Because the thickness of the bamboo strips is different, when the bamboo strips pass between the first feeding wheel 703 and the second feeding wheel 705, the second feeding wheel 705 can move up and down under the driving of the spring 711 according to the thickness of the bamboo strips, the second feeding wheel 705 can drive the horizontal mounting plate 301 arranged on the second fixing plate 704 to move up and down, and the distance detection module 302 records the vertical distance of the second feeding wheel 705 due to the different diameters of the bamboo strips by measuring the distance of the horizontal mounting plate 301 moving in the vertical direction in real time; the distance detection module 302 controls the adjustment module according to the difference between the last recorded distance and the next recorded distance to enable the conical bamboo knife to move by half of the corresponding distance difference; when the distance difference is positive, the adjusting module controls the conical blade to move downwards, otherwise, the conical blade moves upwards, so that the central axis of the conical bamboo knife and the central axis of the bamboo strip are always kept on the same straight line when the bamboo is sliced.
Only one bamboo strip can be placed in each positioning groove 505, and when the rotating disc 504 rotates, two ends of the bamboo strip pass through a gap between the first limiting plate 506 and the second limiting plate 507, and only one bamboo strip can pass through the gap, so that the bamboo strip delivery device 5 delivers the bamboo strips one by one.
Bamboo splint pusher 8 promotes the bamboo splint that will be sent to between first feeding wheel 703 and the second feeding wheel 705 on the bamboo splint location processing groove 6 and gets into the bamboo splint admission passage, and the bamboo splint that bamboo splint pusher 8 is promoting can promote the bamboo splint of cutting, can send the bamboo splint storage device 2 in with the bamboo splint piece that has already cut, and bamboo splint storage device 2 is used for collecting the bamboo splint piece that has cut.

the bamboo breaking device (1) comprises a centering device and a conical bamboo blade, and the conical bamboo blade is used for equally dividing bamboo strips into sheets; and the tip of the conical bamboo knife is close to the bamboo strip entering channel;
the centering device comprises a distance detection module (302) and an adjusting module;
the distance detection module (302) is used for detecting the distance moved by the second feeding wheel (705) due to different bamboo strip diameters and recording after each bamboo strip is placed into the bamboo strip inlet channel, and controlling the adjustment module according to the difference value between the last recorded distance and the next recorded distance to enable the conical bamboo blade to move by half of the corresponding distance difference value;
when the distance difference is positive, the adjusting module controls the conical blade to move downwards, and otherwise, the conical blade moves upwards, so that the central axis of the conical bamboo blade and the central axis of the bamboo strip are always kept on the same straight line when the bamboo is sliced.
