The bottom of the telescopic pipe is provided with a guide wheel folding and unfolding structure, the guide wheel folding and unfolding structure comprises a U-shaped plate, a bolt fixing and supporting seat and a bolt, the bolt fixing and supporting seat is arranged in a U-shaped opening of the U-shaped plate, the upper end face of the bolt fixing and supporting seat is fixedly connected with the bottom of the telescopic pipe, and the two side faces of the bolt fixing and supporting seat are rotatably connected with the two ends of the U-shaped opening of the U-shaped plate through rotating shafts. The inside of bolt fixed bolster is equipped with the baffle, and the baffle is divided into bolt removal district and spring compression district with the inside cavity of bolt fixed bolster, and the bolt runs through bolt removal district, spring compression district and U-shaped board in proper order to the through-hole of seting up from the U-shaped bottom face of U-shaped board stretches out. The invention provides a guide wheel for a trailer, which has the following beneficial effects:
when the guide wheel is retracted, the driving motor drives the screw rod to rotate, so that the telescopic pipe moves upwards, the guide wheel pressing sleeve downwards extrudes the deflector rod, and the bolt moves leftwards to remove the limit of the U-shaped plate and the bolt fixing support seat in the circumferential direction; meanwhile, the guide wheel pressing sleeve downwards extrudes the pressing wheel, so that the U-shaped plate rotates around the rotating shaft to retract the guide wheel. When the guide wheel is put down, the telescopic pipe is extended, the guide wheel pressing sleeve is retracted, the guide wheel overturns and falls due to gravity, the bolt moves to the right under the action of the elastic force of the spring, the bolt fixing support seat and the U-shaped plate are fixed, and the supporting and guiding effects of the guide wheel are realized.
According to the invention, the left and right movement of the bolt is completed by the matching of the guide wheel pressing sleeve and the bolt, so that the guide wheel is locked or rotated in the circumferential direction, the free retraction and extension of the guide wheel and the supporting and guiding effects are realized, the operation is rapid, simple and convenient, and the working efficiency is improved.

The invention is further described below in conjunction with the drawings and the specific embodiments to assist in understanding the contents of the invention. The method used in the invention is a conventional method if no special provisions are made; the raw materials and the apparatus used are, unless otherwise specified, conventional commercially available products.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the invention provides a guide wheel for a trailer, which comprises a connection support tube 1, wherein a telescopic tube 2 is coaxially sleeved inside the connection support tube 1, a screw rod 3 is connected inside the telescopic tube 2 in a threaded manner, a driving motor 11 is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the connection support tube 1, and the output end of the driving motor 11 is connected with the screw rod 3. Under the action of the driving motor 11, the driving motor 11 drives the screw rod 3 to rotate, and the screw rod 3 can drive the telescopic pipe 2 to move up and down. The bottom end of the extension tube 2 is provided with a guide wheel folding and unfolding structure, the guide wheel folding and unfolding structure comprises a U-shaped plate 4, a bolt fixing and supporting seat 5 and a bolt 6, the bolt fixing and supporting seat 5 is arranged in a U-shaped opening of the U-shaped plate 4, the upper end surface of the bolt fixing and supporting seat is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the extension tube 2, two side surfaces of the bolt fixing and supporting seat are rotatably connected with two ends of the U-shaped opening of the U-shaped plate 4 through a rotating shaft 41, the lower end of the U-shaped plate 4 is also connected with a guide wheel supporting plate 42, and the tail end of the guide wheel supporting plate 42 is rotatably connected with a guide wheel 43; the U-shaped plate 4 can rotate around the rotating shaft 41, so that the guide wheels 43 are retracted.

The outer side wall of the bolt 6 arranged in the spring compression area is also provided with an annular baffle plate 52, the outer side wall of the bolt 6 between the partition plate 51 and the annular baffle plate 52 is sleeved with a spring 53, one end of the spring 53 is abutted against the partition plate 51, and the other end of the spring 53 is abutted against the annular baffle plate 52. During assembly, in order to install the bolt 6 and the spring 53, the annular baffle plate 52 and the bolt 6 are designed in a split mode, a fixing hole is formed in the bolt 6 on the outer side of the annular baffle plate 52, and a limiting fixing shaft is installed in the fixing hole to limit the annular baffle plate 52. The inner sides of two ends of a U-shaped opening of the U-shaped plate 4 are rotatably connected with a pressing wheel 44, the bottom end of the connection supporting tube 1 is connected with a guide wheel pressing sleeve 12, two ends of the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 are provided with U-shaped grooves, a pressing claw 121 is formed between the two U-shaped grooves, and the pressing claw 121 is arranged right above the pressing wheel 44.
