Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the awning cloth folding mechanism for an open vehicle comprises a frame 1, a power source 2, a sliding block 3, folding rods 4, sliding rods 5, elastic pieces 6 and awning cloth 7, wherein guide rails 11 extending along the front-rear direction are arranged on left side beams and right side beams of the frame 1, the sliding block 3 is connected to the guide rails 11 in a sliding manner and moves back and forth under the action of the power source 2, the folding rods 4 and the sliding rods 5 are located behind the sliding block 3 and are alternately arranged at intervals along the front-rear direction of the frame 1, the forefront is the folding rods 4 arranged adjacent to the sliding block 3, and the awning cloth 7 is fixedly connected with upper sides of the folding rods 4 and the sliding rods 5. The shell fragment 6 is arranged between the slider and the folding rod, the sliding rod adjacent to the slider and the folding rod adjacent to the rear of the sliding rod, the front end of the shell fragment 6 is fixedly connected with the slider 3 or the sliding rod 5, the rear end of the shell fragment 6 is fixedly connected with the folding rod 4, the shell fragment 6 is a metal bending piece, and when the shell fragment 6 is in a free state, the rear end is in an upturned state.
The power source 2 comprises a motor 21 fixed in the middle of the front edge beam of the frame 1 and a flexible shaft 22 positioned in the guide rail 11, the sliding block 3 is fixedly connected with the flexible shaft 22, and the flexible shaft 22 realizes forward and backward movement by transmitting torque through the motor 21, so that the sliding block 3 is driven to move forward and backward along the guide rail 11.
The rear end of the sliding block 3 is provided with a step part 31 correspondingly matched with the adjacent sliding rod 5, so that the sliding block 3 can smoothly push the sliding rod 5 to move backwards. The left and right sides of the folding rod 4 and the sliding rod 5 are respectively provided with a first guide block 41 and a second guide block 51 which are in sliding fit with the guide rail 11, so that the movement direction of the folding rod 4 and the sliding rod 5 is ensured, and the opening or closing of the awning cloth is smoother.
A connecting rod 9 is arranged between the folding rod 4 and the sliding rod 5 at the rear part, the front end of the connecting rod 9 is hinged with a first guide block 41 on the folding rod 4, and the rear end of the connecting rod 9 is hinged with a second guide block 51 on the sliding rod 5.
The frame 1 border is fixed with the sealing member 8 that corresponds the complex with tarpaulin 7 border, and when tarpaulin 7 was in the open condition, sealing member 8 can shelter from the clearance between tarpaulin 7 and the frame 1.
The front end of the awning cloth 7 is fixedly connected with the decorative cover plate 10, and the decorative cover plate 10 improves the overall appearance quality of the awning cloth 7.
When the awning cloth 7 needs to be folded to open the vehicle opening, the motor 21 drives the flexible shaft 22 to move backwards from front to back, so that the sliding block 3 fixedly connected with the flexible shaft 22 is driven to move backwards along the guide rail 11, the awning cloth 7 between the sliding block 3 and the folding rod 4 adjacent to the rear of the sliding block 3 is loosened, the rear end of the elastic sheet 6 between the sliding block 3 and the folding rod 4 adjacent to the rear of the sliding block 3 is lifted and tilted by releasing elastic force, and accordingly the awning cloth fixed with the folding rod 4 is lifted and folded, namely the folding rod 4 is positioned above the first sliding rod 5 adjacent to the rear of the sliding block 3. Then the sliding block 3 continues to move backwards, the step part 31 at the rear end of the sliding block 3 is contacted with the sliding rod 5 and pushes the sliding rod 5 to move backwards, so that the rear end of the elastic piece 6 between the sliding rod 5 and the folding rod 4 adjacent to the rear of the sliding rod 5 releases elastic force to tilt upwards, and folding and storage of the awning cloth are sequentially realized from front to back.
When the awning cloth 7 needs to be unfolded to close the opening of the vehicle, the motor 21 drives the flexible shaft 22 to move forwards from the back, so that the sliding block 3 fixedly connected with the flexible shaft 22 is driven to move forwards along the guide rail 11, the folding rod 4 connected with the sliding block 3 through the elastic piece is correspondingly driven to move forwards, the folding rod 4 is connected with the sliding rod 5 adjacent to the rear of the folding rod 4 through the connecting rod 9, both the folding rod 4 and the sliding rod 5 move forwards, and the awning cloth 7 is unfolded.
A convertible vehicle comprises the tarpaulin folding mechanism for the convertible vehicle.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
