Abstract
The invention discloses a novel nucleic acid sampling and storing tube which comprises a plastic container device and nucleic acid storing liquid, wherein the plastic container device comprises a tube bin, a dripper screw cap, a dripper plug, a dripper cap and a sampling screw cap, the tube bin is of an oblong cavity structure, an opening at one end is connected with the dripper screw cap through threads, an opening at the other end is connected with the sampling screw cap through threads, the dripper screw cap is of a round cap-shaped structure, threads are arranged in the opening at one end and connected with the tube bin, and an opening at one end is connected with the dripper cap. The nucleic acid preservation solution is a guanidine-free liquid and comprises sodium dodecyl sulfate, water and other liquids. The principle of the invention is that a physical dripper device is arranged on the device, and a sample is directly added into the detection pre-device through the dripper without using a sample injector and a suction head.
