The fishing boat battery and the control device thereof according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an exploded structure of a fishing boat battery in an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device for a fishing boat battery according to an embodiment of the present application. For the purpose of illustration, only the structures described in connection with the present application are illustrated in the drawings.
The fishing boat battery 100 disclosed in at least one embodiment of the present application includes a housing 10 and a battery module 30, and the battery module 30 is disposed inside the housing 10. The fishing boat battery 100 may be mounted on a fishing boat, or may be mounted on another device, and used to charge electronic devices of a user.
In some embodiments, the fishing boat battery 100 further includes a heating member 20, and the heating member 20 is disposed between the housing 10 and the battery module 30. The heating member 20 is controlled to release heat to the inside of the case 10, thereby preventing the temperature inside the case 10 from being too low and preventing the battery module 30 from being ignited when being charged. In particular, in some embodiments, the heating member 20 may be a silicone heating sheet.
The case 10 includes a first case 1110 and a second case 1210. The first shell 1110 has an accommodating cavity 13 and a mounting opening 14 communicated with the accommodating cavity 13, and the battery module 30 can be placed in the accommodating cavity 13 through the mounting opening 14; the second housing 1210 is coupled to the first housing 1110 and covers the mounting opening 14. The first case 1110 and the second case 1210 may be made of a plastic material. The first case 1110 and the second case 1210 may be integrally formed of a plastic material.
Referring to fig. 1, the first housing 1110 includes a bottom shell 111 and a side shell 112, wherein the side shell 112 is disposed around the edge of the bottom shell 111 and is coupled to the bottom shell 111 to form a receiving cavity 13. Of course, a side of the side case 112 remote from the bottom case 111 is defined to form the mounting opening 14. The first casing 1110 may have a square shape, for example, a rectangle or a square. It is to be understood that the above description is intended to be illustrative only and is not intended to be limiting.
In order to seal the receiving cavity 13, the orthographic projection of the first shell 1110 on the second shell 1210 should fall within the outline of the first shell 1110. Thus, the first shell 1110 can cover the mounting opening 14 after being assembled on the corresponding position of the second shell 1210, thereby achieving the moisture-proof effect.
Further, the fishing boat battery 100 further includes a sealing member coupled between the first case 1110 and the second case 1210 and sealing the mounting port 14 in cooperation with the second case 1210. In particular to some embodiments, the seal may be a seal ring made of a rubber material. The packing is detachably mounted on one end of the side case 112 away from the bottom case 111 and is elastically deformed after the second case 1210 is pressed against the first case 1110, thereby filling a gap formed between the first case 1110 and the second case 1210. Thus, the protection effect of the case 10 on the battery module 30 can be more effectively improved.
In some embodiments, the fishing boat battery 100 also includes a waterproof breather valve. The waterproof breather valve is arranged on the second shell body 1210 and extends into the accommodating cavity 13 for balancing the air pressure inside and outside the shell body 10, and the waterproof and breathable effects are also achieved.
When the fishing boat battery 100 is assembled, the battery module 30 is inserted into the receiving chamber 13 of the housing 10 through the mounting port 14. In order to improve the stability of the battery module 30 in the accommodating cavity 13 after being clamped into the housing 10, an end plate is further disposed between the battery module 30 and the side casing 112, and the end plate abuts against between the battery module 30 and the side casing 112 and fixes and limits the battery module 30 in the accommodating cavity 13. More particularly, in some embodiments, the end plates are made of steel. More specifically, the end plate is formed by riveting two pieces of aluminum.
In the preferred embodiment, the battery module 30 is a lithium battery module 30, and the charging effect is good and fast. However, there is a safety implication in the usage of the lithium battery module 30, for example, when the service life of the lithium battery module 30 is too long, a lithium precipitation phenomenon occurs, so that the battery module 30 is short-circuited, and an explosion is caused. To prevent this, in some embodiments, the fishing boat battery 100 further includes a silicone heating sheet, and the silicone heating sheet is a flexible electric heating film element formed by combining a high temperature resistant, high thermal conductive, good insulating property, high strength silicone rubber, a high temperature resistant fiber reinforced material, and a metal heating film circuit. Consists of two pieces of glass fiber cloth and silica gel glass fiber cloth which is made by laminating silica gel on two pieces. In practical application, the silica gel heating sheet is disposed between the casing 10 and the battery module 30 and is closely attached to the surface of the battery module 30. Thus, potential safety hazards of the battery module 30 can be effectively prevented.
The battery module 30 includes at least two electric core groups 31, and the electric core groups 31 are arranged in parallel and connected in series. Each battery pack 31 includes at least two battery cells 311 arranged side by side, each battery pack 31 is provided with a positive terminal and a negative terminal, the positive terminal is one end collected by the positive electrode of each battery cell 311, and the negative terminal is one end collected by the negative electrode of each battery cell 311.
In some embodiments, the battery module 30 further includes a bus bar and a connection plate. The bus bars comprise a positive bus bar and a negative bus bar, the positive bus bar is welded at the positive end of the electric core group 31, and the negative bus bar is welded at the negative end of the electric core group 31. Furthermore, positive and negative busbars are all welded on the connecting plate in order to realize the fixed and series connection between electric core group 31, easy operation, and easily realize.
In order to prevent thermal runaway between the battery cells 311 and 311, in some embodiments, a fireproof thermal insulation member 312 is disposed between each battery cell 311 and an adjacent battery cell 311. In particular to some embodiments, the fire insulation 312 can be aerogel; a combination of aerogel and silica gel is also possible, and the application is not specifically limited herein. Thus, the heat insulation effect of the fishing boat battery 100 can reach 1000 degrees, thereby preventing the thermal runaway from spreading and further protecting personnel and property safety.
Further, the battery module 30 includes at least two expansion preventing members 33, and at least one expansion preventing member 33 is wound on each electric core pack 31. In some embodiments, the expansion component may be a steel belt made of stainless steel material, and the steel belt is wound on the electric core assembly 31 along the axial direction of the electric core assembly 31 to prevent the electric core 311 from expanding along the axial direction, so as to prolong the service life of the battery module 30.
As the same conception of the application, the control device 50 of the fishing boat battery 100 is also provided, which comprises a battery information acquisition module 531, a transmission module 52 and a control module 51, wherein the battery information acquisition module 531 is in communication connection with the control module 51 through the transmission module 52.
