1. An automatic pull rod twisting machine is characterized by comprising a workbench (1);
the pull rod fixing device (2) is arranged on the workbench (1) and used for fixing a pull rod sleeve to be installed;
the sliding screwing device (3) is arranged on the workbench (1) in a sliding mode and used for pushing the earring bolt to be connected to move towards the pull rod sleeve to be installed and driving the earring bolt to be installed to rotate so as to screw the earring bolt to be installed on the pull rod sleeve to be installed;
the driving device (4) is fixed on the workbench (1) and is in power connection with the sliding screwing device (3) so as to push the driving device (4) to move towards one side of the pull rod fixing device (2);
the detection mechanism comprises a first detection mechanism (5) for detecting the position of the sliding screwing device (3) and a second detection mechanism (6) for detecting the inclination angle of the earring bolt to be connected.

The automatic tightening machine for the pull rod according to claim 1, wherein the pull rod supporting device comprises two symmetrically arranged supporting seats (201), and a supporting clamping plate (203) matched with a pull rod sleeve to be installed is fixedly connected to the top of each supporting seat (201) through a connecting bolt (202).

The automatic tightening machine for the pull rod according to claim 2, wherein a slide bar (204) and a locking screw (205) for fixing the slide bar on the workbench (1) are further arranged at the bottom of the supporting seat (201), the first detection mechanism (5) is a distance sensor, and the first detection mechanism (5) is fixed on the supporting seat (201).

The automatic tightening machine for the pull rod according to claim 1, characterized in that the sliding tightening device (3) comprises two sets of sliding bases (301) which are symmetrically arranged and a rotating mechanism fixed on the sliding bases (301), the sliding bases (301) are further provided with rotating shafts (302) connected with the rotating mechanism, one end of each rotating shaft (302) is provided with a fastening device for fixing a bolt of an earring to be installed, and the other end of each rotating shaft is connected with the driving device (4).

The automatic tightening machine for the pull rod of claim 4, wherein the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating motor (303), and the rotating shaft (302) is in gear power connection with the rotating motor (303) through a first gear (304) and a second gear (305) which are meshed with each other.
6. The automatic tightening machine for the pull rod according to claim 4, wherein the sliding base (301) is further provided with a fixing plate (306), and the rotating shaft (302) is provided with a limiting groove (307) adapted to the fixing plate (306).

The automatic tightening machine for the pull rod according to claim 4, characterized in that the fastening device comprises a fixed seat (308), one end of the fixed seat (308) is screwed with the rotating shaft (302) through a connecting rod (309); the fixing seat (308) is further provided with a fixing groove matched with the earring bolt to be installed, a fixing rod (310) is further arranged in the fixing groove, and a fastening nut (311) is arranged on the fixing rod (310).

The automatic tightening machine for the pull rod according to claim 4, wherein the driving device (4) comprises a support frame (401) and a driving block (402), the driving block (402) is in threaded connection with the rotating shaft (302); the supporting frame (401) is also provided with a sliding groove (403) arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft (302), and the driving block (402) is provided with a limiting block (404) inserted into the sliding groove (403); a driving spring (405) sleeved on the rotating shaft (302) is further arranged between the driving block (402) and the supporting frame (401).
