Abstract
The invention discloses a device for drilling a pressure measuring lug of a steam pipeline, which comprises: a support member; the limiting piece is connected with the supporting piece and is provided with a limiting hole, and the inner diameter of the limiting hole is larger than the outer diameter of the pressure measuring lug; the moving piece is movably arranged on the supporting piece; and the drill gun is connected with the moving piece, the length direction of a drill bit of the drill gun is overlapped with or approximately parallel to the central line of the limiting hole, and the drill bit of the drill gun can penetrate into the limiting hole. The limiting piece is sleeved on the pressure measuring lug. And starting the drilling gun, enabling the drill bit to enter the limiting hole through the drilling gun, and drilling the pressure measuring lug. The limiting part is arranged, and the limiting hole is formed in the limiting part, so that the pressure measuring lug can be conveniently sleeved with the limiting part, and the accuracy of drilling is guaranteed. Technical Field

Background
The overflow and intake conduits are the main steam lines of an industrial drive steam turbine. The overflow pipeline is used for the steam turbine with the steam extraction function and is used for controlling the steam of the high-pressure chamber to the pressure of the medium-pressure chamber by utilizing the overflow valve. The steam inlet pipeline is applied to a steam turbine of a full-circumference steam inlet type and has the function of increasing the steam inlet quantity of a main steam valve. All the devices are provided with pressure measuring lugs, so that the temperature and pressure parameters of steam can be conveniently collected in field debugging and operation.
Because the pipeline needs to be subjected to acid pickling phosphorization and hydrostatic test after being welded, the internal pressure measuring hole of the pressure measuring lug needs to be processed after the pipeline is welded.
In the prior art, all utilize the lathe to process, but because the bulky of steam conduit, the position of pressure measurement lug is different, adds man-hour at the drilling machine, needs to correspond with the drill bit on the lathe, but can lead to unable clamping or clamping potential safety hazard occasionally because a plurality of pressure measurement lugs are in different positions. And the machine tool is used for processing about 2 hours, so the efficiency is low. In view of this, the applicant provides a device for drilling a pressure measuring lug of a steam pipeline, which avoids drilling the pressure measuring lug by using a machine tool, and has high efficiency and convenient use.

Preferably, the limiting hole is in a step shape, and the inner diameter of one end, far away from the drill gun, of the limiting hole is larger.
Preferably, the apparatus further comprises a positioning part disposed on a moving path of the moving member to stop the moving member from moving.
Preferably, the positioning part includes:
a positioning plate movably connected with the supporting piece and positioned on the moving path of the moving piece;
and the positioning piece is used for fixing the positioning plate.
Preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
the clamping plate is arranged on one side, away from the drill gun, of the limiting piece;
and the tensioning part is used for driving the clamping plate to be close to or far away from the limiting part.
Preferably, the clamping plate is arc-shaped.

A moving member 3 movably disposed on the support member 1; and the drill 4 is connected with the moving member 3, the length direction of a drill bit 401 of the drill 4 is coincident with or approximately parallel to the central line of the limiting hole 201, and the drill bit 401 of the drill 4 can penetrate into the limiting hole 201.
The limiting piece 2 is sleeved on the pressure measuring lug C.
And starting the drilling gun 4, enabling the drill bit 401 to enter the limiting hole 201 through the drilling gun 4, and drilling the pressure measuring lug C.
Set up locating part 2 to be equipped with spacing hole 201 on locating part 2, the convenience cover is on pressure measurement lug C, guarantees the drilling accuracy.
Compared with the prior machine tool machining of the applicant, the efficiency is greatly improved and shortened to 10-20 minutes.

