A telescopic rail as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the limiting structure (4) comprises a limiting pin (41), a sliding rod (42) and a limiting block (43), wherein the limiting pin (41) is arranged at the position of the end B of the scissor mechanism (2), the sliding rod (42) is arranged inside the upright post (1), the limiting block (43) is fixedly connected to the sliding rod (42) and corresponds to the limiting pin (41), and the limiting pin (41) and the limiting block (43) are overlapped along the sliding direction of the end B.
