In general, a door in an automobile has other parts, such as a sealing rubber strip disposed on an inner side of a door frame (i.e., an edge of a window), a trim panel on the door, and a protective plate, so as to cover a hidden welding trace, but the hidden area is limited, the number of welding positions is small, and the requirement of the connection strength between the door frame 2 and the door body 1 cannot be met only by welding, and therefore, an adhesive structure 3 is further required to make the connection between the door frame 2 and the door body 1 more secure.
The bonding structure 3 may be a structural adhesive, and is fixedly connected to the connecting seat 12 and the docking seat 21 after being baked.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the welding method of the door frame 2 and the door body 1, and in this embodiment, the mounting wall 112 and the welding portion 4 are fixed by welding by the two-arc welding 41 and/or the resistance welding 42, which may be the two-arc welding 41 or the resistance welding 42, and of course, the two-arc welding 41 and the resistance welding 42 may be adopted at the same time as long as the door body 1 and the door frame 2 are not separated after being connected.
