secondly, the mud pump intermediate rod (1) which is washed clean is placed aside to be dried until no water exists on the surface of the mud pump intermediate rod (1), and before drying, the water on the surface of the mud pump intermediate rod (1) can be wiped clean, so that the drying speed can be increased, the drying time can be shortened (in order to save time and improve efficiency, drying equipment can be used for drying the mud pump intermediate rod (1), and for example, the water on the surface of the mud pump intermediate rod (1) can be dried by using equipment such as a blower and the like);
thirdly, fixedly installing the sleeve (2) on the surface of the mud pump intermediate rod (1), and welding the sleeve (2) according to actual construction requirements, or fixing the sleeve (2) on the mud pump intermediate rod (1) in an adhesive manner;
fourthly, after the sleeve (2) in the third step is sleeved, sleeving the sealing culvert (9) on the mud pump intermediate rod (1), and pushing the sealing culvert (9) to be clamped into the inner sides of the first compression piece (6), the second compression piece (25) and the third compression piece (26), so that the first compression piece (6), the second compression piece (25) and the third compression piece (26) can wrap the sealing culvert (9), and the elastic sleeve ring (16) is clamped in the inner cavity of the embedded groove (15) before the sealing culvert (9) is sleeved;
fifthly, after the sealing culvert (9) in the fourth step is well sleeved, a user rotates the locking threaded sleeve (4), the locking threaded sleeve (4) can move towards the left side of the sleeve (2), and because the outer sides of the first compression piece (6), the second compression piece (25) and the third compression piece (26) are also provided with external threads matched with the locking threaded sleeve (4), the locking threaded sleeve (4) can move to the surfaces of the first compression piece (6), the second compression piece (25) and the third compression piece (26), under the fastening action of the locking threaded sleeve (4), the first compression piece (6), the second compression piece (25) and the third compression piece (26) can be compressed together, and are closed into a full circle state from the original opening state, so that the locking threaded sleeve is sleeved on the slurry pump intermediate rod (1);
