The application is applied to hotel reservation. The business hotel reservation of this application passes through on-line travel agency and company's system butt joint to the staff can realize approval, the reservation of business hotel in same system, and can generate company's payment document based on hotel reservation order, so that the company can unify the expense payment of going on business hotel, need not the staff and carry out the loaded down with trivial details reimbursement processes such as payment, ticket and reimbursement.
Referring initially to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a hotel reservation method according to an embodiment of the invention. The hotel reservation method comprises the following steps:
step S110: a hotel reservation request is received for a user associated with a personal identification and a company identification.
In particular, when a corporate system interfaces with a travel reservation system of an online travel agency, corporate employees as users may conduct inquiries and reservations of hotels on the corporate system or the travel reservation system.
A hotel reservation request may be generated when the employee selects a date, hotel and house type.
In some embodiments, the hotel reservation request has been approved by the company prior to being generated. In some variations, automatic approval rules may be built in the company system and the business reservation system to perform automatic approval, manual operation is not required, and after the automatic approval is passed, a hotel reservation request may be generated for an employee. Therefore, by means of automatic approval, after the employee selects the date, the hotel and the house type, the hotel reservation request can be generated in real time through automatic approval, the employee does not need to wait for too long time, and the employee does not feel the automatic approval process.
Further, employees may log into the corporate system/business travel reservation system through employee accounts. When the company system is interfaced with the business travel reservation system, a company identifier (such as a company account) is generated at the business travel reservation system. The company system can automatically synchronize the registered employee account number into the business travel reservation system as the personal identification. Thus, when a hotel reservation request is generated, a personal identification and a company identification can be associated.
Step S120: and inquiring a first hotel standard parameter of the user according to the company identification associated with the user.
In particular, the first hotel standard parameter may allow employees of the company to book a daily price upper limit for the business trip hotel. Each company may be provided with different standard of deviation. In some embodiments, some companies provide the same standard of departure for all employees, and thus, step S120 may query the first hotel standard parameter only by company identification. In other embodiments, some companies provide different standard of business for different levels of employees, whereby step S120 may query the first hotel standard parameter in conjunction with the personal identification and the company identification. In yet another written embodiment, some companies provide different business trip criteria for employees at different levels, at different business trip distances (short range, long range, domestic, foreign, etc.), whereby step S120 may query the first hotel criteria parameter in conjunction with the business trip distance, the personal identification, and the company identification.
Step S130: in response to a reserve price in the hotel reservation request being greater than the first hotel standard parameter, generating a payment request, the payment request including a corporate sub-payment request and a personal sub-payment request, the corporate sub-payment request being associated with the first hotel standard parameter, the personal sub-payment request being associated with a difference between the reserve price and the first hotel standard parameter.
Specifically, the booking price in the hotel booking request is a daily hotel price for the selected date and house type. In a typical hotel reservation, an employee can only make a reservation for the hotel within the price indicated by the first hotel standard parameter. During an actual business trip, the employee may want to stay in a more comfortable room or hotel and be willing to pay himself a portion of the price that exceeds the first hotel standard parameters. To this end, a hotel reservation order may be generated for a hotel having a price higher than the business provided standard for a trip, and a corresponding payment request may be generated accordingly, via step S130. Further, the generated payment request is divided according to a first hotel standard parameter and a difference between a preset price and the first hotel standard parameter so as to be respectively paid by employees and companies.
Step S140: and calling a personal payment service according to the personal identification to execute the personal sub-payment request.
Step S150: and invoking a company payment service according to the company identification to generate a company payment document.
In the application, a mixed payment mode is provided for the staff and the company, and the personal payment of the staff and the payment of the company are actually different payment channels, so that the application opens barriers of different payment channels, the staff and the company can conveniently carry out mixed payment in the same reservation order, and an agile business, travel, hotel and hotel reservation process is provided for the staff and the company.
Therefore, in the hotel reservation method of the embodiment, the first hotel standard parameter of the user is inquired according to the company identification of the hotel reservation request of the user, so that when the reservation price in the hotel reservation request is higher than the first hotel standard parameter, the company sub-payment request and the individual sub-payment request are generated, the individual payment service is called according to the individual identification to execute the individual sub-payment request, and the company payment service is called according to the company identification to generate the company payment receipt, so that when the user performs hotel reservation on a business trip, not only the hotel and the room type in the first hotel standard parameter can be reserved, but also other hotel and room types can be selected as required, the flexibility of hotel reservation is improved, meanwhile, the flow interaction of automatic mixed payment is provided, and the user does not need to apply, examine and approve, wait and other conventional flows, the payment of hotel reservation is convenient for the user, and the payment experience of hotel reservation of the user is improved.
