Abstract
The invention provides an ironing device capable of sterilizing and removing static electricity simultaneously, which comprises an electrolytic rod, a water pump, a heater, a water tank, a controller, an ion generator and a blower, wherein the electrolytic rod is connected with the controller, is positioned in the water tank and is used for electrolyzing water in the water tank to form electrolyzed water; the water pump is connected with the controller and is used for pumping the electrolyzed water from the water tank to the heater; the heater is used for vaporizing the electrolyzed water; the ion generator and the air blower are connected with the controller; the controller is used for receiving the control signal and controlling the electrolytic rod, the water pump, the ion generator and the heater according to the control signal. By the arrangement, when clothes are ironed, the ironed clothes can be sterilized and disinfected, and static electricity can be removed from the clothes.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ironing, in particular to an ironing device capable of sterilizing and removing static electricity simultaneously.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, various ironing products also enter the lives of common people, the existing ironing products generally only consider the steam ironing function, and do not have the functions of specially aiming at degerming and static elimination, and the sterilization and disinfection are a very important topic and a problem to be solved urgently in the current society. At present, a plurality of ironing products with the nominal disinfection function are sterilized and disinfected by ultraviolet lamps, but the ultraviolet lamps have certain harm to human bodies and are not suitable for use. The electrolytic rod is connected with the controller and positioned in the water tank and is used for electrolyzing water in the water tank to form electrolyzed water; the water pump is connected with the controller and used for pumping the electrolyzed water from the water tank to the heater; the heater is used for vaporizing the electrolyzed water; the ion generator and the air blower are connected with the controller; the controller is used for receiving the control signal and controlling the electrolysis rod, the water pump, the ion generator and the heater according to the control signal.
In one embodiment, the surfaces of the electrolytic rods are coated with a heavy metal coating.
In one embodiment, the heavy metal coating comprises one or more of titanium, platinum, ruthenium, iridium.
In one embodiment, the electrolytic rods comprise positive and negative electrode electrolytic rods.
In an embodiment, the ironing device further comprises a housing, and the electrolysis rod, the water pipe, the water pump, the heater, the water tank, the controller, the ion generator and the blower are all located in the housing.
In one embodiment, the heater is located at an air outlet of the housing.
In an embodiment, the housing has a grip portion, and the water pump and the controller are located at the grip portion of the housing.

In an embodiment, the ironing device further comprises a water pipe, a water inlet of the water pipe is connected with the water tank, a water outlet of the water pipe is connected with the heater, and the water pump is connected with the water pipe.
In one embodiment, the heater is a boiler heater.
One advantage of the present invention is to provide an ironing apparatus capable of sterilizing and removing static electricity simultaneously, which utilizes the matching arrangement of an electrolysis rod, a water pump, a heater, a water tank, a controller, an ion generator and a blower, and can sterilize and disinfect the ironed clothes and remove static electricity from the clothes while finishing the clothes ironing operation. In addition, when the ironing of the clothes is finished, the clothes can be dried.

