In detail, wherein the storage container 13 has a bottom 131, a surrounding wall 132 and a panel 133, wherein the surrounding wall 132 and the panel 133 extend from the bottom 131 in a direction away from the bottom 131 and form the storage space 134 with the bottom 131 so as to be adapted to receive articles, wherein in a state that the storage container 13 is pushed into the receiving opening 111 of the support frame 11, the panel 133 of the storage container 13 can cover the receiving opening 111 so as to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the on-board supporting device 10, wherein the panel 133 and the support frame 11 are provided with a locking mechanism 135 which are mutually fastened so as to prevent the storage container 13 from being accidentally opened based on the mutual fastening of the locking mechanism 135, such as to prevent the storage container 13 from being separated from the support frame 11 during the handling of the on-board supporting device 10, at the same time, the user can pull the storage container 13 open by using the locking mechanism 135, so that the user can conveniently access the storage space 134.
In particular, the supporting frame 11 includes a bottom plate 112, wherein the bottom plate 112 is fixed to the supporting frame 11 with its plate surface parallel to the reference horizontal plane, so as to form a limit for the pivoting of the loading plate 12 and improve the structural stability of the on-board supporting device 10, and at the same time, an accommodating space can be formed between the bottom plate 112 and the loading plate 12, thereby further improving the storage capacity of the on-board supporting device 10, in particular, accommodating a puzzle or the like which is completed by piecing together, and further improving the practicability of the on-board supporting device 10.
Further, during the puzzle game, the player wants to have a stable slope, specifically, the bearing plate 12 includes a limiting frame 124, wherein one end of the limiting frame 124 is connected to the back surface 122, the limiting frame 124 can be folded and rotated around the bearing plate 12, and the other end of the limiting frame 124 can be abutted against the bottom plate 112 to form a fixed inclination angle of the bearing plate 12.

It should be noted that when the bearing plate 12 is pivoted to have a certain inclination angle, a rim of the supporting frame 11 is located below the bearing surface 121 to form a block for the corresponding puzzle pieces sliding off the bearing surface 121, so as to prevent the puzzle pieces from falling off the board-mounted supporting device 10.
In particular, in this embodiment of the present invention, the bottom plate 112 is designed to enclose the supporting frame 11, that is, the area of the bottom plate 112 is equal to the frame surface of the supporting frame 11, so as to enclose the supporting frame 11, thereby ensuring the enclosure of the accommodating space.
Further, wherein the on-board support 10 comprises a foot rest 14, wherein the foot rest 14 is foldably connected to the support frame 11, in particular the foot rest 14 is allowed to be foldably rotated at the other side of the reference level in a manner around the support frame 11, so as to maintain the balance of the on-board support 10, in particular during a jigsaw puzzle, the on-board support 10 can be placed in balance upon unfolding the foot rest 14, thereby providing a stable support for the corresponding jigsaw puzzle, while the foot rest 13 is allowed to be folded to facilitate the storage of the on-board support 10, improving the practicality of the on-board support 10.
Preferably, the foot rest 14 is set to have a maximum unfolding angle B, wherein the maximum unfolding angle B refers to the maximum angle between the foot rest 14 and the reference horizontal plane, wherein the maximum unfolding angle B is preferably greater than or equal to 90 ° and less than or equal to 180 °, so that the balance of the board-mounted supporting device 10 can be ensured to the maximum extent, that is, the support of the foot rest 14 on the supporting frame 11 is ensured, so that the board-mounted supporting device 10 can be placed in balance, the influence on the emotion of a player caused by the scattering of puzzle pieces due to the instability of the board-mounted supporting device 10 is avoided, and a good puzzle game experience can be given to the player.
It is worth mentioning that the carrying plate 12 is allowed to pivot on one side of the reference horizontal plane with the rotating shaft 121 as the axis, so that the carrying plate 12 can be received in the supporting frame 11 by pivoting, i.e. the carrying plate 12 is parallel to the bottom plate 112, which facilitates the volume miniaturization of the onboard supporting device 10, thereby facilitating the receiving and storing of the onboard supporting device 10 and facilitating the transportation and carrying of the onboard supporting device 10.
Particularly, in which the back surface 122 of the loading board 12 and the bottom plate 112 are provided with magic tapes for interaction, so as to ensure structural stability of the state that the loading board 12 is received in the supporting frame 11 based on the attachment of the magic tapes, and prevent the loading board 12 from pivoting when carrying the on-board supporting device 10, it is worth mentioning that in some embodiments, the loading board 12 is provided with a pull handle, so that a user can easily separate the loading board 12 and the bottom plate 112 via the pull handle in the state that the loading board 12 and the bottom plate 112 are attached based on the attachment of the magic tapes.
It is worth mentioning that, based on the fact that the carrying board 12 can be received in the supporting frame 11 through pivoting, the foot stool 14 is allowed to be foldably rotated at the other side of the reference horizontal plane in a manner of being wound around the support frame 11 to be received in the support frame 11, and the storage container 13 is allowed to be pushed into the receiving opening 111 to be concealingly provided to the support frame 11, the sheet-carrier support device 10 allows to be folded into a configuration having only the size of one panel, with particular reference to the sheet-carrier support device 10 illustrated in figure 2 in folded position, the on-board supporting device 10 is folded to have a shape having only the frame size of the supporting frame 11, so that it can be stored in a very small area, and thus can be flexibly stored and stored, while also facilitating the user's carrying and transportation of the on-board support device 10.
Further, for the convenience of the user carrying and carrying the on-board supporting device 10, wherein the on-board supporting device 10 includes a handle 15, wherein the handle 15 is fixed on the outer side of the supporting frame 11 to facilitate the user to carry the on-board supporting device 10 by the handle 15, thereby improving the convenience of the on-board supporting device 10, wherein the handle 15 may be implemented as a fixed handle, or a handle groove or hole provided on the supporting frame 10 for holding, or a movable handle, etc.

