When the packer with the safety valve is used, as shown in fig. 1, the packer is carried to a corresponding place, then the packer is installed, namely, the packer is hydraulically set, a corresponding running tool is connected with the packer, the packer is lowered to a corresponding designed position through the running tool combined with a hydraulic cylinder, the pressure of a hydraulic device is controlled and regulated according to the installation requirement of a site, when the number of shearing pins is increased or reduced to adjust the height of the starting pressure, the starting setting pins on the packer are sheared, and a connecting piston 8 is connected to move downwards, so that a locking ring, a rubber cylinder and a slip can be pushed to move downwards, the pressure in an oil pipe is kept to 18-22MPa, the setting, the pressure is released, the setting is checked, and the installation of the packer is completed;
after the seal inspection is qualified, lifting the pipe column, increasing 2-5 tons compared with the original suspended weight, forward rotating for 11-15 circles, releasing the pipe column after throwing balls to press and close the valve plate 3 if pressure exists in the pipe column, releasing the pipe column forward rotating between the packer and the feeding tool, enabling the packer to be provided with a safety valve, closing the valve plate 3 without well killing and throwing balls to press under the condition that pressure exists in a well, adding an upper and lower anti-protruding rubber protection ring when the rubber is combined, and enabling an upper component to be locked on a slip, enabling a bidirectional barrel-shaped slip to be in contact with the wall of a sleeve by 360 degrees if milling operation is needed, wherein the pressure resistance is higher;
the force distribution acting on the casing is more uniform, the position of the slips is below the rubber sleeve, sundries can be prevented from falling into the slips, the deblocking and recovery become safe and reliable, the anti-rotation key at the lower part enables torque to be transmitted through the packer, the deblocking mechanism of the deblocking ring isolated from fluid always locks the packer at the setting position before the recovery tool is unlocked, the deblocking mechanism is not influenced by up-and-down pressure, then the packer is recovered by the special recovery tool, and then the deblocking is directly lifted.
