It is evident that the drawings in the following description are only examples of the invention, from which other drawings and other embodiments can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the rope clip according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a first fixed block 1, a first movable block 2, a second fixed block 3, a second movable block 4, a first pressing plate 5, a second pressing plate 6, a first positioning member 7, and a second positioning member 8.
The first fixed block 1 and the second fixed block 3 of the embodiment of the invention are oppositely arranged, and the first movable block 2 and the second movable block 4 are arranged between the first fixed block and the second fixed block, so that a rope clamping space A extending along the axial direction of the rope head is formed between the first movable block 2 and the second movable block 4 and is used for clamping the rope head; the first movable block 2 and the second movable block 4 are respectively movably matched with the first fixed block 1 and the second fixed block 3, so that the rope clamping space A is reduced in size to self-lock and clamp rope ends.
Wherein, the first fixed block 1 and the second fixed block 3 are isosceles trapezoid structures, and the inclined planes on the left side and the right side of the isosceles trapezoid structures are anti-falling inclined planes; the first movable block 2 and the second movable block 4 are of wedge structures, namely, are provided with movable inclined planes which are matched with corresponding anti-falling inclined planes in an anti-falling mode. Specifically, the first fixed block 1 faces one side of the first movable block 2, namely the right side of the first fixed block 1, and is provided with a first anti-falling inclined plane 10 extending along the axial direction of the rope clamping space, and correspondingly, the left side of the first movable block 2 is provided with a first movable inclined plane 20 attached to the first anti-falling inclined plane 10, so that anti-falling fit is realized; the second fixed block 3 faces one side of the second movable block 4, namely, the left side of the second fixed block 3 is provided with a second anti-falling inclined plane 30 extending along the axial direction of the rope clamping space, and correspondingly, the right side of the second movable block 4 is provided with a second movable inclined plane 40 attached to the second anti-falling inclined plane 30, so that anti-falling fit is realized.
In addition, a first pressing plate 5 is disposed between the first fixed block 1 and the first movable block 2, so as to guide the first movable inclined surface 30 of the first movable block to be movably matched with the first anti-falling inclined surface 10 of the first fixed block. Specifically, the first pressing plate 5 is fixedly installed on the first fixed block 1 through bolts, and the first pressing plate 5 extends to partially cover the first movable block 2, so that the first movable block 2 can only move along the axial direction of the rope clamping space.
A second pressing plate 6 is arranged between the second fixed block 3 and the second movable block 4, so that a second movable inclined surface 40 of the second movable block is guided to be movably matched with a second anti-falling inclined surface 30 of the second fixed block. Specifically, the second pressing plate 6 is fixedly mounted on the second fixed block 3 by bolts, and the second pressing plate 6 extends to partially cover the second movable block 4, so that the second movable block 4 can only move in the axial direction of the rope clamping space.
The first positioning piece 7 of the embodiment of the invention is used for positioning the first movable block 2 on the first fixed block 1, and the second positioning piece 8 is used for positioning the second movable block 4 on the second fixed block 3. Specifically, the first positioning member 7 and the second positioning member 8 are bolts or screws, the first positioning member 7 penetrates the first movable block 2 and is fixed to the first fixed block 1, and the second positioning member 8 penetrates the second movable block 4 and is fixed to the second fixed block 3; by adjusting the amount of expansion and contraction of the first positioning member 7 and the second positioning member 8, the rope clamping space can be reduced or enlarged. In addition, the first movable block 2 is movable in a direction to reduce the rope clamping space with respect to the first positioning member 7; the second movable block 4 can move along the direction of reducing the rope clamping space relative to the second positioning piece 8; thereby always ensuring the clamping force to the rope end.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the first fixed block 1 and the first movable block 2, the second fixed block 3 and the second movable block 4 are mirror symmetry, so that the stress of the rope end clamp is ensured to be uniform, and the stability of rope end fixation is improved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the self-locking of the rope ends is realized through the design of the inclined surface anti-drop structures of the first fixed block 1, the first movable block 2, the second fixed block 3 and the second movable block 4, and the clamping of the rope ends is only tighter and tighter.
As shown in fig. 3, the elevator wire rope holder of the embodiment of the present invention is used for fixing the wire rope 100. The elevator steel wire rope fixer comprises a base 0 and rope end clamps, wherein the number of the rope end clamps is determined according to the number of actual steel wire ropes, the rope end clamps are correspondingly and fixedly arranged on the base, and the rope end clamps can be fixed on the base through bolts of a fixed pressing plate to realize integral fixation; the first fixed block of one rope end clamp and the second fixed block of the other rope end clamp of the adjacent rope end clamps are combined into a whole; the positioning parts on the corresponding movable blocks can be combined into one, the fixing mode can adopt the gasket 9 to lean against the two adjacent movable blocks, and the fixing structure can be simplified by fixing the two adjacent movable blocks through one positioning part (such as a bolt). The rope head clamps can be arranged on two sides of the base to avoid the space.
When the elevator steel wire rope needs to be replaced, only the upward adjusting movable block is required to be loosened, the rope clamping space is enlarged, and the elevator steel wire rope clamping device is convenient and quick.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, the elevator wire rope holders can be arranged in a pair of mirror images, so that the stability of the wire rope fixing is further improved.
According to the elevator steel wire rope fixer provided by the embodiment of the invention, positive pressure is generated on an elevator steel wire rope through self-locking of the two movable blocks, so that the clamping of the elevator steel wire rope is safer and more reliable; moreover, the automatic locking of the elevator wire rope can be ensured by a small force without depending on the manner of direct pressing on the construction site.
The foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments and principles of the present invention, and changes in specific embodiments will occur to those skilled in the art upon consideration of the teachings provided herein, and such changes are intended to be included within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
