Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of articles for daily use, in particular to a dustproof self-adhesive tape.
Background
At present, most of opening and closing devices, such as doors, windows, wardrobes, drawers and other civil facilities, are dustproof basically by means of self-adhesion of hard materials (wood or alloy materials). However, in daily life, since the self-bonding is affected by the manufacturing process level, the environmental temperature difference and the like, a larger or smaller gap is inevitably formed by the self-bonding, and the civil facilities cannot be strictly closed, so that dust is easy to enter, and the cleanliness of rooms or clothes is affected.

Further, the substrate is any one of rubber, silica gel and a high-elasticity stainless steel sheet.
Furthermore, the adhesive layer is a strong adhesive agent which can be washed by water and has no residue.

Further, the depth of the groove is two thirds of the thickness of the base body.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the adhesive layer is used for connecting the base body with the first plate body, the fluff layer is extruded by the second plate body, the fluff layer is stressed to naturally tilt upwards, and the fluff layer is tightly attached to the second plate body, so that the sealing and dust-proof effects are achieved.

The dust-proof self-adhesive tape of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
With reference to fig. 1-3, the dustproof self-adhesive tape comprises a base body 1, a groove 2, an adhesive layer 3 and a fluff layer 4, wherein the groove 2 is formed in one side of the base body 1, the base body 1 comprises a left base body 101 and a right base body 102, the left base body 101 is located on the left side of the groove 2, the right base body 102 is located on the right side of the groove 2, the left base body 101 and the right base body 102 are of an integral structure, the left end of the longitudinal section of the left base body 101 is arc-shaped, the top end face, the bottom end face and the left end face of the left base body 101 are respectively provided with the fluff layer 4, the top end face and the bottom end face of the right base body 102 are provided with the adhesive layer 3, the adhesive layer 3 is provided with a cover paper 5, and the cover paper 5 is release paper.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the substrate 1 is any one of rubber, silicone rubber, and a highly elastic stainless steel sheet.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the adhesive layer 3 is a strong adhesive agent that can be washed with water and has no residue.
As a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the included angle between the top end surface of the right substrate 102 and the top end surface of the left substrate 101 is 150 °.

as shown in fig. 3, when the sealing device is used on an object closed at a vertical angle, firstly, positioning and marking are performed on the inner surface of a first plate 6 at a closed position perpendicular to a second plate 7, the paper 5 covering the bottom end surface of a right base body 102 is removed, then the bottom end surface of the right base body 102 is adhered to the marking position of the inner surface of the first plate 6 through an adhesive layer 3, when the left base body 101 is pressed by the second plate 7, the top end surface of the left base body 101 rotates towards the top end surface of the right base body 102, and when the top end surface of the left base body 101 forms an included angle of 90 degrees with the top end surface of the right base body 102, the sealing state is the best; when the included angle between the top end surface of the left base body 101 and the top end surface of the right base body 102 is more than 90 degrees and less than 150 degrees under the extrusion of the second plate body 7, the fluff layer 4 at the end part of the left base body 101 can still be abutted against the second plate body 7, and under the combined action of the extrusion force of the second plate body 7 and the expansion force generated by the groove 2, the effect of sealing and dust prevention can be achieved.
