Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of biodegradable materials, in particular to a highland barley vinasse biodegradable material and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the packaging material for white spirit, the outer packaging material has been developed from a single paper material into a combination form of paper-plastic combination, paper-wood combination and other materials, and the inner packaging material comprises glass, ceramics, metal, plastics, paper, composite materials and other materials. The plastic materials in the packaging materials have become main materials for packaging white spirit due to the characteristics of low price, convenient processing, suitability for large-scale production and the like, most of the plastic packaging materials are difficult to degrade by the environment even if being buried in weak alkaline or acid environment soil containing a large amount of tiny bacteria for years, and white pollution can be caused, so that the serious environmental pollution problem is caused, and the materials for packaging can be developed towards the full-biodegradable direction in order to accord with the concept of sustainable development. With the development and application of novel ecological packaging materials, the wine packaging material is directly made of natural, abundant-resource, non-toxic, harmless and low-price original ecological materials, low-carbon, degradable and recyclable wine packaging can become the mainstream of the market, and the wine packaging material enters the 'ecological packaging' era.
At present, the full-degradable products applied in a large scale on the market are basically realized based on polylactic acid (PLA), dibasic acid dihydric alcohol copolyester series (PBAT, PBS, PBSA and the like) and composite materials thereof, but the large-scale popularization and application of the full-degradable products are limited due to higher cost and production scale which cannot meet the market demand. Therefore, the natural polymer material based on the agricultural and forestry wastes provides an effective solution for the large-scale preparation, popularization and application of the fully degradable material undoubtedly due to the characteristics of abundant resources, low price, no toxicity and natural degradability. A natural high molecular biodegradable packaging material is prepared from biodegradable substances (such as starch, cellulose, chitosan, lactalbumin, soybean protein, gelatin, polysaccharide protein and lipid substances). Compared with the traditional packaging material, the packaging material can remarkably reduce environmental pollution while ensuring food safety. In addition, the release of beneficial components in the biodegradable packaging material can better ensure the nutrition and flavor of food, and even can delay the food spoilage, thereby prolonging the shelf life.
Distillers grains, a major by-product of the alcohol or brewing industry, are rich in a large amount of nutrients, such as protein, crude fiber, fat, crude starch, minerals, enzymes, and various vitamins. Fermentation enterprises such as various wineries and alcohol production enterprises produce 1 ton of alcohol products and several tons of vinasse every year. At present, most enterprises or individuals can process the vinasse simply and roughly, and the vinasse is basically used as feed or fertilizer for direct sale after being simply dried and even directly buried. However, the abundant nutrients in the distiller's grains are not fully utilized, which not only causes serious waste of resources, but also causes environmental pollution.
Therefore, how to solve the technical problems of difficult degradation of the outer packaging material, environmental pollution and insufficient utilization of the vinasse resource in the prior art and provide a method for preparing the vinasse into the biodegradable material is a problem to be solved by the technical staff in the field.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention provides a method for producing a novel degradable material by using highland barley vinasse residues, wherein the degradable composite material is prepared by supercritical CO2The extracted residues of highland barley vinasse are taken as raw materials, and are added with adhesiveThe mixture and other additives are premixed, and the premixed material is subjected to melt blending composite modification and then is molded by adopting a certain molding process, so that the product is produced.
2. The material of the invention is derived from food waste highland barley vinasse, the raw material can be recycled and regenerated, compared with other degradable materials, the production cost is lower, the degradation period is shorter, the degradation product can not cause pollution to soil, and in addition, compared with common plastics, the packaging material prepared from the vinasse residue has the advantages of better freshness preservation, difficult oxidation and the like. Meanwhile, the processing technology of the vinasse residues is less, the energy consumption is less, and therefore, the price is lower.
The highland barley vinasse residues are adopted to prepare the degradable packaging material, so that waste can be changed into valuable, the resource consumption can be reduced, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the ecological closed loop with the real meaning can be realized.
3. The biodegradable material is gradually popularized and applied in food packaging materials, a biodegradable and eco-friendly alternative solution is provided for non-degradable materials such as plastics, and the degradable packaging material prepared from highland barley vinasse residues has advantages in the aspects of performance, practicability, degradability, safety and the like. In the aspect of performance, the vinasse residue degradable packaging material can reach the performance of the traditional plastic; in the aspect of practicability, the degradable packaging material has similar application performance and sanitary performance with similar traditional materials; in the aspect of degradability, the highland barley vinasse residue packaging material can be rapidly degraded; is easily favored by the environment in terms of safety, and substances produced or remaining during degradation are not harmful to the environment and do not affect the survival of humans and other organisms.
In addition, the highland barley vinasse residues contain a plurality of bioactive components which can play special roles, and the release of beneficial components in the packaging material can better ensure the nutrition and flavor of the food and prolong the shelf life; for example, bioactive peptides are commonly used to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and phenolic compounds contained in natural substances have antibacterial and antioxidant effects.
