Description

Cosmetic brush
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic brush, and more particularly, to a cosmetic brush which can be assembled without using an adhesive in a process of manufacturing a brush.
Background
Cosmetics for makeup are generally in a liquid, solid, or mixed state of liquid and solid. Among them, brushes of various shapes and sizes have been developed and used for applying cosmetics in a solid form.
That is, the brush is designed to apply a cosmetic made of solid powder to the brush bristles of the brush, and can be applied to the face or the like as appropriate. Such a brush is composed of a handle that a user can grip, and a brush formed at the front end of the handle and composed of a plurality of bristles.
Conventionally, bristles have been bonded to a handle using a chemical such as an adhesive. In this case, since the adhesive is composed of a chemical substance, it has a harmful effect on the human body, and therefore, there is a problem that the use of an adhesive harmless to the human body increases the cost.
In addition, since the adhesive is a heat-sensitive substance, there is a problem that the adhesive portion is peeled off when heat is applied to reduce durability.
The above technical features are provided as background art to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and do not mean that the prior art well known in the technical field to which the present invention belongs.

In this embodiment, when the brush bristle part 300 is combined with the brush holder part 200, the outer wall of the coupling body 310 can surround the inner wall of the widened part 112 in a circular form.
The lower end portions of the plurality of bristle parts 320 of the brush bristle part 300 may be bonded to the inner bottom of the coupling body 310 by thermal fusion.
In addition, the plurality of bristle parts 320 of the present embodiment may be coupled to the coupling body 310 in an interference fit manner after being coupled to each other, or may be coupled to the coupling body 310 using an adhesive harmless to the human body.
As shown in fig. 3, the flange part 330 of the brush bristle part 300 has a wider diameter than the coupling body 310, and the flange part 330 may be supported in a space between the inner protrusion 260 and the upper end of the stepped part 250.
Fig. 5 is a view schematically showing a cosmetic brush according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 is an exploded perspective view of fig. 5.
The difference between the cosmetic brush 1a according to the present embodiment and the foregoing first embodiment is as follows: the brush holder 200 is provided without the stepped portion 250, the inner protrusion 260, and the cut portion 270 disclosed in the first embodiment, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

As shown in fig. 10, the brush bristle part 3000 is detachably coupled to the handle part 1000 via the brush holder part 2000 together with the brush holder part 2000.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the brush bristle part 3000 includes: a bonding body 3100; a plurality of bristle members 3200 coupled inside the coupling body 3100; and a flange part 3300 provided at a lower portion of the coupling body 3100 and coupled with the flange coupling groove 2110.
The coupling body 3100 of the brush bristle part 3000 may have a cylindrical shape with a hollow interior and a closed lower portion.
In this embodiment, when the brush bristle part 3000 is combined with the brush holder part 2000, the outer wall of the coupling body 3100 can surround the inner wall of the 2 nd expansion body 1300 in a circular form. Specifically, the outer wall of the coupling body 3100 may surround in a circular form from the upper end of the flange coupling groove 2110 to the upper end inner wall of the support flange 2300.
Lower end portions of the plurality of brush members 3200 of the brush bristle part 3000 may be bonded to an inner bottom portion of the coupling body 3100 by thermal fusion.
In addition, the plurality of bristle members 3200 of the present embodiment may be coupled to the coupling body 3100 in an interference fit manner after being coupled to each other, or may be coupled to the coupling body 3100 using an adhesive harmless to the human body.
As shown in fig. 10, the flange part 3300 of the brush bristle part 3000 has a wider diameter than the coupling body 3100, and the flange part 3300 is inserted into the flange coupling groove 2110 to be supported by being engaged, thereby fixing a position. As a result, the brush bristle part 3000 of the present embodiment can be easily replaced from the brush holder part 2000.
As described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and variations which do not exceed the concept and scope of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Therefore, such modifications or variations are possible within the scope of the invention claimed.
