The application process of the attaching device in the embodiment of the disclosure is as follows: fixing the first film material 41 to be bonded to the fixing jig; fixing two ends of the carrier film 34 adhered with the second film material 42 to be attached through the clamping device 35, so that the carrier film 34 is fixed on the upper side of the attaching pad 33, and further the second film material 42 to be attached is fixed, and the shape of the second film material 42 to be attached is matched with the shape of the attaching pad 33, as shown in fig. 3; and moving the fixing jig and/or the attaching jig to attach the first film material to be attached 41 and the second film material to be attached 42 close to each other, as shown in fig. 4a to 4 c. After the lamination is completed, the fixing jig and the lamination jig are separated from each other to obtain a first to-be-laminated film material 41 and a second to-be-laminated film material 42 after lamination, and the carrier film 34 is separated from the second to-be-laminated film material 42 to obtain a product as shown in fig. 5, where fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the product after the first to-be-laminated film material and the second to-be-laminated film material are laminated.
The laminating equipment of the embodiment of the disclosure, through set up resilient means 32 between supporting bench 31 and laminating pad 33, in the laminating process, resilient means 32 can form the support to laminating pad 33, and then support the second and treat laminating membrane material 42, make the second treat laminating membrane material 42 from laminating initial position towards both sides gradually with the first binding face of the first membrane material 41 that treats laminating mutually laminate, avoided the second to treat that the position outside laminating initial position A of laminating membrane material 42 and first binding face 411 contacts in advance, avoid producing the bubble, laminating effect and product quality are provided.

Claims (10)
1. A laminating apparatus, comprising:
the fixing jig is used for fixing a first membrane material to be laminated, the first membrane material to be laminated comprises a first laminating surface far away from the fixing jig, and the first laminating surface is an arc-shaped surface protruding towards one side far away from the fixing jig;
laminating tool, including brace table, resilient means and laminating liner, the laminating liner is located the orientation of brace table one side of fixed tool, the laminating liner is used for bearing the second and treats laminating membrane material, the second treat laminating membrane material with the first membrane material that treats laminating sets up relatively, resilient means is located the brace table with between the laminating liner, first binding face has in the laminating direction and is closest to the laminating initial position of laminating membrane material is treated to the second, at the laminating in-process, resilient means is used for supporting the second treats laminating membrane material, so that the laminating membrane material is treated to the second certainly laminating initial position towards both sides gradually with first binding face laminates mutually, the laminating direction does the first membrane material that treats laminating for the direction that laminating membrane material removed is treated to the second.
2. The laminating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second film to be laminated has a second laminating surface facing the first film to be laminated, and a distance between the first laminating surface and the second laminating surface is gradually increased toward both sides from the laminating start position before lamination.
3. The laminating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein, prior to laminating, under the supporting action of said elastic means,

5. The laminating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the resilient means comprises a plurality of resilient members,
the elastic coefficient of the elastic part corresponding to the attaching starting position is smaller than the elastic coefficients of the elastic parts positioned on the two sides of the attaching starting position; and/or the compression stroke amount of the elastic piece corresponding to the attaching starting position is larger than the compression stroke amount of the elastic piece positioned on two sides of the attaching starting position.
6. The laminating apparatus of claim 5, wherein the elastic members on both sides of the laminating start position are symmetrically disposed with respect to the laminating start position.
7. The laminating device of claim 5, wherein the support platform defines a plurality of positioning slots, the positioning slots correspond to the elastic members one-to-one, and an end of each elastic member facing the support platform is located in the corresponding positioning slot.
8. The laminating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a surface of the fixing jig for fixing the first film to be laminated has a shape matching a shape of the first laminating surface, and a surface of the support table on a side facing the laminating pad has a shape matching a shape of the first laminating surface.
9. The laminating device of claim 1, further comprising a carrier film, wherein the carrier film is located between the laminating pad and the second film material to be laminated, the second film material to be laminated is bonded and fixed to the carrier film, and two ends of the carrier film are fixed by a clamping device.
10. The laminating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first film to be laminated is a rigid film, the second film to be laminated is a flexible film, and the laminating pad is a flexible pad.