It is worth mentioning that, in some embodiments of the invention, wherein the handle 15 is implemented as a movable handle, wherein the movable handle includes a handle body and a hinge member, wherein the hinge member is fixed to an outer side of the support frame 11, the handle body is movably arranged on the hinge element, in particular to enable the handle body to rotate relative to the supporting frame 11, so that, when the movable handle is required to be used, the handle body is perpendicular to the support frame 11, when the movable handle is not needed, the handle body is rotated towards the direction close to the supporting frame 11 to make the handle body approach to be parallel to the supporting frame 11, therefore, the movable handle can be reduced from approaching to the support frame 11 and protruding from the support frame 11 in the non-use state, so as to be beneficial to ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the board-mounted support device 10.
To further understand the present invention, the present invention also provides a method of manufacturing an on-board support device 10, wherein the method of manufacturing the on-board support device 10 includes the steps of:
a. forming a supporting frame 11 by fixing at least two frame strips on the same plane;
b. a rotating shaft 123 designed in a shaft hole or shaft arm shape is disposed on a carrier 12;
c. the bearing plate 12 is pivotally fixed at the rotating shaft 123 thereof to the inner side of the supporting frame 11, so as to form a state that the bearing plate 12 can pivot at one side of the plane where the supporting frame 11 is located.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention. The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples, and any variations or modifications of the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the principles.

Claims (15)

1. An on-board support device, comprising:
the supporting frame is defined as a reference horizontal plane; and
a bearing plate, wherein the bearing plate has at least a pivot that is designed with shaft hole or arbor form, the bearing plate is fixed in its pivot the inboard of carriage, and can in one side pivot of reference horizontal plane, wherein corresponding name the one side of bearing plate towards the reference horizontal plane is the back, wherein the back with the contained angle between the reference horizontal plane is less than 90.
2. The board-mounted support device of claim 1, wherein said carrier plate is designed in a rectangular or square configuration.
3. The on-board support arrangement of claim 2, wherein said pivot axis of said carrier plate is located on one of said carrier plate sides.
4. The on-board support device of claim 3, wherein the opposite side, named correspondingly, the back side, is the bearing side of the carrier plate, wherein the bearing side is covered by a lint.
5. The on-board support device of claim 3, wherein said on-board support device comprises at least one storage container, wherein said storage container is disposed on said support frame to provide a storage space.
6. The on-board support device of claim 5, wherein said support frame is open with receiving openings corresponding to the number of said storage containers removably received in said support frame from said openings.
7. The on-board support apparatus of claim 6, wherein said storage container has a bottom, an enclosure, and a panel, wherein said enclosure and said panel extend from said bottom in a direction away from said bottom and form said storage space with said bottom.
8. An on-board support device as defined in claim 7, wherein the panel and the support frame are provided with a snap-fit locking mechanism.
9. The on-board support device of claim 3, wherein said support frame includes a base plate, wherein said base plate is fixed to said support frame with its plate surface parallel to said reference horizontal plane.
10. The on-board support arrangement of claim 9, wherein said carrier plate includes a retention frame, wherein one end of said retention frame is connected to said back surface and the other end of said retention frame is capable of being abutted against said base plate, wherein said retention frame is capable of foldably rotating about said carrier plate.
11. The on-board support device according to claim 10, wherein said bottom plate includes at least one fixed corner stand, wherein an angle of said back surface of said loading plate with respect to said reference horizontal plane is fixed in a state where the other end of said stopper frame is abutted against said fixed corner stand.
12. The on-board support device of claim 3, wherein said on-board support device comprises a foot stand, wherein said foot stand is foldably connected to said support frame.
13. The on-board support device of claim 12, wherein said foot rest has a maximum angle of deployment, wherein said maximum angle of deployment is greater than or equal to 90 ° and less than or equal to 180 °.
14. The on-board support arrangement of claim 3, wherein said on-board support arrangement includes a handle, wherein said handle is secured to an outside of said support frame.
15. A method of manufacturing an on-board support device, comprising the steps of:
a. forming a supporting frame by fixing at least two frame strips on the same plane;
b. a bearing plate is provided with a rotating shaft designed in a shaft hole or shaft arm shape;
c. the bearing plate is pivotally fixed at the rotating shaft thereof on the inner side of the supporting frame so as to form a state that the bearing plate can pivot at one side of the plane where the supporting frame is located.
