Abstract

When the tobacco throwing machine works, tobacco leaves or tobacco flakes enter the material throwing belt conveyor 6 from the feeding port 15 on the left side above the shell 1, meanwhile, the tobacco leaves or tobacco flakes thrown out by the material throwing belt conveyor 6 are loosened and spread by the power wind provided by the fan 7 and fall into the plurality of feeding channels 5, the positive electrostatic roller 3 is driven to rotate by the power machine, meanwhile, the electrostatic field is formed in the feeding channels 5 under the action of the high-voltage negative discharging needle belt 4, so that light and fine impurities such as hemp filaments and the like entering the electrostatic field obtain negative charges and are adsorbed on the roller surface of the positive electrostatic roller 3, the tobacco leaves or tobacco flakes with large mass smoothly pass through the feeding channels 5 due to the fact that the adsorption force of the positive electrostatic roller 3 is not enough to change the movement track, the light and fine impurities such as the hemp filaments and the like are discharged from the discharging port 11 through the conveying belt 5, the separation of the tobacco flakes and the hemp filaments and the like is realized, the separated light and fine impurities such as the hemp filaments and the like rotate along with the positive electrostatic roller 3, the power wind is sent into the blowing pipe 42 through the inlet 13 and then blown to the surface of the positive static roller 3 through the blowing port 41, and when the hemp threads on the positive static roller are blown down to the hemp thread wind power collecting port 31, the hemp threads in the tobacco leaves are removed through static electricity and are pumped into the hemp thread collecting container 8 by the negative pressure power wind in the wind exhaust pipe 32, so that the technological requirements for producing high-quality cigarettes are met.
