The implementation principle of the sewage treatment device for the water supply and drainage engineering is as follows: when sewage is treated, firstly, the sewage is introduced from an opening at the top end of the second filter cylinder 3, the driving component 4 drives the first filter cylinder 2 and the second filter cylinder 3 to rotate, so that the sewage flows out of the second filter cylinder 3 and the first filter cylinder 2 in sequence under the action of centrifugal force, large solid matters in the sewage are blocked in the second filter cylinder 3, and small solid matters in the sewage are blocked in the first filter cylinder 2; then the sewage falls on the guide plate 11 and flows into the settling tank 5 along the inclined direction of the guide plate 11, the sewage is settled in the settling tank 5, so that heavier impurities in the sewage are settled below the settling tank 5, the last clear liquid in the settling tank 5 overflows into the flocculation tank 6 from the overflow outlet 51, so that the impurities dispersed in the flocculation tank 6 are flocculated into a clustered flocculation group and are remained in the flocculation tank 6, and the rest sewage flows downwards and is collected and redistributed under the action of the uniform distributor 8; and fall to the filter material layer 9, the filter material layer 9 removes the solid impurity of small granule in the sewage, then sewage continues to flow downwards to the adsorbed layer 10, the adsorbed layer 10 plays the adsorption effect to the organic matter in the sewage, and flow downwards to in the water collecting bucket 12, the outside ultraviolet tube 121 of water collecting bucket 12 can disinfect the sewage in the water collecting bucket 12, play further purification effect to sewage, discharge the sewage after handling from delivery port 13 again, thereby realize the process to sewage, the structure of sewage treatment plant has effectively been simplified, make sewage treatment plant be convenient for popularize.
