Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种图像传感器、图像处理方法及装置、成像系统。图像传感器包括：衬底和位于衬底之上的像素阵列，像素阵列包括多个第一像素和角度探测像素单元；角度探测像素单元包括顶面感光像素和侧面感光像素，在垂直于衬底方向上，顶面感光像素的高度小于侧面感光像素的高度，侧面感光像素围绕顶面感光像素设置；顶面感光像素的远离衬底一侧的表面为感光面；侧面感光像素中仅有靠近顶面感光像素一侧的侧面中超出顶面感光像素的部分为感光面。本申请实施例通过在像素阵列中设置角度探测像素单元，能够实现探测由成像目标物体射向图像传感器的入射光的角度信息，进而得到成像目标物体的三维坐标，从而实现三维探测功能。