Referring now to fig. 2, fig. 2 illustrates a flow diagram of a hotel reservation method according to a specific embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, an attendant may be provided with a free-standing switch, and when the attendant closes the free-standing switch, the employee may be provided with only hotel and room types within the company business trip standard.
When the employee performs step S201 and turns on the free-standing switch, the hotel and room types exceeding the standard of business trip can be provided to the employee as the resource exceeding the standard of business trip for the employee to select.
And step S202, the staff selects hotel and room types in the out-of-tolerance resources through browsing.
And step S203, reserving the out-of-tolerance resources after the staff select the out-of-tolerance resources.
And step S204, creating a hotel order based on the selection and reservation of the staff for the out-of-tolerance resources.
Step S205, based on the hotel order, a payment request is generated, and then the payment page is skipped.
And step S206, the employee pays the fee exceeding the standard part through interaction with the payment page and judges whether the payment is successful.
If the payment is successful, step S207 is executed: for the standard part of the business trip, a corporate payment document is created.
Step S208, submit payment order with corporate payment system.
In step S209, it is determined whether the corporate payment is successful.
If the company payment is successful, step S211 is executed to deduct money from the company account.
If the company payment fails, step S210 is executed to perform a refund operation on the employee payment part.
The foregoing is merely an illustrative description of one specific implementation of the present application and the present application is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments of the present application, some companies may not wish to perform the out-of-tolerance mix payment process described above in view of the company's need to control business costs, and thus, the company may be provided with a mix payment switch. Thus, step S130 in fig. 1 may further include the following steps: judging whether a hybrid payment switch associated with the company identification is turned on; if not, generating rejection reservation information. Thus, when the mix-payment switch is turned off, generation of the predetermined information is rejected. Further, if the mix payment switch is turned off, the out-of-tolerance resources are not provided for the staff, so that the judging steps are saved.
In some embodiments of the present application, a hybrid-only payment switch may also be provided. Only the hybrid payment switch allows on-off control after the hybrid payment switch is turned on. Specifically, only when the hybrid payment switch is turned on, the payment scheduled by the hotel for the out-of-tolerance resources can be executed only through hybrid payment, and the payment of the whole amount by the company or the payment of the whole amount by an individual is prohibited, so that the company can conveniently perform fee management, and the adjustment of the fee through other processes after the payment of the whole amount by the company/the payment of the whole amount by the individual is avoided.
Thus, the step of determining whether the hybrid payment switch associated with the company identifier is on may further include: judging whether only mixed payment switches associated with the company identification are turned on; if so, providing the payment request to the user only; if not, providing the user with personal payment options, company payment options and mixed payment options. From this, through the setting of mixing payment switch to in the restriction and the selection of the payment mode of providing company and staff, thereby satisfy different business travel reservation demands.
The present application may also provide a refund function. Specifically, after receiving a refund request for a hotel reservation, a payment request associated with an order of the hotel reservation can be acquired, in response to the payment request including a company sub-payment request and a personal sub-payment request, a personal refund service is invoked according to a personal identifier of the personal sub-payment request to refund a difference between the reservation price and the first hotel standard parameter to a personal account, and a company refund service is invoked according to a company identifier of the company sub-payment request to refund the first hotel standard parameter to a company account. Furthermore, the rule of refund and deduction can be controlled after the hotel mixed payment function is started. For example, the payment may be backed off in a pay rate: and when the mixed payment order has refund or cancels the deduction, the refund or the deduction is carried out according to the proportion of the company account and the individual payment amount in the order. For another example, a company may be given priority: when the mixed payment order has refund or deduction cancellation, the paid part of the company account is preferentially refunded or deducted, and the personal payment part of the amount is refunded or deducted after the payment amount of the company account is refunded or deducted. As another example, a person may be given priority: when the mixed payment order has refund or deduction cancellation, the paid part of the individual is preferentially refunded or deducted, and the account of the company is refunded or deducted to pay part of the amount after the payment amount of the individual is refunded or deducted. The present application can implement more variations, which are not described herein.
Referring now to fig. 3, fig. 3 illustrates a flow chart for determining a first hotel criteria parameter according to an embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the company identifier is associated with a static hotel standard parameter and a second hotel standard parameter, and the second hotel standard parameter is smaller than the static hotel standard parameter. In particular, the second hotel standard parameter may be, for example, an average daily hotel price in a business trip hotel order for the company. The static hotel standard parameter may be an upper limit on the daily hotel price set by the company. Fig. 3 shows the following steps in total:
step S221: and acquiring the historical hotel and business orders of the user according to the personal identification.
Step S222: and calculating the difference between the second hotel standard parameter and the hotel price for each historical hotel order, and calculating the sum of the difference values which is more than 0, and taking the sum as the dynamic hotel standard parameter.
