The surgical smoke filtering structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said gas collecting and discharging device is externally disposed with a bottom case, a pressing plate is disposed on the top of said gas collecting and discharging device, and said pressing plate top is extended out of said bottom case by a pressing shaft and a pressing handle.
8. A surgical smoke filtering structure according to claim 1, wherein said device base is detachably connected to a device top cover, said device top cover having a pressing shaft passing through a hole, and a return spring being provided between said pressing handle and said top cover.
