A rubber gasket 15 is arranged between the centralizing cover plate 10 and the cement 7, a sealing ring 16 is arranged between the centralizing cover plate 10 and the lower body 8, and the rubber gasket 15 and the sealing ring 16 are used for constructing a sealing space.
Example four
A using method of a quick high-pressure wellhead device comprises the following steps:
land assembly:
step 1, connecting a body 1 with a body extension sleeve 4 by welding, connecting a milling extension sleeve 6, a lower body 8 and a reducing sleeve 11 by welding, and connecting an outer cylinder 2 with a guide base plate bearing ring 3 by welding;
step 2, installing a limiting ring 12 on the inner wall of the outer cylinder 2, heating the outer cylinder 2 and then sleeving the outer side of the body 1 until the upper limiting ring 12 is contacted with the body 1, and installing a lower limiting ring 13 on the milling extension sleeve 6;
step 3, after the outer barrel 2 is cooled, connecting the body extension sleeve 4 with the milling extension sleeve 6 by welding, connecting the outer barrel 2 with the outer barrel extension sleeve 5 by welding, sleeving a centering cover plate 10, a sealing plug 14, a rubber gasket 15 and a sealing ring 16 on the outer side of the lower body 8, and connecting the outer barrel extension sleeve 5 with the centering cover plate 10 by using an outer hoop 9;
step 4, injecting cement slurry into the 1006 sealed space through the cement injection pipe, building pressure to a certain pressure, shearing a shearing pin for connecting the sealing plug 14 and the sealing plug fixing rod 1001, separating the sealing plug 14 from the sealing plug fixing rod 1001, continuously injecting the cement slurry through the cement injection pipe until the sealing plug 14 is contacted with the lower limiting ring 13, continuously injecting the cement slurry to a certain pressure, closing the cement injection pipe 1006, and solidifying the cement under the condition of pressure;
offshore installation:
step 1, after a high-pressure wellhead device is conveyed to a drill floor, the high-pressure wellhead device is connected with an inner casing string with a required length, a slip is set on a rotary disc surface, a service tool and an inner pipe string penetrate into the high-pressure wellhead device, the service tool is locked with the high-pressure wellhead device by rotating the service tool, a drill rod is connected to the service tool, the service tool and the high-pressure wellhead device are conveyed to the seabed, and well cementation is carried out;
step 2, after well cementation is completed, rotating the service tool to unlock the service tool and the high-pressure wellhead device, pulling out and recovering the service tool, and completing well construction and temporary well abandoning by installing a wellhead protection device by the ROV;
step 3, after the platform is reset, the ROV recovers a wellhead protection device, a blowout preventer stack and a marine riser are connected and put in, a pressure test tool is used for carrying out pressure test on the high-pressure wellhead device and the blowout preventer stack, drilling is completed according to operation requirements, a casing hanger service tool is used for installing a casing hanger, an annular sealing assembly and a casing string, and an anti-wear bushing with a downward locking function is installed by an anti-wear bushing service tool to complete the whole drilling operation;
offshore recovery:
step 1, recovering an anti-wear bushing with a downward locking function by using an anti-wear bushing service tool, and cutting and recovering a casing hanger, an annular sealing assembly and a casing string in a body 1 by using a cutting and recovering tool;
step 2, cutting and milling the extension sleeve 6, cement 7 and the outer cylinder extension sleeve 5 by using a cutting and recycling tool, and recycling the body 1, the outer cylinder 2, the guide base plate bearing ring 3, the body extension sleeve 4, the cut-off milling extension sleeve 6 and the cut-off outer cylinder extension sleeve 5;
land decomposition:
step 1, transporting the recovered body 1, the outer cylinder 2, the guide base disc bearing ring 3, the body extension sleeve 4, the cut milling extension sleeve 6 and the cut outer cylinder extension sleeve 5 back to land, separating the outer cylinder extension sleeve 5 from the outer cylinder 2 by using gas cutting, and separating the body extension sleeve 4 from the milling extension sleeve 6 by using gas cutting;
step 2, after the body 1, the outer cylinder 2, the guide base plate bearing ring 3 and the body extension sleeve 4 which are connected together are detected, the detection device can be repeatedly used without disassembly;
and 3, if disassembly is required, removing the guide base plate bearing ring 3 and the body extension sleeve 4 by gas cutting, cutting the outer cylinder 2 into two semi-cylinders, taking out the body 1, detecting and repairing, and then repeatedly using.

Claims (9)

