After the whole upper raw material placing unit 300 is installed, the first supporting rods 312 are pushed inwards, the air supply pipe slip ring 322 can drive the groups of second supporting rods 341 to descend by utilizing the sliding fit relation between the first supporting rods 312 and the first inclined plane, so that the bottoms of the second supporting rods 341 can penetrate through the upper cover plate bottom groove 360 and are in sliding fit on the second inclined plane, and the second inclined plane 364 drives the second sliding blocks 363 and a corresponding group of air pipe bodies 355 to move to one side far away from the central axis of the upper cover plate 350. Such that the air tube body 355 interfaces with and establishes a communicating relationship with the air outlet 244. Because the distillation chamber 110 is a sealed cavity, when pure water is boiled, generated steam enters from the steam collecting block 330 and is discharged into the cavity of the oil-water separation unit 500 through the inner air inlet block 332 and the inner air supply pipe 321.
In the distillation process, high-pressure gas is sprayed into the cavity of the raw material placement unit 300 through the first annular conveying pipe 220 and the second annular conveying pipe 243, so that the rose petals in the cavity are always in a rolling state, the damage to the rose petals caused by mutual extrusion is avoided, the utilization rate of the rose petals is improved, and the yield of rose oil is improved. And pure water, catalyst and the like can be added into the distillation bin 110 in the distillation process through the feeding pipe 222 without stopping the distillation operation, so that the smoothness of the distillation operation is improved, and the convenience of the feeding operation is also improved.
The rose petals are evenly placed in each group of raw material placement frames distributed in the annular array, and each group of raw material placement frames are independently clamped with the distillation pot 100, so that in the distillation process, the independent replacement and addition work of the rose petals in each group of raw material placement frames can be performed, and the fluency of the distillation work is improved. And the rose petals are isolated from the pure water through the filter frame 353, so that dust impurities on the rose petals are prevented from entering the pure water, and the distillation quality is ensured. And the communication work of the air pipe body 355 and the air outlet 244 is simple and quick, and can be finished by pushing the first supporting rod 312, so that the preparation time of distillation work is shortened.
The oil-water separation unit 500 includes an outer separation pipe 510 and an inner separation pipe 520. As shown in fig. 11, 12 and 13, the outer separation pipe 510 is positioned at one side of the distillation tank 100, and the outer separation pipe 510 is inclined at a higher level near one end of the distillation tank 100 than the other end. A separation tube air inlet 511 is formed in the outer separation tube 510 at one end near the distillation pot 100, and the other side of the separation tube air inlet 511 is communicated with the ventilation hose 400. The other end of the outer separating tube 510 is provided with an oil outlet 512. A plurality of groups of separating water guide plates 550 are distributed on the inner wall of the bottom of the outer separating tube 510 at equal intervals, and guide grooves 551 are formed between two adjacent groups of separating water guide plates 550. The guide groove 551 is provided with a separated water outlet 560 at one end close to the oil outlet 512. The separation pipe 520 is located in the outer separation pipe 510, the central axis of the separation pipe 520 coincides with the central axis of the outer separation pipe 510, and two ends of the separation pipe 520 are respectively communicated with the separation pipe air inlet 511 and the oil outlet 512. The annular water inlet pipe 530 is sleeved on the inner separating pipe 520, the annular water inlet pipe 530 is provided with a water inlet 531, and the other end of the water inlet 531 penetrates through the outer separating pipe 510. An annular water outlet pipe 540 is sleeved on the separation pipe 520, the annular water outlet pipe 540 is positioned on one side of the annular water inlet pipe 530 close to the oil outlet 512, a water outlet 541 is formed in the annular water outlet pipe 540, and the other end of the water outlet 541 penetrates through the outer separation pipe 510.
The separation pipe 520 is formed by a plurality of groups of cooling water pipes 521 distributed in an annular array, two ends of the cooling water pipes 521 are respectively provided with a group of cooling water through pipes 523, and the other ends of the two groups of cooling water through pipes 523 are respectively communicated with the annular water inlet pipe 530 and the annular water outlet pipe 540. A set of oil filter screens 522 are disposed between two adjacent sets of the separation pipes 520.
In the oil-water separation operation, the cooling water is first injected into the annular water inlet pipe 530, so that the cooling water flows through each group of cooling water pipes 521 and then flows out of the annular water outlet pipe 540, thereby establishing a cooling water passage. When the steam enters the inner separator tube 520 and contacts each set of cooling water tubes 521, the temperature is lowered, and water molecules in the steam rapidly liquefy and fall into the lower guide groove 551 from the gaps of the oil filter screen 522, and finally flow out through the separated water outlet 560. The rose oil particles in the steam can be quickly condensed into viscous liquid after being cooled, and the viscous liquid is intercepted by the oil filter 522 and then flows out of the oil outlet 512, so that the purpose of oil-water separation is achieved.
The inner separating pipe 520 is composed of a plurality of groups of cooling water pipes 521 distributed in an annular array, so that the contact area of cooling water and steam is increased, and the contact area is more even, thereby improving the cooling effect and the cooling speed. And the guide groove 551 is used for separating the separating water from the inner wall of the outer separating tube 510, so that the later cleaning work is facilitated.
