The first section of the conveying belt is arranged at the lower part of the differential conveying belt 3, and the discharge end of the differential conveying belt 3 is lapped on the second section of the conveying belt.
In this embodiment, the horizontal setting of first section conveyer belt is used for accepting the tobacco leaf that probably drops from differential conveyer belt 3, guarantees that the tobacco leaf can be exported completely, avoids the tobacco leaf loss. The second section of conveying belt is arranged in an upward inclined mode towards the conveying direction of the tobacco leaves, so that the tobacco leaves on the second section of conveying belt are further subjected to posture adjustment under the action of gravity, and the tobacco leaf tips/leaf bases of the tobacco leaves are arranged and output towards the conveying direction of the tobacco leaves.
The tobacco leaf distributing and shape-adjusting equipment further comprises a mounting frame, the distributing conveyer belt 1, the shape-adjusting conveyer belt and the output conveyer belt 4 are sequentially arranged on the mounting frame, and tobacco leaves are conveyed to the shape-adjusting conveyer belt through the distributing conveyer belt 1 and then output through the output conveyer belt 4.
Further, the mounting bracket is formed by two vertical mounting plates 5 which are arranged oppositely, and the material distribution conveying belt 1, the shape adjusting conveying belt and the output conveying belt 4 are sequentially clamped between the mounting plates 5 which are arranged oppositely. The mounting structure is simple, the damage is not easy, and the mounting and the maintenance are convenient to disassemble.

the conveying speed of the output conveying belt is higher than that of the shape-adjusting conveying belt and that of the material-distributing conveying belt.

The tobacco leaf distribution and shape adjustment device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the shape-adjusting conveying belt comprises an inclined conveying belt, the feeding end of the inclined conveying belt is correspondingly lapped with the discharging end of the upper-layer distributing conveying belt and/or the lower-layer distributing conveying belt, the inclined conveying belt is arranged in an upward inclined mode from the feeding end to the discharging end, and an included angle formed by the inclined conveying belt and the upper-layer distributing conveying belt and/or the lower-layer distributing conveying belt is an obtuse angle;
preferably, the included angle is 159 °.