As a further improvement to the above embodiment, in one embodiment, the limiting hole 201 is stepped, and the inner diameter of the end far away from the drill 4 is larger. The pressure measuring lug C is suitable for pressure measuring lugs C with different outer diameters and has good adaptability.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, in one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a positioning portion provided on a moving path of the moving member 3 to stop the moving member 3 from moving. In order to control the drilling depth of the drill bit 401, the drill bit 401 is prevented from drilling too deep by providing the positioning portion.
As a further refinement of the above embodiment, in one embodiment, the positioning portion includes:
a positioning plate 5 movably connected with the supporting member 1 and located on a moving path of the moving member 3; and the positioning piece 6 is used for fixing the positioning plate 5. The positioning member 6 may be a bolt, and a plurality of threaded holes matched with the bolt may be formed on the supporting member 1. The bolt is installed on locating plate 5, utilizes bolt, screw hole to fix locating plate 5.
The position of the positioning plate 5 can be adjusted according to the requirements of different drilling depths of the pressure measuring lugs C, and then the positioning piece 6 is utilized for fixing.

a connecting member; two screw rods 8 which are connected with the connecting piece at intervals; and the two threaded pipes 9 are respectively in threaded connection with the two threaded rods 8 and are rotationally connected with the clamping plate 7.
The clamping plate 7 is driven to be close to or far away from the steam pipeline G by rotating the threaded pipe 9.
As a further refinement of the above embodiment, in one embodiment the connector comprises:
a fixing plate 10 connected to the supporting member 1; a slider 11 capable of sliding in a vertical direction on the fixing plate 10; wherein, the screw 8 is connected with the sliding block 11, and the screw 8 is horizontally arranged; and the fastening module 12 is used for fixing the sliding block 11. The fastening module 12 can be a bolt, the bolt is in threaded connection with the fixing plate 10 and is in rotary connection with the sliding block 11, the sliding block 11 and the screw rod 8 are driven to lift by rotating the bolt, the position of the clamping plate 7 is adjusted, and the steam pipeline G can be better clamped. Can the centre gripping steam conduit G of different grade type, not unidimensional, adaptability is good.
As a further refinement of the above embodiment, in one implementation, the apparatus further comprises:
a base 13; a clamping piece 14 arranged on the base 13; a fitting member 15, which can be engaged with the engaging member 14, is disposed on the supporting member 1.
When the support piece is used, the support piece 1 can be placed on the base 13 through the matching piece 15 and the clamping piece 14, the support piece 1 is convenient to support, the hand holding is not needed, and the labor intensity of an operator is reduced. and the drill gun is connected with the moving piece, the length direction of a drill bit of the drill gun is overlapped with or approximately parallel to the central line of the limiting hole, and the drill bit of the drill gun can penetrate into the limiting hole.
2. The pressure lug drilling device for the steam pipeline according to claim 1, wherein the limiting hole is in a step shape, and the inner diameter of one end far away from the drilling gun is larger.
3. The apparatus for pressure tap drilling of a steam line of claim 1, further comprising a positioning part disposed on a moving path of the moving member to prevent the moving member from moving.
4. The apparatus for pressure tap drilling of a steam line of claim 3, wherein the locating portion comprises:
a positioning plate movably connected with the supporting piece and positioned on the moving path of the moving piece;
and the positioning piece is used for fixing the positioning plate.
5. The apparatus for pressure tap drilling of a steam line of claim 1, further comprising:
the clamping plate is arranged on one side, away from the drill gun, of the limiting piece;
and the tensioning part is used for driving the clamping plate to be close to or far away from the limiting part.
6. The apparatus for pressure tap drilling of a steam line of claim 5, wherein the clamping plate is arc-shaped.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the clamping plate is provided with a flexible layer on a side thereof adjacent to the retainer.

a connecting member;
the two screw rods are connected with the connecting piece at intervals;
and the two threaded pipes are respectively in threaded connection with the two threaded rods and are rotationally connected with the clamping plate.
9. The apparatus for pressure tap drilling of a steam line of claim 8, wherein the connector comprises:
a fixing plate connected with the supporting member;
the sliding block can slide in the vertical direction on the fixing plate; wherein the screw rod is connected with the sliding block and is horizontally arranged;
and the fastening module is used for fixing the sliding block.
10. Device for pressure tap drilling of steam lines according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises:
a base;
the clamping piece is arranged on the base;
and the matching piece can be clamped with the clamping piece and is arranged on the supporting piece.
