placing the semi-finished plate into a cold pusher to be cooled to below 80 ℃, taking out the semi-finished plate from the cold pusher, and placing the semi-finished plate into greenhouse steam to be cured for 8 hours to obtain the wood-plastic core plate;
and after the protection laminate, the wood-plastic core plate and the butt joint side plate are processed into a whole, the outer surfaces of the protection laminate and the butt joint side plate are subjected to film coating treatment.
The coating treatment is to coat a waterproof material, and the formula of the waterproof material comprises composite microemulsion, composite auxiliary materials, an auxiliary agent, rosin and aluminum sulfate.

and the butt joint side plates are arranged around the periphery of the wood-plastic core plate and the protective plate in a surrounding mode, and are in butt joint to form a closed cavity for wrapping the wood-plastic core plate.

The preparation method of the deformation-preventing wood-plastic composite board according to claim 8, wherein the film coating treatment is a coating of a waterproof material, and the formula of the waterproof material comprises a composite microemulsion, a composite auxiliary material, an auxiliary agent, rosin and aluminum sulfate.