To achieve at least one of the above advantages or other advantages, an embodiment of the present invention provides an ironing apparatus 10 that sterilizes and removes static electricity from laundry while ironing the laundry. As shown in the figure, the ironing apparatus 10 comprises a housing 12, an electrolysis bar 14, a water pump 16, a heat generator 18, a water tank 20, a controller 22, an ion generator 24 and a blower 26.
The electrolytic rod 14, the water pipe 28, the water pump 16, the heater 18, the water tank 20, the controller 22, the ion generator 24 and the blower 26 are all located in the housing 12, and the housing 12 is used for protecting internal devices. The electrolysis bar 14 is connected to the controller 22 and is positioned within the tank 20 for electrolyzing water within the tank 20 to form electrolyzed water. The water pump 16 is connected to a controller 22 for pumping electrolyzed water from the water tank 20 to the heater 18. The heater 18 is for vaporizing the electrolyzed water, and the heater 18 may be a boiler heater 18. An ionizer 24 and a blower 26 are connected to the controller 22. The controller 22 is used for receiving the control signal and controlling the electrolytic rod 14, the water pump 16, the ion generator 24 and the heater 18 according to the control signal. The controller 22 may be a circuit control board. The control signal may be a signal command generated after the user presses the start/close key.
Specifically, when the controller 22 receives a control signal for activation, the electrolytic rod 14, the water pump 16, the ionizer 24, and the heater 18 are controlled to start operating. The electrolysis bar 14 begins to electrolyze the water in the water tank 20 to form electrolyzed water; the water pump 16 pumps the electrolyzed water from the water tank 20 to the heater 18; the heater 18 heats and vaporizes the electrolyzed water to generate steam with electrolyzed ions, and the steam is used for ironing, sterilizing and disinfecting clothes; meanwhile, the controller 22 controls the ion generator 24 and the blower 26 to generate an ion wind with negative ions to perform a static electricity removing operation on the laundry. In addition, the ion wind may have a warm wind with a higher temperature by using the heat of the heater 18 to dry the laundry.
Preferably, the electrolyzed water contains active oxygen and hypochlorous acid, that is, the water is electrolyzed to generate active oxygen and hypochlorous acid. The active oxygen can decompose the dirt on the clothes, and the dirt is decomposed into water and carbon dioxide. The bacteria and dust mites can not be attached to clothes by utilizing the sterilization effect of hypochlorous acid.
In one embodiment, the surfaces of the electrolysis rods 14 are coated with a heavy metal coating to assist in the electrolysis of the water. Wherein the heavy metal coating may comprise one or more of titanium, platinum, ruthenium, iridium. The electrolytic rod 14 includes a positive electrode electrolytic rod 142 and a negative electrode electrolytic rod 144.
In one embodiment, the heater 18 is located at the air outlet 122 of the housing 12, so that the ion wind forms warm wind by the heat of the heater 18 to dry the clothes. The heater 18 can be connected to the controller 22, and the temperature is controlled by a relay; the heater 18 may also be mechanically temperature controlled using a thermostat, without connection to the controller 22. The housing 12 has a grip 124, and the water pump 16 and controller 22 are located at the grip 124 of the housing 12.
In an embodiment, the ironing device 10 may further comprise a water duct 28. The water inlet of the water pipe 28 is connected with the water tank 20, and the water outlet thereof is connected with the heater 18. The water pump 16 is connected to the water pipe 28, and the water pump 16 pumps the electrolyzed water out of the water tank 20 through the water inlet of the water pipe 28 and then sends the electrolyzed water to the heater 18 through the water outlet of the water pipe 28. The ironing device 10 may also comprise power supply means (not shown). The power supply device is connected with the controller 22 for supplying power.
In summary, the present invention provides an ironing apparatus 10 capable of sterilizing and removing static electricity simultaneously, which utilizes the arrangement of the electrolysis rod 14, the water pump 16, the heater 18, the water tank 20, the controller 22, the ion generator 24 and the blower 26, and can sterilize and disinfect the ironed clothes and remove static electricity from the clothes while finishing the clothes ironing operation. In addition, when the ironing of the clothes is finished, the clothes can be dried.

the device comprises an electrolytic rod, a water pump, a heater, a water tank, a controller, an ion generator and a blower;
the electrolytic rod is connected with the controller, is positioned in the water tank and is used for electrolyzing water in the water tank to form electrolyzed water;
the water pump is connected with the controller and used for pumping the electrolyzed water from the water tank to the heater;
the heater is used for vaporizing the electrolyzed water;
the ion generator and the air blower are connected to the controller;
the controller is used for receiving a control signal and controlling the electrolytic rod, the water pump, the ion generator and the heater according to the control signal.
2. Ironing apparatus with simultaneous sterilisation and destaticisation according to claim 1, characterised in that: the surfaces of the electrolytic rods are coated with heavy metal coatings.
3. Ironing apparatus with simultaneous sterilisation and destaticisation according to claim 2, characterised in that: the heavy metal coating comprises one or more of titanium, platinum, ruthenium, iridium.
4. Ironing apparatus with simultaneous sterilisation and destaticisation according to claim 1, characterised in that: the electrolytic rod comprises a positive electrode electrolytic rod and a negative electrode electrolytic rod.

Ironing apparatus with simultaneous sterilisation and destaticisation according to claim 1, characterised in that: the ironing device further comprises a shell, and the electrolytic rod, the water conveying pipe, the water pump, the heater, the water tank, the controller, the ion generator and the air blower are all located in the shell.
6. Ironing apparatus capable of sterilizing and static eliminating simultaneously, according to claim 5, characterized in that: the heater is located at the air outlet of the shell.
7. Ironing apparatus capable of sterilizing and static eliminating simultaneously, according to claim 5, characterized in that: the housing has a grip, and the water pump and the controller are located at the grip of the housing.