When the spring 53 is in an unstressed state, the bolt 6 penetrates through the bolt fixed support seat 5 and the U-shaped plate 4 and extends out of a through hole formed in the U-shaped bottom end face of the U-shaped plate 4, the bolt 6 limits the bolt fixed support seat 5 and the U-shaped plate 4 in the circumferential direction, the bolt fixed support seat 5 and the U-shaped plate 4 are fixed together, and the guide wheel 43 is completely unfolded to provide a supporting and guiding effect for the recreational vehicle. When the guide wheel 43 needs to be retracted, the driving motor 11 is started, the driving motor 11 drives the screw rod 3 to rotate, the screw rod 3 drives the telescopic pipe 2 to move upwards, the bottom end of the U-shaped groove of the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 is in contact with the shifting rod 61, the shifting rod 61 is downwards extruded by the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12, the upper end of the shifting rod 61 is obliquely and upwards arranged, the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 is guided, in the upward movement process of the telescopic pipe 2, the shifting rod 61 is gradually forced to move leftwards by the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12, the spring 53 is stressed and compressed, the tail end of the bolt 6 is separated from the through hole of the U-shaped bottom end face of the U-shaped plate 4, and the limit of the U-shaped plate 4 and the bolt fixing and supporting seat 5 in the circumferential direction is relieved. Meanwhile, the pressing claw 121 of the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 presses the pressing wheel 44 downwards, so that the U-shaped plate 4 rotates around the rotating shaft 41 to retract the guide wheel 43; in the whole process, the left moving distance of the plug pin 6 is smaller than the limiting length of the shift lever 61 in the slot, so that the plug pin is prevented from overturning. After the guide wheel 43 is retracted, the U-shaped grooves of the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 are clamped at the two ends of the bolt fixing support seat 5, and the pressing claw 121 is pressed above the pressing wheel 44 to prevent the guide wheel 43 from turning. When the guide wheel 43 needs to be put down, the driving motor 11 is started again, the telescopic pipe 2 is extended, the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 is retracted, due to gravity, the guide wheel 43 automatically falls in an overturning mode, when the through hole in the end face of the bolt fixing and supporting seat 5 is overlapped with the through hole in the bottom end face of the U-shaped plate 4, the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 moves to the inclined section of the shift lever 61, the bolt 6 gradually moves to the right under the elastic resilience effect of the spring 53, sequentially penetrates through the bolt fixing and supporting seat 5 and the U-shaped plate 4, and the supporting and the guide effect of the guide wheel 43 is achieved.
Further, the inside wall of U-shaped plate 4 still is equipped with L shape limiting plate 45, and the spacing groove has been seted up to L shape limiting plate 45, and the through-hole that the U-shaped bottom face of limiting groove and U-shaped plate 4 was seted up is linked together, and the through-hole that the end of bolt 6 passed the spacing groove and was seted up from U-shaped plate 4 bottom face stretches out, and the L shape hem of L shape limiting plate 45 and the lower terminal surface butt of bolt fixed bolster 5. When leading wheel 43 overturns downwards because of the dead weight effect, the setting of L shape limiting plate 45 can prevent that U-shaped plate 4 from overturning excessively, plays the positioning action to bolt fixed bolster 5 and U-shaped plate 4, guarantees that bolt 6 can run through bolt fixed bolster 5 and U-shaped plate 4 smoothly.
The outer side wall of the connecting support tube 1 is also provided with a guide wheel mounting sheet 7. The guide wheel mounting piece 7 is used to mount and fix the guide wheel 43 to the motor home.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
when the guide wheel 43 needs to be retracted, the driving motor 11 is started, the driving motor 11 drives the screw rod 3 to rotate, the screw rod 3 drives the telescopic pipe 2 to move upwards, the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 downwards extrudes the shift lever 61, in the process that the telescopic pipe 2 moves upwards, the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 forces the shift lever 61 to gradually move leftwards, the spring 53 is stressed and compressed, the tail end of the bolt 6 is separated from the through hole of the U-shaped bottom end face of the U-shaped plate 4, and the limit of the U-shaped plate 4 and the bolt fixing support seat 5 in the circumferential direction is relieved. At the same time, the pressing claws 121 of the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 press the pressing wheel 44 downward, so that the U-shaped plate 4 rotates about the rotating shaft 41 to retract the guide wheel 43. After the guide wheel 43 is retracted, the U-shaped grooves of the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 are clamped at the two ends of the bolt fixing support seat 5, and the pressing claw 121 is pressed above the pressing wheel 44 to prevent the guide wheel 43 from turning.
When the guide wheel 43 needs to be put down, the driving motor 11 is started again, the telescopic pipe 2 is extended, the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 is retracted, due to gravity, the guide wheel 43 automatically falls in an overturning mode, when the through hole in the end face of the bolt fixing and supporting seat 5 is overlapped with the through hole in the bottom end face of the U-shaped plate 4, the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 moves to the inclined section of the shift lever 61, the bolt 6 gradually moves to the right under the elastic resilience effect of the spring 53, sequentially penetrates through the bolt fixing and supporting seat 5 and the U-shaped plate 4, and the supporting and the guide effect of the guide wheel 43 is achieved.
According to the invention, the guide wheel pressing sleeve 12 is matched with the bolt 6 to complete the left-right movement of the bolt 6, so that the guide wheel 43 is locked or rotated in the circumferential direction, and the guide wheel 43 is freely retracted.
