Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of hair dye cosmetics, in particular to a mild and rapid hair dye and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Hair dyes are of a wide variety and include temporary, semi-permanent and permanent hair dyes according to the degree of fixation. The permanent hair dye has wide application range due to high dyeing fastness and high dyeing durability. The permanent hair dye is an oxidation hair dye, which is formed by condensation reaction under the action of an oxidant to generate larger dye molecules after entering into a hair sebum layer through small molecular intermediates such as p-phenylenediamine, resorcinol and the like and a coupling agent, and is sealed in hair fibers, so that the effects of changing the color and fixing the colors are achieved, and the permanent hair dye has longer durability.
The hair dye generally comprises a hair dye paste A agent and a color developer B agent which are manufactured separately and stored separately, and are mixed according to a certain proportion and acted on hair when in use. Wherein the agent A contains a large amount of electrolyte including dye, antioxidant and other components, and an emulsifying system is commonly used in the market to prepare the agent A. The existing several common emulsification systems have the following defects:
(1) Nonionic emulsifying systems, which have poor tolerance and poor stability, are difficult to form paste if the dye amount of the system is high, and are easy to break and delaminate; if the dye consumption of the system is small, the coloring is difficult, the dyeing speed is low, and the dyeing effect is poor.
(2) The anionic and nonionic emulsifier system, which contains anionic surfactants such as AES and K12, has strong decontamination and degreasing capabilities, so that poor conditioning performance can be caused, hair is not smooth enough to wash after dyeing, and hair is easy to frizz after dyeing.
(3) The cationic and nonionic emulsifier system, which contains cationic surfactant with positive charges, has good conditioning property but slower color development, and needs more dye addition amount for obtaining full color in the same dyeing time, thus not only increasing the cost but also increasing the sensitization probability.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the application provides an efficient emulsification system hair dye, which can be rapidly colored in the hair dyeing process, has higher color fastness after coloring, and has mild emulsification system components, good hair conditioning property and smooth and unhappy hair after use.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a mild and rapid hair dye, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the mild and rapid hair dye comprises an agent A and an agent B which are stored independently and mixed according to a volume ratio of 1:1 when in use, wherein the agent A consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-2% cationic surfactant, 0.5-2% nonionic surfactant, 0.1-1% anionic surfactant, 1-6% solvent, 0.5-3% pH regulator, 1.5-2.5% p-phenylenediamine, 0.1-1% meta-aminophenol, 0.1-1% resorcinol, 0.01-0.15% para-aminophenol, 0.01-0.12%2, 4-diaminophenoxy ethanol hydrochloride, 0.1-0.5% chelating agent, 0.2-1.5% antioxidant, 0.5-2% thickener, 0.5-4% grease, 0.1-1% perfume, 0.1-2% hair conditioner, and the balance water;
the agent B consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 1-6% of nonionic surfactant, 0.5-3% of thickener, 1-3% of grease, 10-20% of hydrogen peroxide, 0.15-1% of chelating agent, 0.1-0.5% of pH regulator, 0.05-0.3% of essence and the balance of water.
By adopting the nonionic surfactant, the anionic surfactant and the cationic surfactant at the same time and reasonably controlling the dosage of each surfactant, the hair dye is mild in use, the hair after dyeing is soft and not knotted, the hair dye has fast color development, good level dyeing permeability and fast hair infiltration.
The nonionic emulsifier system is easy to bring about the problem of poor emulsification effect, the anionic emulsifier has strong degreasing capability and can bring about the problem of poor conditioning property, and the cationic emulsifier has good conditioning property, but has slower color development and easily causes higher dye consumption. The three emulsifiers are mixed and used, the dosage of the three emulsifiers is controlled, and in practice, the phenomenon of reaction precipitation of the cationic surfactant and the anionic surfactant can be avoided, and the hair dye with quick color development and good mildness and conditioning performance can be obtained by combining the advantages of the three emulsifiers.
Preferably, the hair conditioner is one or more of polyquaternary ammonium salt, silicone oil, proteins, water-soluble oil, plant extract, etc.
Preferably, the cationic surfactant is a mixture of one or more of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and docosyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
Preferably, the nonionic surfactant is a mixture of one or more of a fatty alcohol polyether-n, an ester and a monoglyceride, wherein the fatty alcohol in the fatty alcohol polyether-n is lauryl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, oleyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol or stearyl alcohol, and n=1-40.
Preferably, the anionic surfactant is a mixture of one or more of alkyl sulfonate, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and sodium dodecyl sulfate.
Preferably, the solvent is a mixture of one or more of ethanol, isopropanol, glycerol, propylene glycol, ethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol, and the grease is a mixture of one or more of isooctyl palmitate, isopropyl palmitate and mineral oil.
Preferably, the pH regulator is one or a mixture of two of ammonium hydroxide and monoethanolamine.
The raw materials specifically selected for the pH regulator are all conventional and commercially available, and are low in cost and easy to obtain, wherein the pH regulator in the agent B can regulate the acidity of the agent B so as to improve the storage life of the agent B.
Preferably, the chelating agent is one or more of EDTA-disodium, pentasodium pentetate, hydroxyethyldiphosphate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate.
