the first springs (42) are connected between the opposite sides of the two first sliding plates (41) and the first connecting plate (3);
the portable mechanism (6) is arranged on the outer wall of the first connecting frame (1), and the portable mechanism (6) is convenient for the portable warning sign of the municipal public engineering construction to move;
the fixing mechanism (4) also comprises:
the top parts of the two first sliding plates (41) are connected with the nuts (43);
the threaded rods (44) are connected with the threaded rods (44) for fixing the warning boards in a threaded manner in the two nuts (43);
the portable mechanism (6) comprises:
the second connecting frame (61), the first connecting frame (1) both sides connect with the second connecting frame (61) used for wrapping the part about;

the tops of the two second clamping rods (65) are connected with a first driving plate (67) for driving the second clamping rods (65) to move;
the upper sides of the two second clamping rods (65) are respectively sleeved with a fourth spring (66), and two ends of the two fourth springs (66) are respectively connected with the first driving plate (67) and the second connecting frame (61) on the same side;

2. The portable warning sign for municipal public works construction according to claim 1, further comprising a stabilizing mechanism (8) for limiting the rotating plate (62), wherein the stabilizing mechanism (8) comprises:
the third driving plate (81) is symmetrically connected with the third driving plate (81) from front to back at the left side and the right side of the top of the second sliding plate (72);
the left side and the right side of the inner lower part of the first connecting frame (1) are connected with the second sliding sleeve (82);
a third clamping rod (83) used for limiting the rotating plate (62) is connected between the middle parts of the two second sliding sleeves (82) and the first connecting frame (1) in a sliding manner;
and a sixth spring (84) is connected between the inner sides of the two third clamping rods (83) and the second sliding sleeve (82) on the same side.
3. The portable warning sign for municipal public works construction according to claim 2, further comprising a driving mechanism (9) for driving the third connecting plate (54) to move outwards, wherein the driving mechanism (9) comprises:
the left side and the right side of the lower parts of the two second connecting plates (52) are connected with the third sliding sleeve (91);
the second sliding rods (92) are connected between the interiors of the four third sliding sleeves (91) in a sliding manner;
a seventh spring (93) is connected between the bottoms of the four third sliding sleeves (91) and the lower side of the second sliding rod (92);
the front side and the rear side of the lower part of the second sliding rod (92) are connected with two fourth driving plates (94) for driving the third connecting plate (54) to move outwards;
the fourth sliding sleeve (95) is symmetrically connected with the fourth sliding sleeve (95) from left to right at the inner top of the first connecting frame (1);
the clamping plates (96) are connected with two clamping plates (96) for limiting the second sliding rod (92) in a sliding manner on the lower sides of the two fourth sliding sleeves (95);
an eighth spring (97) is connected between the outer sides of the four clamping plates (96) and the fourth sliding sleeve (95) on the same side;
the fifth driving plate (98) is connected with two fifth driving plates (98) for driving the clamping plates (96) to move on the inner side of the third clamping rod (83).
