Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.
Fig. 1 is a front view of part of the components of a labeling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of part of the components of the labelling apparatus of fig. 1. Fig. 3 shows the labelling head of fig. 2 separated from the drive means. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the labeling apparatus 100 of the present embodiment includes a driving device 110 and a labeling head 120, wherein the labeling head 120 is detachably mounted below the driving device 110. The label attaching head 120 is connected to an air suction device through a pipeline 120a, for example, and generates a suction force at a suction end 120b thereof by the air suction device to suck the label. The driving device 110 is, for example, a cylinder and is used to drive the labeling head 120 to move up and down to perform labeling operation on a product to be labeled (such as a hard disk) thereunder.
In detail, the labeling head 120 of the present embodiment has an upper surface 120d and a lower surface 120e opposite to each other, and two side surfaces 120c of the labeling head 120 extend between the upper surface 120d and the lower surface 120 e. When the labeling head 120 is mounted at the bottom end 110b of the driving device 110 as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper surface 120d of the labeling head 120 faces the bottom end 110b of the driving device 110, and the suction end 120b at the lower surface 120e of the labeling head 120 is suitable for performing the labeling operation.
In the embodiment, two side surfaces 110a of the driving device 110 respectively have first engaging portions 112, two side surfaces 120c of the labeling head 120 respectively have second engaging portions 122, and the two first engaging portions 112 respectively correspond to the two second engaging portions 122. The first engaging portion 112 is fixed to the driving device 110 by, for example, screwing or other suitable methods, and the second engaging portion 122 is fixed to the tag head 120 by, for example, screwing or other suitable methods, which is not limited in the present invention. Each first buckling portion 112 and the corresponding second buckling portion 122 are suitable for buckling to detachably mount the attaching head 120 on the bottom end 110b of the driving device 110. As described above, the labeling head 120 is designed to be mounted on the driving device 110 in a snap-fit manner, rather than being mounted in a locking manner, so that the labeling head 120 can be easily replaced.
Furthermore, the labeling apparatus 100 of the present embodiment may further include a buffer material 130 as shown in fig. 1, wherein the buffer material 130 is, for example, foam and disposed on the lower surface 120e of the label head 120, so as to prevent the label head 120 from colliding with the product to be labeled to cause damage and prevent static electricity from being generated between the label head 120 and the product to be labeled. Since the first engaging portion 112 and the second engaging portion 122 are respectively located on the side surface 110a of the driving device 110 and the side surface 120c of the labeling head 120, the user performs the operation of detaching the labeling head 120 from the side surfaces of the driving device 110 and the labeling head 120, rather than the operation of detaching the labeling head 120 from the lower side of the labeling head 120.