1. A swift type high pressure wellhead assembly which characterized in that: comprises a body, an outer cylinder, a guide base plate bearing ring, a body extension sleeve, an outer cylinder extension sleeve, a milling extension sleeve, a lower body, an outer hoop, a centralizing cover plate, a reducing sleeve, an upper limit ring and a lower limit ring,
the tail end of the body is sequentially provided with the body extension sleeve from top to bottom, the milling extension sleeve, the lower body and the reducing sleeve are sequentially arranged, the milling extension sleeve, the lower body and the reducing sleeve jointly form a small-size tube group, the tail end outer wall of the body forms a body reducing section, the outer tube is arranged on the outer side of the lower portion of the body, the outer tube extension sleeve is arranged at the tail end of the outer tube, the guide base disc bearing ring is sleeved on the outer wall of the outer tube and used for connecting the guide base disc, the outer hoop ring is sleeved on the tail end outer wall of the outer tube extension sleeve, the centralizing cover plate is arranged at the tail end of the outer tube extension sleeve, the outer hoop ring connects the outer tube extension sleeve and the centralizing cover plate to form a whole, and the outer tube extension sleeve, the outer hoop ring and the centralizing cover plate jointly form a large-size tube group, a sealed space is formed between the outer wall of the small-size pipe group and the inner wall of the large-size pipe group, a sealing plug is arranged in the sealed space, cement is filled in a space formed by the sealing plug and the lower portion of the sealed space, the small-size pipe group and the large-size pipe group are pre-tensioned by means of liquid pressure during the cement injection into the sealed space, so that the fatigue resistance of the rapid high-pressure wellhead device is improved, the upper limiting ring is arranged on the upper portion of the inner wall of the outer barrel and used for limiting the relative position of the body on the outer barrel, and the lower limiting ring is arranged on the upper portion of the outer wall of the milling extension sleeve and used for limiting the moving range of the sealing plug.
2. A shortcut high pressure wellhead as claimed in claim 1 in which: the body can hang 3 layers of casing hangers, the upper portion of the inner wall of the body is formed with a tool locking groove, the tool locking groove is used for being matched with a service tool locking ring, the middle portion of the inner wall of the body is formed with a body inner sealing surface, the body inner sealing surface is matched with an annular space sealing assembly to form sealing, a casing hanging seat hanging groove is formed in the lower portion of the inner wall of the body and used for hanging a casing hanger, an outer body locking surface is formed in the middle portion of the outer wall of the body and used for being matched and locked with an inner outer cylinder locking surface on an outer cylinder.

A shortcut high pressure wellhead as claimed in claim 2 in which: the outer barrel is sleeved on the outer wall of the body through hot fitting, the upper limiting ring is mounted in the outer barrel inner limiting groove in the upper portion of the inner wall of the outer barrel to limit, an outer barrel inner locking surface is formed in the upper portion of the inner wall of the outer barrel, and after the outer barrel is cooled, the outer barrel inner locking surface is attached to and locked with the body outer locking surface.

A shortcut high pressure wellhead as claimed in claim 1 in which: the guide base disc bearing ring is arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the outer barrel in a welding mode, a guide base disc bearing surface is formed on the outer wall of the guide base disc bearing ring and is used for being connected with a guide base disc; the inner wall of the outer barrel extension sleeve is provided with an inner sealing surface of the outer barrel extension sleeve, the inner sealing surface of the outer barrel extension sleeve is used for sliding and sealing a sealing plug, an outer hoop ring groove of the outer barrel extension sleeve is formed on the lower portion of the outer wall of the outer barrel extension sleeve, and the outer hoop ring groove of the outer barrel extension sleeve is used for installing an outer hoop ring.

A shortcut high pressure wellhead as claimed in claim 1 in which: and a milling extension sleeve outer limiting groove is formed in the upper part of the outer wall of the milling extension sleeve and used for installing a lower limiting ring, a milling extension sleeve outer sealing surface is formed on the outer wall of the milling extension sleeve below the milling extension sleeve outer limiting groove, and the milling extension sleeve outer sealing surface is used for sliding and sealing the sealing plug.

9. A method of using a high pressure wellhead assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 in the form of a quick connect wellhead assembly including: the method comprises the following steps:
land assembly:
step 1, connecting a body with a body extension sleeve by welding, connecting a milling extension sleeve, a lower body and a reducing sleeve by welding, and connecting an outer cylinder with a bearing ring of a guide base plate by welding;
step 2, installing a limiting ring on the inner wall of the outer cylinder, heating the outer cylinder, then sleeving the outer cylinder outside the body until the upper limiting ring is contacted with the body, and installing a lower limiting ring on the milling extension sleeve;
step 3, after the outer barrel is cooled, connecting the body extension sleeve with a milling extension sleeve by welding, connecting the outer barrel with the outer barrel extension sleeve by welding, sleeving a centering cover plate, a sealing plug, a rubber gasket and a sealing ring on the outer side of the lower body, and connecting the outer barrel extension sleeve with the centering cover plate by using an outer hoop;
step 4, injecting cement slurry into the sealed space through the cement injection pipe, building pressure to a certain pressure, cutting a shearing pin for connecting the sealing plug and the sealing plug fixing rod, separating the sealing plug from the sealing plug fixing rod, continuously injecting the cement slurry through the cement injection pipe until the sealing plug is contacted with the lower limiting ring, continuously injecting the cement slurry to a certain pressure, closing the cement injection pipe, and solidifying the cement under the condition of pressure;
offshore installation:

step 2, after well cementation is completed, rotating the service tool to unlock the service tool and the high-pressure wellhead device, pulling out and recovering the service tool, and completing well construction and temporary well abandoning by installing a wellhead protection device by the ROV;

step 2, cutting and milling the extension sleeve, cement and the outer cylinder extension sleeve by using a cutting and recycling tool, and recycling the body, the outer cylinder, the guide base plate bearing ring, the body extension sleeve, the cut-off milling extension sleeve and the cut-off outer cylinder extension sleeve;
land decomposition:

and 3, if disassembly is required, removing the bearing ring of the guide base plate and the body extension sleeve by using gas cutting, cutting the outer cylinder into two semi-cylinders, taking out the body, detecting and repairing, and reusing.
