the cover body comprises a bottom plate and a side plate, the side plate is arranged on one side of the bottom plate and surrounds the bottom plate to form a groove, the bottom plate is provided with a through hole communicated with the groove, and a notch is formed in the side edge of the side plate, far away from the bottom plate, and communicated with the groove;
the preposed filtering device is covered on the groove of the cover body, is connected with the cover body and is used for filtering foreign matters in the water fed by the thread scrap collecting device;
the mesh bag is arranged in the groove of the cover body and used for collecting foreign matters in the water entering the thread scrap collecting device.
2. The lint collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the recess comprises a bottom region at a side close to the mesh bag and a top region at a side far from the mesh bag, and the through hole is provided at the top region for allowing water to enter the recess.
3. A lint pickup device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the gap is located between a top region and a bottom region of the recess.
4. The lint collecting device according to claim 2, wherein the through-hole is provided spaced apart from the recess, and the side plate is provided with a passage communicating the through-hole and the recess so that water enters the recess from the through-hole.
5. The lint collecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a water flow guiding rib is further disposed in the groove, and the water flow guiding rib is disposed between the through hole and the mesh bag and is used for guiding water in the groove to the mesh bag.
6. The lint collecting device according to claim 5, wherein the water flow guiding rib faces the gap, for guiding the water entering from the gap to the mesh bag.
7. The lint collecting device of claim 1, wherein the pre-filter comprises a supporting frame and a wire net, the supporting frame is covered in the groove, the wire net is disposed in the supporting frame, and the wire net and the supporting frame are integrally formed by injection molding.
8. The lint collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the cover comprises a first latching structure, the front filter device comprises a second latching structure, and the cover and the filter device are detachably latched by the first latching structure and the second latching structure.
9. The lint collecting device according to claim 1, wherein a water flow guide baffle is provided at a space in the gap for guiding water entering the recess from the gap into the mesh bag.
10. A washing machine having the lint collecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