The chelating agent plays a role in capturing metal ions in the hair dye, and can avoid the influence of a small amount of free metal ions on the dyeing effect, thereby causing color deviation.
Preferably, the antioxidant is a mixture of one or more of sodium sulfite, sodium metabisulfite, ascorbic acid and salts thereof, and isoascorbic acid and salts thereof.
The isoascorbic acid, sodium isocyclonate and sodium sulfite are matched for use, so that on one hand, the oxidation of the dye intermediate can be prevented, on the other hand, the uneven dyeing of hair or the reduction of dyeing effect caused by too high oxidation speed can be prevented, and the oxidation of the dye intermediate after full diffusion in hair can be ensured.
Preferably, the thickener is one or a mixture of two of fatty alcohol and hydroxyethyl cellulose.
The thickening agent mainly plays a role in adjusting the viscosity of the hair dye, so that the agent A and the agent B can be uniformly mixed, and the use is convenient.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a mild and rapid hair dye, which adopts the following technical scheme: a preparation method of a mild and rapid hair dye comprises the following steps:
a1, mixing water, a chelating agent and an anionic surfactant, heating, adding p-phenylenediamine, m-aminophenol, resorcinol, p-aminophenol, 2, 4-diaminophenoxy ethanol hydrochloride, an antioxidant and a solvent, and stirring for dissolution to obtain a mixture A1;
a2, mixing a cationic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a thickener, grease and a hair conditioner, and then heating to obtain a mixture A2;
a3, mixing the mixture a1 and the mixture a2, homogenizing for 5-10min, starting vacuum, continuously stirring for 15-25min, and cooling;
a4, cooling to below 45 ℃, sequentially adding essence and pH regulator, homogenizing for 3-5min, cooling to below 30 ℃, and discharging after detection is qualified;
the agent B is prepared by the following steps:
b1, mixing a nonionic surfactant, a thickener and grease, and heating to obtain a mixture B1;
b2, mixing the heated water and the mixture B1, homogenizing for 5-10min, starting vacuum, continuing stirring for 15-25min, and cooling;
and B3, cooling to below 45 ℃, sequentially adding a chelating agent, hydrogen peroxide, essence and a pH regulator, homogenizing for 3-5min, cooling to below 30 ℃, and discharging after detection is qualified.
On the basis of a specific formula system, the anionic surfactant and the cationic surfactant are prevented from being placed in the same phase, and the specific operation is as follows: placing an anionic surfactant in the water phase and a cationic surfactant in the oil phase; or dissolving cationic surfactant in water phase, dissolving anionic surfactant with partial water, emulsifying, cooling to obtain paste, and adding at low temperature. That is, during emulsification, the anionic surfactant and the cationic surfactant are not placed in the water phase at the same time, so as to avoid precipitation caused by the reaction of the anionic surfactant and the cationic surfactant.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The three emulsifiers are mixed and used, the dosage of the three emulsifiers is controlled, in practice, the phenomenon of reaction precipitation of the cationic surfactant and the anionic surfactant is avoided, and the advantages of the three emulsifiers can be combined, so that the hair dye with quick color development and good mildness and conditioning performance is obtained;
(2) When the hair dye is prepared, the anionic surfactant and the cationic surfactant are ensured to be placed in the water phase at different times, the phenomenon that precipitation occurs in the reaction of the anionic surfactant and the cationic surfactant is avoided, and the A, B agent prepared finally is ensured to have higher storage stability and emulsifying dispersibility.

Table 3 test results
As can be seen from the test results in Table 3, the coloring time of the hair dye prepared in examples 1 to 6 is less than or equal to 10 minutes, and compared with the coloring time of at least 25 to 35 minutes required for common colorants in the market, the coloring speed of the colorants prepared in the application is high. The washing fastness and the rinsing fastness after dyeing are both of grade 5, the color fastness is high, no demulsification and layering phenomenon occurs after standing for 30 days after preparation is finished, and the storage stability is good, wherein the embodiment 3 is the optimal embodiment.
As can be seen from the test results of comparative examples 1 to 4, the comparative example 1 is a nonionic emulsifier system, the prepared dye has the washing fastness and the rinsing fastness of grade 2 after dyeing, the color fastness is poor, the coloring time is 25min, the coloring speed is low, and the dye has demulsification and layering phenomena after standing for 30 days, so that the storage stability is poor. Comparative example 2 is an anionic and nonionic emulsifier system, and the prepared coloring agent has a coloring time of 10min, but has poor sensory evaluation, and is easy to appear after dyeing, and has the phenomena of frizziness and bifurcation, because the anionic surfactant has a strong degreasing effect and poor conditioning property. The comparative example 3 is a cationic and nonionic emulsifier system, the color fastness after dyeing is only 1 level, the coloring time is 23min, the sensory evaluation is 5.8 minutes, and the demulsification and layering phenomena are serious and precipitation phenomena exist after standing for 30 days, because the dosage of the cationic surfactant and the anionic surfactant is more, the cationic surfactant and the anionic surfactant are easy to interact even if the cationic surfactant and the anionic surfactant are not placed in the same phase during preparation, and the overall quality of the hair dye is poor.
