s4: after shearing is finished, the third electric push rod (505) on the main clamping mechanism (5) far away from the safety clamping mechanism (7) is contracted to loosen the fluorosilicone rubber soft, meanwhile, the safety clamping mechanism (7) is also loosened, the cut fluorosilicone rubber soft pipe slides down below the bottom plate (1) from the guide plate (101), at the moment, the two main clamping mechanism (5) parts drive the front and back positions of exchange through the driving mechanism (6), and meanwhile, the second electric push rod (502) on the main clamping mechanism is contracted to avoid each other;
