane is solved by coating the water-proof layer on the cellulose membrane layer.

The water-proof adhesive is any one of solvent-based oil adhesive, solvent-based ink varnish and solvent-based rubber.