Step S223: and enabling the first hotel standard parameter to be the sum of the static hotel standard parameter and the dynamic hotel standard parameter.
In this embodiment, when it is considered that the employee may be in the hotel reservation for the previous business trip and the daily price of the reserved hotel is low (lower than the second hotel standard parameter), the price lower than the second hotel standard parameter may be compensated to the employee at the current business trip, so that the employee can reserve the hotel and room type higher than the static hotel standard parameter. The second hotel standard parameter may be set by the company, or may be an average daily hotel price of the hotel order according to the company's historical travel. In an embodiment of the historical hotel orders of the company, the second hotel standard parameter may be calculated by taking the historical hotel orders which are at the same level (same level range) as the employee, have the same business distance range as the employee, and have the last half year/year.
Further, in this embodiment, in step S221, only the historical hotel orders of the employee in the last year may be obtained for calculation. For example, the employee has 3 historical hotel orders in the last year, for the historical hotel order a, the second hotel standard parameter is 100 yuan/day, and the order relates to 150 yuan/day of hotel accommodation cost for three days, namely 50 yuan/day; for the historical hotel order B, the second hotel standard parameter is 200 yuan/day, and the order relates to the single-day hotel accommodation cost which is 200 yuan/day; for the historical hotel order C, the second hotel standard parameter is 200 yuan/day, and the order relates to the two-day hotel accommodation cost which is 200 yuan/day, namely 100 yuan/day. Thus, the dynamic standard parameter of (100-50) × 3+ (200) × 100) × 2 ═ 350 can be calculated.
In the current order, the staff needs to book a hotel for 5 days, the static hotel standard parameter is 200 yuan/day, and the first hotel standard parameter is (200+350/5) to 270 yuan/day.
The above is merely a schematic illustration of the calculation of the first hotel standard parameter of the present application, and the present application is not limited thereto.
Referring now to fig. 4, fig. 4 illustrates a flow chart for recommending hotel and room types, according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 4 shows the following steps in total:
step S231: and providing each historical hotel order and the sub-dynamic hotel standard parameter generated by calculating the second hotel standard parameter for the user.
Taking the aforementioned 3 historical hotel orders as an example, for the historical hotel order a, the second hotel standard parameter is 100 yuan/day, the order relates to 150 yuan for the hotel accommodation cost for three days, namely 50 yuan/day, and the sub-dynamic hotel standard parameter is 150 yuan; for the historical hotel order B, the second hotel standard parameter is 200 yuan/day, the order relates to the single-day hotel accommodation cost which is 200 yuan/day, namely 200 yuan/day, and the sub-dynamic hotel standard parameter is 0 yuan (which can not be displayed); for the historical hotel order C, the second hotel standard parameter is 200 yuan/day, the order relates to the hotel accommodation cost of two days which is 200 yuan/day, namely 100 yuan/day, and the sub-dynamic hotel standard parameter is 200 yuan.
Step S232: and responding to the selection of the historical hotel order by the user, and calculating the dynamic hotel standard parameter according to the sub-dynamic hotel standard parameter of the selected historical hotel order.
Step S233: and taking the sum of the dynamic hotel standard parameter and the static hotel standard parameter as the first hotel standard parameter.
Specifically, if the user selects only order a, and in the current order, the employee needs to book a hotel for 5 days, and the static hotel standard parameter is 200 yuan/day, the first hotel standard parameter is (200+150/5) ═ 230 yuan/day; if the user only selects the order C, and in the current order, the staff needs to book a hotel for 5 days, and the static hotel standard parameter is 200 yuan/day, the first hotel standard parameter is (200+200/5) ═ 240 yuan/day; if the user selects order a and order C, and in the current order, the employee needs to book a hotel for 5 days, and the static hotel standard parameter is 200 yuan/day, the first hotel standard parameter is (200+350/5) ═ 270 yuan/day.
Step S234: and recommending the candidate hotel and the candidate house type to the user according to the first hotel standard parameter in the range of the candidate hotel associated with the company identification.
Thus, candidate hotels and candidate house types may be recommended to the user within the price of the first hotel standard parameter.
Specifically, in the above embodiment, the candidate hotel and the candidate house type recommended to the user are dynamically updated in response to the user's selection update of the historical hotel orders.
Particularly, this application can provide accurate hotel recommendation to the user that needs to carry out business trip hotel reservation through above-mentioned mode to need not the user and carry out price calculation by oneself, simultaneously, also reduce the time that the user selected and browsed by oneself, more press close to user business trip reservation demand and reservation experience.
The foregoing is merely an exemplary description of various implementations of the invention and is not intended to be limiting thereof.
The invention also provides a hotel reservation device, and fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of the hotel reservation device according to the embodiment of the invention.
